This study aims to investigate graduate students’ perceptions of the application of blended learning at Al-Quds University and their attitudes toward it, as well as to examine potential differences according to gender, faculty, and age variables. A descriptive-analytical mixed-methods approach was employed in line with the study objectives. Quantitative data were collected using a structured questionnaire administered to a stratified sample of 278 graduate students during the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, ensuring representation across gender, faculty, and age categories. In addition, qualitative data were gathered through open-ended questions and semi-structured interviews with selected participants to gain deeper insights into students’ experiences and perceptions. The findings indicated that graduate students’ perceptions of blended learning were at a medium level (mean = 3.45), reflecting an acceptable degree of implementation with observable limitations in the dimensions of actual use and perceived impact. In contrast, students’ overall attitudes toward the blended learning process were high (mean = 3.83), indicating a generally positive orientation toward this instructional approach. No statistically significant differences in perceptions or attitudes were found based on gender or age, while students enrolled in scientific faculties reported significantly higher scores compared to those in humanities faculties. Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening institutional infrastructure, enhancing faculty training in blended learning implementation, and improving the design and management of digital learning environments. The study further emphasizes the importance of clear institutional policies and sustained academic and technical support to ensure more effective and consistent application of blended learning at the postgraduate level.

AbstractThe use of herbal products among pregnant women is high Worldwide because they consider them safer than medication. They use herbs for nausea, vomiting, and other pregnancy related problems. Pregnant women like to use herbal products despite limited data on safety and efficacy. The objectives of this study are to measure the prevalence and predictors of herb use among a sample of Palestinian pregnant women and the possible influence of herbal consumption on pregnancy outcomes. This study was a questionnaire-based cross sectional descriptive study. It was conducted in the maternity ward of Rafedia Governmental Hospital between March and May 2012, a random sample of women who gave birth during the study period were met and asked to answer a face to face questionnaire. The results showed that the prevalence of using herbal products among pregnant women was 40.0%, the most common herbs were anise (61.7%), chamomile (53.3%), sage (55%), mixture of herbs (33.3%), and thyme (29.2%). The women preferred the herbs because they considered herbs safer than medications. There was no relation between herbal products use and any variable (age, educational level, living place, medical insurance, family income, work, chronic disease, parity and medication use). No negative relationship between herbal use and outcome on pregnant women and infants was found. This study found that the use of herbs during pregnancy is very common among Palestinian women. To provide the best care to pregnant women who use herb products, clinicians and pharmacist are recommended to stay up to date with herb use and their safety in pregnancy. The physicians are recommended to ask pregnant women about herb use because this practice is common among pregnant women, so doctors need to consider this to avoid any possible drug-herb interaction or negative outcomes on the mother or the fetus.

This study was conducted from February to March 2020 in Khartoum Bahri, Khartoum, State to determine the prevalence of bovine and its associated risk factors of the disease. A total of 150 blood samples were collected randomly from dairy cattle farm in ;4years (44%), <2(24%) and 2-4years (27.2%). The high prevalence in male (30.5%) followed by female (28%) and high prevalence recorded in animals with poor body condition (30.5%) compared with good body condition one (27.4%). The univariate Chi square analysis showed that there was no relationship between ages, sex, body condition, ticks infestation and use of avaricious but there was significant (P<0.05) association of tick’s infestation and body condition. Independent t, test of haematological parameters the result showed that there was significant different of RBCs and HGB (P-value=0.02 and 0.01) respectively. The current study concluded that dairy cattle were highly infected with Hesperia due to poor management and ticks control of the diseases. Also, the disease affected some of haematological parameters in blood component of infected animals.

بما أن المتجر يمكن أن يكون محلاً للعديد من العقود كالبيع والرهن والتأمين والإيجار، كان لا بد من تنظيم سجل خاص تسجل به كافة المتاجر وما يتعلق بها من عقود ووقوعات، ورغم وضع أحكام خاصة بالمتجر وسجل المتجر في قانون التجارة رقم 33 لعام 2007 إلا أن هذه الأحكام لم تطبق بالشكل المطلوب ووفق الأصول القانونية وإرادة المشرع، ولم يلبِ متطلبات العمل التجاري، وكان هناك العديد من الإشكاليات التي ظهرت عند التطبيق العملي لها لا سيما في النزاعات القضائية، ولهذا تصدى القضاء لحل تلك الإشكالات وقام بدور كبير في إيجاد الحلول لها، إضافة إلى إيجاد الحلول الجذرية لتطبيق المواد المتعلقة بالمتجر وفق غاية المشرع، ومن هنا كان تعاون وزارة العدل مع وزارة التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك إضافة إلى الوزارات المعنية الأخرى كوزارة المالية ووزارة الإدارة المحلية والبيئة لإصدار التعليمات الخاصة بالمتجر وسجل المتجر، فصدر القرار رقم 2210 تاريخ 11/8/2022 المتضمن اعتماد هذه التعليمات والتي لعبت دوراً كبيراً في تطبيق المواد القانونية المتعلقة بالمتجر وسجله بالشكل الصحيح؛ حيث شكلت دليلاً عملياً لأمناء السجل التجاري ومرجعاً لهم لتنظيم العمل في سجل المتاجر في الجمهورية العربية السورية، لأن إصدار هذا القرار تطلّب تسليط الضوء على الإشكالات التي واجهت التطبيق العملي لمواد قانون التجارة المتعلقة بالمتجر وسجل المتجر ولا سيما أمام القضاء من خلال المنازعات المطروحة أمامه، ومناقشة هذه الإشكاليات وإيجاد حلول لها، ومن ضمن هذه الحلول إصدار التعليمات الخاصة التي تم عرضها ومناقشتها بما لها وما عليها، وذلك من خلال دراسة الانتقادات التي وجهت لها والرد عليها وبيان دورها في حل الإشكالات التي واجهت التجار في أعمالهم التجارية، وفي النهاية تم وضع مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات التي من شأنها تطوير العمل في سجل المتاجر، وبالتالي تطبيق مواد قانون التجارة المتعلق بالمتجر وسجله لتحقيق الغاية التي دعت لوجودها ولمواكبة التطور الكبير في قطاع التجارة، ولاسيما بعد انتشار التجارة والمتاجر الالكترونية ووجوب البدء بوضع التشريعات اللازمة لتنظيمها.

تھدف ھذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين التلاميذ و التلميذات المستوىالنھائي في الحاجات الأربعة ( بدنية، انفعالية، اجتماعية، معرفية )و محاولة تحديدأھداف مباشرة للتلاميذ و التلميذات كما يعبرون عنھا كحاجات و تماشيا مع طبيعةالمحيط من تقاليد و عرف.يستخدم الكثير من علماء النفس مصطلح الحاجات"كمرادف لمصطلح الدوافع""والحاجة" حالة من حالات النقص و الافتقار ترتبط بنوع معين من التوتر يزول عندقضاء الحاجة وسد النقص كما تعد من عوامل الشخصية لبناء دافعية الممارسة الرياضية. 1ويرى الطالبان الباحثان على أن الحاجات لھا دور كبير في الدافع فھي تعد كباعث.فھي تعد حالة من الافتقار في نفس الفرد للحصول على شئ ما يرغب فيه
