Ce travail a eu pour objectif de synthétiser, de caractériser, d’étudier les propriétésélectrochimiques et d’évaluer l’activité antioxydante d’un composé α-aminophosphonique.Le produit synthétisé est caractérisé par des techniques physicochimiques (CCM, lachromatographie sur colonne,IR, UV-VIS….). Les propriétés complexométriques vis-à-visune série de métaux de transition ont été déterminées par la potentiométrie et lavoltamperometrie cyclique. L’activités antioxydante a été évaluées en utilisant deuxméthodes : la méthode au DPPH et la méthode au beta carotène. Les résultats de lacaractérisation ont révélé que le produit synthétisé est ceux désiré. Les étudescomplexometriques montrent que le produit peut faire des complexes avec la série desmétaux étudiés, on peut dire donc que ce composé est ligand. Les résultats avec les deuxméthodes biologiques montrentune bonnes activité antioxydante de cet acide α-aminophosphonique.

Einstein theory of gravity could be formulated as a gauge theory with the tangent space representing either Lorentz symmetry or de Sitter symmetry. In curved space-time this symmetry is realized as a local symmetry of the tangent manifold. In presence of space-time spinors this symmetry becomes relevant as these couple to the spin-connection which is identified with the gauge fields. In the absence of matter interactions, both formulations are equivalent to Einstein’s gravity expressed in terms of the space-time metric. The equivalence seizes when coupled to matter which will have different representations with respect to the tangent space group. The purpose of the first part of this thesis is to investigate the coupling of gravity to matter when the tangent space group is the de Sitter group and to find modifications to the action in the case of spinors and vectors. In particular it will be interesting to look for spherically symmetric solutions for the equations of motion. The situation in three space-time dimensions is more involved. The gravi-tational Chern-Simons theory with the gauge groups SO(1; 3) is known to be equivalent to Einstein’s theory with cosmological constant. This Chern-Simons theory is different than the gravitational action constructed with the gauge group SO(1; 3). In particular the Chern-Simons theory does not allow the coupling to matter, while the new formulation allows for matter interaction. The aim of the second part of this thesis is to study the difference between topological gravity and the new formulation of three dimensional gravity.

لقد حظي التاريخ السياسي والعسكري قي التاريخ بصفة عامة والقديم بالتحديد باهتمام واسع من طرف الباحثين والمؤرخين في حين نجد العديد من الجوانب الأخرى ظلت تعاني من العزوف لعدة أسباب لا يسع المقام لذكرها،لكن هذا لا ينفي أهميتها في الكشف عن حقائق جديدة قد توافق ما تم التوصل إليه وربما تكون النتائج مذهلة عكس ما ألفناه وهذا ما يساعد في حركية التاريخ وجعله يتطور باستمرار.فبتغير المنطلقات والزوايا التي ننطلق منها تتغير النتائج المحصّل عليها، وأقصد بذلك ضرورة الاهتمام بالبحث في التاريخ الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.لذلك جاء موضوعنا يصب في هذا المنحى فهو سوف يهتم بالعلاقة الجدلية الرابطة بين الماء والمجتمع والمجال في المغرب القديم، وما أفرزته من "ثقافة مائية" ببُعدها العلمي وحمولتها الأنتروبولوجية،لذلك سوف يكون عنوان الدراسة :الماء والإنسان في المغرب القديم.

Le présent mémoire a pour objectif d'aborder la problématique du financement des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) qui font face à diverses difficultés lors de leur création ou de leur expansion. L'importance des PME dans les économies avancées a été démontrée par leur contribution positive en termes d'emploi, d'augmentation du PIB et de promotion des exportations nationales. Ainsi, l'Algérie s'est engagée à soutenir ces PME pour diversifier son économie et réduire sa dépendance aux revenus pétroliers, en créant plusieurs organismes et fonds pour favoriser leur croissance et leur développement, notamment en facilitant l'accès au financement et aux garanties.Le financement interne étant souvent difficile en raison de la rentabilité limitée des entreprises, le financement externe constitue l'alternative privilégiée. Dans le contexte économique algérien, le financement bancaire est le premier choix et la seule chance pour les PME de réaliser leurs objectifs d'investissement, d'exploitation ou de commerce extérieur.Ce mémoire présente donc la définition, les caractéristiques et le rôle des PME dans le développement du pays, ainsi que des informations générales sur les banques et le système bancaire algérien, les différents types de crédits et le processus de constitution d'un dossier de crédit.Afin d'apporter un éclairage concret sur ce sujet, une étude pratique a été réalisée, portant sur l'examen d'une demande de crédit d'exploitation soumise à l'agence de kolea 437 de la Banque d'Agriculture et de Développement Rural.À l'issue de ce travail, il a été conclu que le banquier effectue une analyse financière du dossier de crédit afin de formuler une réponse positive ou négative à la demande présentée.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفةأثر دوران العاملين على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، وقد تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على مستوى الجزائرية للمياه-وحدة أم البواقي-.ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة هذه الدراسة، وتم تصميم استبانة كأداة رئيسية لقياس متغيرات الدراسة (دوران الموظفين،الأداء المالي) وتوزيعه على مجموعة من العاملين، وتم استخدام برنامج SPSSلتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات.توصلت الدراسة إلى انه يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لدوران العاملين على الأداء المالي كما تم التوصل إلى انه توجد فروقات في تأثير دوران العاملين على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة تعزى إلى جنس العامل وخبرته المهنية،فكلاهما يؤثران على أهمية الأثر الذي يلعبه دوران العاملين على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة

Employees are one of the essential elements in an organization as increasing the Employees job satisfaction leads to higher the work productivity and improves the quality perceived services to beneficiaries. Employees job satisfaction motivates employees to be a better productive which will positively be reflected on the organization.Aim:This Research aimed to determine the perceived relationship between job satisfactions on employee performance among employees at Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation in Bethlehem. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional design consisted of 380 employees working in the Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation by filling questionnaires.Data was collected with a questionnaire being filled out by participants, knowing that the questionnaire is consisted of 59 questions divided into three sections covering the personal and the occupational characteristics, along with employee’s satisfactions characteristics, and the perceived quality characteristics. Findings: During the research, 185 questionnaires have been distributed, 182 were collected back knowing that 4 of them were invalid, which means that participation rate for the questionnaires was 96.2%. Number of Male Participants (57.9%) were higher that Women Participants (42.1%). Age is also categorized to three categories (16-25) category, (26-35) category, and (36-45) category. The marital status categorized to single category (61.8%), and married category (38.2%). Living places were also involved in the questionnaire, where participants from cities were 47.2%, participants from villages were 42.8%, and participants from camp were 9%. Participants were also categorized based on their years of experience, (1-5) years with a percentage of 68.5%, (6-10) years with a percentage of 24.2%, and (11-above) years with a percentage of 7.3%. Finally, the salary variable less than 1500 (3.9%), from 1500 to 2000 (17.4%), from 2000 to 4000 (69.1%), and from 4000 to 5500 (9.6%). Conclusion: Employee’s Satisfaction was on moderate.Marking the factors that affect the both main variable levels (Employee Job Satisfaction and the perceived quality of services) and their effect on work productivity.We concluded that Job Satisfaction among BASR employees is moderate. Relative Salary was most important factor to take into consideration, along with fairness in rewards distribution among employees which has a direct relationship with performance
