This study aimed at investigating M.A. TEFL Majors' Attitudes towards the implementation of e-courses at An-Najah National University. This study also aimed at investigating the effect of gender, academic level and experience in using e-courses. To achieve these aims, the researcher used two tools: A thirty- nine item questionnaire and a semi- structured interview to collect the necessary information. The researcher distributed the questionnaire among the sample of the study (50 male and female students). A three- question interview was carried out by the researcher and applied to the same selected sample.The researcher used different statistical procedures such as: means, standard deviation, percentages, t-test, One Way ANOVA and LSD test. The major results of the study were the following: TEFL Majors in general have moderate attitudes towards the implementation of e-courses at An-Najah National University. Statistical differences were shown in all study variables in favor of female, experience in e-courses and the students’ academic level.In the light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended the extension of applying e-courses for all students in different faculties and for all courses. Finally, the researcher recommended conducting similar studies at other universities in Palestine to investigate the similarities and the differences in regard to the implementation of e-courses for the sake of achieving better teaching and learning.

This thesis is divided into two interrelated parts, touching on the dynamical evolution of ensembles of small bodies whose motion is strongly affected by massive perturbers (in addition to their own self-gravity). The setting evolves from the early stages of planet formation in wide binaries, to observed features in the remnant icy bodies in the outer confines of our Solar System. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to studying semi-analytically the secular dynamics of planetesimals - the building blocks of planets - embedded in an eccentric gaseous protoplanetary disc and to explore the physical conditions for their growth around one of the components of an eccentric S-type binary star system. We take into consideration several essential physical ingredients relevant to the problem: (1) perturbations due to the stellar companion, (2) gravitational effects of an eccentric disc, (3) gas drag-induced dissipation, (4) rigid disc precession and (5) dissipation of the gaseous component from the disc itself. We perform extensive study to unveil the dynamical effects of each of the perturbations considered. We first analyze the resultant dynamics in the presence of the combined gravitational effects of the disc and the binary companion. We find that the disc self-gravity, which has been neglected so far in almost all numerical and analytical studies, is a vital component and that it represents an important ingredient in developing a complete understanding of planetesimal dynamics. Furthermore, including all sources of perturbations, we demonstrate that an evolving disc which loses its mass with time - an inevitable phenomenon - can be problematic for planet formation. Indeed, our results demonstrate that in such a scenario planetesimals can be emplaced on high eccentricity orbits, thus rendering collisions among them destructive rather than accretion-friendly. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص الوضعية المالية لمؤسسة "كوندور إلكترونيك" باستخدام أدوات التحليل المالي الحديثة، وذلك من خلال دمج المنهج الوصفي النظري مع تحليل تطبيقي لبيانات مالية حقيقية تمتد عبر ثلاث سنوات. انطلقت الدراسة من تساؤل جوهري حول مدى قدرة النماذج المالية الحديثة في الكشف عن الحالة المالية لمؤسسة كوندور ، وسعت للإجابة عليه من خلال تطبيق نماذج شهيرة مثل: ألتمان، بيفر، كيدا، شيرود، وتافلر. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن استخدام هذه النماذج المتعددة يمنح تشخيصًا أكثر شمولية ودقة، ويُبرز نقاط القوة والضعف من زوايا مختلفة. كما كشفت أن المؤسسة، ورغم بعض التذبذب في بعض المؤشرات، تحتفظ بمستوى مقبول من التوازن المالي، مع وجود إشارات إيجابية على مستوى الربحية والاستقرار الهيكلي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هذه الأدوات تُعدّ فعالة بدرجة كبيرة، حيث مكّنت من رصد نقاط القوة والضعف بدقة ومنه أدوات التحليل المالي الحديثة تُمثّل أداة حيوية في تشخيص الأداء المالي، شرط أن توظّف بشكل متكامل ودوري داخل المؤسسة، وتُدعّم بتكوين مستمر للكفاءات المالية.

Learning the four language skills hasundoubtedly created positive impacts on our life ingeneral and on education in particular. Among these four skills writing which plays a vitalrole in the learning process. In this dissertation, we present the improvement of the writingskill among students. This work aims to help students in enhancing their writing abilities and the most important goal of this thesis is to highlight the teacher’s role in developing this skillby using. Another objective of this study is to describe the writing skill development for firstLMD students of Foreign Languages at the department of English, university of Abd ElHamid Ibn Badis Mostaganem. Through our objective, we suggest some hypotheses: first, if teacher-students interaction exists inside the classroom, this will help the teacher to be areflective person who would assist students in solving problems. Then, we believe that theteacher as a guide and as a motivator, can help students to face difficulties easily. Finally, we hypothesize that if the teacher uses different activities of process approach, this willencourage students to create new ideas. Thus, we work on two questionnaires to examine both teachers and students feedback. The research findings go hand in hand with our hypotheses which emphasize the writing as very essential to overcome the students’ difficulties and to develop their writing skill. So this skill offer them more opportunities of practice inside and outside the classroom.
