عالجت دراستنا موضوع انظمة استرجاع الملعومات للمكتبات الجامعية حيث قمنا بتسليط الضوء على المكتبة المركزية بجامعة ابن خلدون بتيارت.كما عتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي المسحي متبعين في ذلك اداة الملاحظة و المقابلة بهدف جمع البيانات لتحليلها و تفسيرها وتوصلت هذه الدراسة بجانبها النظري والتطبيقي الى عدة نتئج منها : اعتماد المكتبة على نظام استرجاع محلي و بالتالي لا يمكن للباحث المشاركة فيه خارج المكتبة تسعى المكتبة دائما الى تدريب و تكوين العاملين محليا ووطنيا لا تتوفر المكتبة على برامج لتدريب المستفدين لاستخدام الفهرس المتاح مباشرة لاستفادة منه

The objective of this project is to assess the impact of Somalia’s 4.5 power sharing formula on the consolidation of post-conflict governance. Per the peace agreement, seats in parliament are awarded to the four major clans which also dominate the election process. This has led to the perpetuation of many of the same social dynamics that lead to conflict in the past. Even though the 4.5 formula was not included in the constitution adopted in 2012, the elections methods from the formula were utilized in 2017 presidential elections. Although the goal is to move towards a one-man-one vote system, the use of the 4.5 formula in the 2017 elections points to a struggle in establishing this process. This project will argue that clan influence is likely to remain a challenge for Somalia’s transition to democracy until a civilian based voting system is put into place. This research employed the works Ball (1996) and Papagianni (2007) to analyze the success as well as the failures of rebuilding Somalia and impact of the 4.5 formula had on this process.

اعتمدت شركة بشائر في توزيع منتجاتها وضبط مخزوناتها بصورة أساسية على نظام الكرت الذكي وهو نظام يتيح لعملاء الشركة التزود بالوقود عن طريق الكروت الذكية و ساهم الكرت الذكي خلال فترات الازمات التي تمر بها البلاد مساهمة قيمة حيث انه يمكن تغذيته من خلال البرامج البنكية ثم التوجه الى المحطة والتزود بالوقود مباشرة بعد تنشيط الكرت مما قلل الحاجة الى النقد للتزود بالوقود وأيضا مع ارتفاع أسعار الوقود يكون الكرت الذكي خيارا افضل بديلا عن النقد لعدم الحاجة الى حمل النقود بكميات كبيرة للتزود بالوقود وبالرغم من تسهيل الكرت الذكي للكثير من الجوانب لكن ظهرت العديد من المشاكل في الاستخدام حيث انه لا توجد طريقة مناسبة لمعرفة الرصيد او كشف حساب الكرت او التحكم في حالة الكرت في حال الفقدان لذلك فان هدف الباحث هو تطوير تطبيق يسهل على الأشخاص معرفة الرصيد المتبقي في الكرت بالإضافة الى كشف حساب مفصل عن كل العمليات التي تمت عبر الكرت وأيضا من اهداف الباحث توفير خدمة مميزة لعملاء شركة بشائر بالخصوص والمجتمع بصورة عامة بإظهار مخزون الوقود المتوفر في المحطات وإظهار مواقع المحطات على الخريطة وحساب اقرب محطة من موقع المستخدم. استخدم الباحث في تحليل النظام على لغة UML وفي البرمجة على عدد من المنصات ولغات البرمجة هي SWIFT on XCODE , C# on Visual Studio , SQL on MSSQL Serverوالنتائج التي تم التحصيل عليها من البحث سهولة معرفة الرصيد وسهولة تتبع عمليات التزود بالوقود من المحطات ,التعرف على توفر الوقود بالمحطة, التعرف على اقرب محطة خدمة بالقرب منك وعرضها على الخريطة, سهولة التحصيل على الدعم الفني عبر التواصل مع خدمات العملاء وتقديم المقترحات والشكاوي عبر الرسائل وكشف حساب مفصل. وفي الأخير يوصي الباحث بإضافة تغذية الكرت من البنوك عبر المحول القومي في البحوث القادمة

