الملخص

Alger capitale du pays et projet de devenir une grande métropole méditerranéenne d’ici une dizaine d’années, de nombreux projets urbains s’inscrivent dans le processus de métropolisation ont été lancé pour moderniser l’image de la ville par plusieurs moyens et opérations urbanistiques. Afin de rattraper le retard enregistré dans le domaine du tourisme en général et particulièrement le tourisme de santé et bien-être, en tenant compte les ressources naturelles. En premier Lieu une lecture urbaine a été effectuée pour repérer le potentiel foncier en identifiant les terrains vides et ceux à démolir, ainsi que les équipements à renforcer et à valoriser. En deuxième lieu, le travail conduit à l’application des principes de l’architecture urbaine par l’aménagement du quartier. Ce dernier est caractérisé par une bonne mobilité (ALN), et des équipements au niveau national et international, tous ces éléments vont nous servir à valoriser le front de mer et faire de la ville d’Alger un modèle d’une grande métropole. En dernier lieu, la conception d’un centre de thalassothérapie qui s’intègre parfaitement dans son milieu urbain et qui répond aux normes de l’architecture urbaine afin rehausser l’image de la ville et participer au métropolisation de la ville d'Alger.

Algiers, as the capital of the country is predicted to become a large Mediterranean metropolis within the upcoming ten years. Many urban projects of the process of metropolization have been launched to modernize the image of the city by using different urbanistic operations and means in attempt to catch up for the slow process recorded in the touristic field, particularly, in the health and wellness field taking into account natural resources. First, an urban study is conducted to examine the land potential by identifying uninhabited land areas and others to be demolished, also the necessary equipment’s to be considered and reinforced. Second, the principles of urban architecture are then applied through the development of the district, which is characterized by good ALN mobility, and equipment’s on a national and international level. All the elements mentioned will allow/serve us to extend the seabank/seafront and make the city of Algiers a model of a large metropolis .Finally, the conception of a thalasso therapy center, which fits perfectly into its environment and meets the standards of urban architecture to modernize the image of the city of Algiers and take part in its metropolization.
