L’objectif de ce mémoire est l’étude d’une commande non linéaire est l’application de cette technique de commande aux moteurs à inductions. Après l’étape de la modélisation de ce moteur et de l’onduleur une commande vectorielle directe sera appliquée à ce moteur. Puis juste Après cette première étape un observateur adaptative à modèle de référence (MRAS) de flux et de vitesse aura aussi étudie et associe à la commande. A la fin dans le but de la synthèse d’une commande non linéaire par Backstepping sans capteurs. Une simulation numérique à l’aide de logicielle Matlab (Simulink) qui sera effectué dans le but de montré l’efficacité et la robustesse de ces approches de commande à base d’observateur par MRAS.

تعتبر المنظمة العالمية للتجارة أهم دعائم العولمة الإقتصادية الرائدة حاليا، حيث تعمل وفق معايير محددة تقوم على تنظيم وتسيير العلاقات التجارية العالمية، في مجال السلع والخدمات للدول الأعضاء فيها.فالجزائر وبقيامها في السداسي الثاني من الثمانينات قامت بوضع حزمة من الإصلاحات تخدم الإنفتاح التدريجي، فسعت الجزائر للإنضمام إلى افتفاقية العامة للتعريفات الجمركية والتجارة، والتي أصبحت تسمى المنظمة العالمية للتجارة. وهذا بتقديم طلب الإنضمام سنة 1987، فنظرا للحالة الخاصة للإقتصاد الوطني والظروف التي مرت بها الجزائر وثقل الملفات التي صادفتها أثناء مفاوضات الإنضمام وطول مدتها، فرغم هذا لم يتم الإنضمام إلى يومنا الحالي.إن الهدف الأساسي للنظام التجاري المتعدد الأطراف هو العمل على تحرير التجارة العالمية، عبر إزالة القيود التعريفية وغير التعريفية، هذا مازاد تدعيما وتوحيدا للقواعد القانونية وحماية الملكية الفكرية.فلهذا عملت الجزائر على تبني مبدأ حرية التجارة العالمية، من خلال تكريس أحكام قانون المنظمة العالمية للتجارة، ما أملى ضرورة إتخادتدابيير للتوفيق بين تسهيل التبادلات التجارية بين الدول الأعضاء في المنظمة، ووضع قوانيين وتشريعات جديدة لتسهيل عملية الإنضمام للمنظمة. وتحفيز الأقتصاد الوطني وتشجيعه على الإندماج في هذا الكيان الدولي الجديد، وبعث الإقتصاد الوطني وأخد كل ماهو إيجابي لأجل النهوض بالإقتصاد الجزائري.

Background: Glucose metabolism is a so important and vital process occurs in every cell of the body, even in aerobic or anaerobic ways. A disturbance of this process may lead to glucose intolerance and then critical complications. Many researchers‟ efforts were spent to enhance glucose metabolism and prevent its intolerance. Recent studies showed a relationship between mastication and glucose metabolism, but more illustrations are needed. Natural and vital tooth is the main functional and mechanical organ in mastication, and it may has an important role in glucose metabolism because it has nerve fibers related to autonomic nervous system. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of mastication on glucose metabolism, role of natural teeth, risks of teeth extraction even if replaced by prosthetics, and to recognize the importance of chewing by natural teeth in glucose metabolism process. Methodology: A prospective cohort experimental study was conducted in the Gaza city, 50 healthy participants were included in this study, 25 of them had natural healthy teeth, and 25 had complete prosthetic dentures. Data was collected through direct methods that included hematological results and anthropometric measures, and indirect methods through a structured interview questionnaire. Results: Among natural teeth group there were significant differences (p-value) = 0.000 between chewing and drinking results, showed higher results after drinking even in gaps which demonstrate rapidity of glucose metabolism in reciprocal relationship, or in median of post blood glucose levels. Among prosthetic teeth group there were no significant differences at all, (p-value) = 0.568 for gaps, and (p-value) = 0.664 for median. Chewing and drinking results of prosthetic teeth group were the same of natural teeth drinking results. Stimulating natural teeth by “Miswak” showed similarity with natural teeth chewing results (p-value) = 0.876 for gaps, and (p-value) = 0.502 for median. In addition, complete denture wearers were found to have higher percentage of chronic diseases and gastrointestinal disturbances. Conclusion: The study contributes in highlighting the relationship between mastication and glucose metabolism. Mastication was founded to enhance glucose metabolism only if done by natural vital teeth. Also stimulation of natural teeth by “Miswak” enhanced glucose metabolism. While prosthetic teeth showed no difference. This confirms an important role of natural teeth in glucose metabolism enhancement. Recommendation: Encouragement of thorough chewing of foods, encouragement of “Miswak” usage, and serve dental nerves.
