يُعد الاستجواب جوهر التحقيق الجزائي وأهم إجراءات الدعوى الجزائية. يشمل هذا الإجراء مناقشة ومواجهة المتهم بالتهمة المنسوبة إليه والأدلة القائمة ضده من طرف المحقق ومناقشته تفصيلاً فيها. يُعتبر الاستجواب من أهم الضمانات التي يجب أن يتمتع بها المتهم في مرحلة التحقيق، ويتمتع بطبيعة مزدوجة، حيث لا يبحث فقط عن أدلة الاتهام، وإنما يُنظر إليه أيضاً كوسيلة دفاع للمتهم. أقر المشرع الجزائري للمتهم ضمانات لعدم التجاوز من قبل السلطة المختصة وضياع حق من حقوقه من بين هذه الضمانات، إعلام المتهم بالتهمة المنسوبة إليه من قبل جهة مختصة، إضافةً إلى إبلاغه بحقه في الإدلاء بأقواله أو التزام الصمت دون استخدام وسائل غير مشروعة كالإكراه أو العنف لانتزاع الاعتراف منه. كما يحق للمتهم الاستعانة بمحامٍ يختاره بنفسه، أو يقوم قاضي التحقيق بتعيين محامٍ له إذا تنازل عن هذا الحق. في حالة مخالفة الإجراءات المنصوص عليها قانونًا، يُقر بطلان الاستجواب.

In current research, a mathematical model for parabolic-trough solar field has been presented. The model has been used to simulate the behavior of heat transfer fluid (HTF) solar field in which a heat transfer fluid is recirculated in parabolic troughs to collect the sun’s energy during sunny periods. Simulation code has been developed to validate the present model against published work using commercial EES software. Direct steam generation (DSG) modeling has also been considered in the present work. Hybrid HTF/DSG solar field configuration is investigated as well. Simulation model for advanced regenerative-reheat steam power cycle is also presented in current research. For each component in the power cycle, conservation of mass and energy has been applied. The performance of the three integrated solar thermal power plants; namely: HTF, DSG, Hybrid, has been investigated. Comparative study (based on energy and exergy analysis) between these plants has been carried out at design-point and part-load conditions. Furthermore, exergo-economic analysis is used to locate inefficiencies and their economic effect as well as to optimize studied solar thermal plants and assessing rational prices of their products. The annual simulation results show that, for all plants, the highest electricity production is expected to be on Jizan, followed by Jeddah, Riyadh, Dhahran and lastly Tabuk. The highest annual net production is expected to be for HTF plant,however, the lowest values of levelized cost of energy (LCOE) belong to DSG plant. Regardless of technology (HTF, DSG, Hybrid), Jizan is found to be the best location for constructing solar plants.

Efficient receiver designs for cooperative communication networks are becoming increasingly important. In previous work, cooperative networks communicated with the use of L relays. As the receiver is constrained, channel shortening and reduced-rank techniques were employed to design the preprocessing matrix that reduces the length of the received vector from L to U. In the first part of the work, a receiver structure is proposed which combines our proposed threshold selection criteria with the joint iterative optimization (JIO) algorithm that is based on the mean square error (MSE). Our receiver assists in determining the optimal U. Furthermore, this receiver provides the freedom to choose U for each frame depending on the tolerable difference allowed for MSE. Our study and simulation results show that by choosing an appropriate threshold, it is possible to gain in terms of complexity savings while having no or minimal effect on the BER performance of the system. Furthermore, the effect of channel estimation on the performance of the cooperative system is investigated. In the second part of the work, a joint preprocessor-based detector for cooperative communication networks is proposed for one-way and two-way relaying. This joint preprocessor-based detector operates on the principles of minimizing the symbol error rate (SER) instead of minimizing MSE. For a realistic assessment, pilot symbols are used to estimate the channel. From our simulations, it can be observed that our proposed detector achieves the same SER performance as that of the maximum likelihood (ML) detector with all participating relays. Additionally, our detector outperforms selection combining (SC), channel shortening (CS) scheme and reduced-rank techniques when using the same U. Finally, our proposed scheme has the lowest computational complexity.

The aim of this research is to identify the challenges that facedimplementation of Industrialized Building System in Sudan, knowing theextent of using this system in Sudan, as well as to determine the acceptanceof this system in the construction industry in Sudan.To implement the objectives of this research, five sector questionnaire wasdesigned, six systems have been adopted (Precast concrete framing, paneland box systems, Steel formwork systems, Prefabricated timber framingsystems, Steel framing systems, Block work systems). The questionnairewas distributed to 100 respondents, Results were analyzed using statisticalanalysis software (SPSS).Several finding have been found firstly: there are many factors barrier in theapplication of Industrialized Building System in Sudan, such as Shortage incurriculum at universities about IBS, Lack of research and development toimprove using local materials, Need specific machine in factory, Secondly:the systems that used now days in Sudan, Steel formwork systems, Steelframing systems, Block work systems. Notre étude a pour objectif l’évaluation de la consommation de la viande caprine dansrégion de M’silaUne enquête a été effectuée auprès de 120 consommateurs issus de classe d'âge différents.lesrésultats montrent que la consommation varie d'une catégorie de population à une autre selonle sexe, dans lequel 90 hommes et 30 femmes et l'âge et le revenu des consommateurs,,leursconnaissances sur la qualité de la viande de caprin. Plus de la moitié des les enquêtés (58%)avaient une idée sur la qualité de la viande caprine et (42%) n’ont en aucune idée.Nous concluons que la commercialisation de la viande caprine est une activité rentable quimérite une meilleure attention.,
