“The effort to identify the enemy as singular in form is a reverse-discourse that uncritically mimics the strategy of the oppressor instead of offering a different set of terms” (Judith Butler, 1990: 18)Since the disintegration of the former Soviet Union, the ―trope of the trafficked Russian1 woman‖ has shaped the fears and perceptions of Russian women moving abroad for work. This discourse reifies fears of exploitation and victimhood but overlooks women‘s ability to rationally consider the risks and benefits of international migration for economic and social reasons.In Egypt, some negative stereotypes have been associated with the Russian population living in Hurghada, a tourist town a 395 km south of Cairo along the Red Sea coast that has sprung up in the past 15 years as Egypt developed its tourism industry. Before coming to Hurghada I didn‘t have a sense of the size of the local Russian population but I had read that it was a transit point for women being trafficking into Israel‘s sex industry.2 Instead I found Russian women making use of their relative mobility and economic privilege as ―white‖ tourists and then later as foreign residents in Egypt‘s fastest-growing tourist town. 3 One aim of this paper is to challenge the trope of the Russian trafficked women and explore the desires,challenges and motivations behind this significant wave of immigration that is turning Egypt‘s Red Sea coast into a multi-cultural community and site of spectacular growth in the tourism and real estate markets.

Aujourd'hui, la surveillance du glucose, lespompes a insuline, la stimulation c er ebrale profonde et l'endoscopie sont quelquesexemples d'applications m edicales.Le dispositif implantable m edical est un dispositif electronique localis e chi-rurgicalement a l'int erieur d'un corps humain ou d'un animal, compos e de plu-sieurs composants tels qu'une batterie, des capteurs et une antenne. Parmi tousces composants, l'antenne joue le r^ole le plus important pour assurer le lien decommunication entre l'implant a l'int erieur du corps et le r ecepteur externe. Lesantennes implantables sont utilis ees pour assurer une liaison de communicationsans l, car les liaisons laires sont ind esirables du point de vue du confort du pa-tient et du risque d'infection. Alger capitale du pays et projet de devenir une grande métropole méditerranéenne d’ici une dizaine d’années, de nombreux projets urbains s’inscrivent dans le processus de métropolisation ont été lancé pour moderniser l’image de la ville par plusieurs moyens et opérations urbanistiques. Afin de rattraper le retard enregistré dans le domaine du tourisme en général et particulièrement le tourisme de santé et bien-être, en tenant compte les ressources naturelles. En premier Lieu une lecture urbaine a été effectuée pour repérer le potentiel foncier en identifiant les terrains vides et ceux à démolir, ainsi que les équipements à renforcer et à valoriser. En deuxième lieu, le travail conduit à l’application des principes de l’architecture urbaine par l’aménagement du quartier. Ce dernier est caractérisé par une bonne mobilité (ALN), et des équipements au niveau national et international, tous ces éléments vont nous servir à valoriser le front de mer et faire de la ville d’Alger un modèle d’une grande métropole. En dernier lieu, la conception d’un centre de thalassothérapie qui s’intègre parfaitement dans son milieu urbain et qui répond aux normes de l’architecture urbaine afin rehausser l’image de la ville et participer au métropolisation de la ville d'Alger.

La présente étude a été entreprise pour évaluer le potentiel antidépresseur de l’écorce de Ulmuscampestris sur un modèle animal, en utilisant le test de la nage forcé et le test de suspensioncaudale. Des souris femelles albinos pesant entre 25-30g ont été utilisées dans l’étude etdivisées en 5 groupes de n = 6. L’Anafranil® (10 mg/kg) a été utilisé comme antidépresseur deréférence. La durée du temps d’immobilité a été enregistrée pour les deux tests. Seul l’extraitéthaolique de U. campestris à 200 mg/kg a réduit de manière significative (p < 0,05) le tempsd’immobilité pour le test de la nage forcée tandis que pour le test de suspension caudale tousles extraits de U. campestris ont réduit de manière significative (p < 0,01) et (p < 0,001) letemps d’immobilité pour 100, 200 et 400 mg/kg respectivement. Ces résultats suggèrent lepotentiel antidépresseur de l’écorce de U. campestris dans le traitement de la dépression.

AbstractThe present research is an attempt to explore the unity and disunity in modern Americathrough historical studies, in addition to that , itsought to answer the question of whetherAmerica truly advocated cultural pluralism ,the acceptance of diverse cultures coexisting inspite of the cultural challenges’ and complexity in the US strengthened ,rather thanjeopardized America solidarity and if really the United States is united nation throughexploring and analyzing it cultural pluralism as culture, religion ,language.. using descriptivemethod and the qualitative approach .the first chapter tackled entitle cultural pluralism inAmerica emphasis in early immigration through exploring and analyzing it cultural pluralismas culture, religion ,language and how they integrated that led to expose sub-titles . Religionin America society, language and culture. In addition to that ,we will concentrate also inimmigration during the revolutionary war and civil war .In the other hand the second chapterwe will focus in the target problem which is” the unity and diversity in modern America” inwhich forced in how immigrants assimilate and integrate in their society. Moreverit exploresthe challenges to unity in America in 21 century.

The will is an ancient term but Islam has brought forth a number of conditions concerning it which did not exist before. Money owner used to give some of his money as a will to some people while depriving others from that money. Therefore, the will did not have any value until the emergence of Islam which approved it and its conditions.The will IS executed only after the testator has died so that reward is achieved.The will is imposed because of its importance and the fact that people really need it in order to bridge the gap of the poor and the wretched. God has ordered that the will does not include the inheritor so that he/she does not take from the deceased's money twice. Also, it's God's wisdom not to allow any will to exceed one-third so as to save the right of the inheritors.Islam also approved the will regarding the deceased's children who have lost their supporter after their father's death. Islam was a pioneer in taking care of orphan children who are to take their share from their father's inheritance if he is alive providing that it does not exceed one-third.This research starts by mentioning the date of Will, introduction talking about its importance. The research has been divided into four Chapters:Chapter One deals with the definition of the will, its importance, its kinds and its judgment in Islam.Chapter two: identifies its pillars conditions.Chapter Three tracks everything about the willer and the beneficerians conditions. Chapter Four deals with the invalidity of the will. In conclusion, results and recommendations have been discussed.