Nous avons étudié l'effet de l'appariement neutron-proton (n-p), de type , sur les probabilités de transition bêta par l'approximation BCS. Nous avons pour cela considéré l'hamiltonien du système dans sa forme la plus générale. Ce dernier a été diagonalisé approximativement par la méthode de linéarisation, ce qui a permis de trouver la transformation généralisée de B-V et de définir la représentation . Toutefois, l'hamiltonien exprimé dans cette dernière représentation n'était toujours pas diagonal, ce qui nous a conduit à opérer une qui a permis de . une nouvelle transformation généralisée de B-V. Les expressions des probabilités de transition bêta plus et bêta moins ont ensuite été établies aussi bien en représentation particule qu'en représentation quasi-particule. Nous avons ensuite élaboré notre propre code de calcul qui a été appliqué aussi bien aux modèles schématiques qu'à un modèle réaliste. Dans un premier temps, l'effet de la a été étudié dans le cadre du modèle schématique de Richardson en évaluant les probabilités d'occupation des niveaux. Il s'avère que la se traduit par une renormalisation des paramètres de la transformation de B-V. Dans une seconde étape, les probabilités de transition ont été déterminées dans le cadre du modèle à un niveau dans le cas de l'appariement entre particules identiques et dans le cas de l'appariement , avant et après . Le fait d'avoir obtenu des résultats numériques comparables à ceux de la littérature nous a permis de conclure à la validité de notre code de calcul. Par ailleurs, l'inclusion de l'appariement n-p, puis apportent des changements importants dans les valeurs des probabilités de transition, leur prise en compte est donc nécessaire. Dans une troisième étape, des cas réalistes ont été considérés en utilisant les énergies à particules indépendantes d'un champ moyen de Woods-Saxon. Les probabilités de transition ont été évaluées, pour différents noyaux pair-pairs tels que N=Z dans le cadre de l'appariement entre particules identiques puis avec appariement n-p, avant et après . Il a été montré qu.il est nécessaire, dans ce type de noyaux de prendre en compte les corrélations d'appariement n-p et d'effectuer une de l'hamiltonien lors du calcul des probabilités de transition bêta.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور الأساتذة في تحقيق الكفايات لدى التلاميذ من وجهة نظر مفتشي التربية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) مفتش تربوي، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استعمال برنامج الرزم الاحصائية spss لاستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، بتطبيق مقياس رضوان بواب(2013)، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى:- دور الأساتذة في تحقيق الكفايات التدريسية لدى التلاميذ من وجهة نظر مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي بولاية المسيلة متوسط.- دور الأساتذة في تحقيق الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى التلاميذ من وجهة نظر مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي بولاية المسيلة متوسط.- دور الأساتذة في تحقيق الكفايات الإنسانية لدى التلاميذ من وجهة نظر مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي بولاية المسيلة متوسط.- دور الأساتذة في تحقيق الكفايات التقويمية لدى التلاميذ من وجهة نظر مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي بولاية المسيلة متوسط.

Abstract : This thesis deals with the analyses of UPS system and how the output voltage of the UPS can be stabilized at a certain Level, also it studies the performance parameters of the converters included in the UPS system (rectifier and inverter). For the three-phase bridge rectifier, the harmonic components present in the output voltage waveform of the three-pulse, six-pulse and twelve-pulse are investigated. It is found that the orders of the generated harmonics are the same, but the amplitudes of these harmonics decrease with increase of number of pulses. It is also found that the best performance (low harmonics) can be obtained when the firing angle is set to zero. By using a lowpass filter with specific design, the generated harmonics can be eliminated or reduced. The amplitudes of the harmonic components and the output voltage waveform of the rectifier are drawn using MATLAB program. For single-phase inverter controlled by PWM technique, the optimum PWM strategy is used and investigated to control the output voltage of the inverter. From the mathematical analysis and computer simulation, a technique for stabilizing the output voltage of UPS system is proposed in the present work. Analysis of this technique reveals some equations which need to be solved to get best performance. Two methods are used to solve these equations, first by using Newton_s method, and second by using system identification. The second method gives better solution than Newton_s method. However, both methods yield approximate solutions. But, by using a curve-fitting technique a linear relationship between the fundamental voltage (output voltage) and triggering angles (a) can be obtained and it gives an exact solution. A Flowchart is presented to describe the operation of DSP processor which can be used to control the output voltage of the inverter. A MATLAB program is used to draw the amplitudes of the harmonic components and the output voltage waveform of the inverter

باعتبار أن التلميذ في المتوسطة يعيش مرحلة المراهقة والتي تعتبر من أصعب مراحل التي يعيشها الإنسان لأنها تعرف تغيرات نفسية وعاطفية و عقلية مع ظهور مشاكل في أوجه التطوير النفسي، مما يؤثر سلبا على التوافق النفسي لديه، فالتربية البدنية والرياضية تعتبر ميدانا تجريبيا هدفه تكوين الفرد اللائق من الناحية البدنية والنفسية بنشاطاتها المختلفة التي تهدف إلى التخفيف من التوترات وخلق جو الارتياح وتقوية العلاقات بين التلاميذ،هذا ما أردنا معرفته في هذه الدراسة وهو أثر التربية البدنية والرياضية في التوافق النفسي بأبعاده الثلاثة (التوافق الأسري والشخصي والاجتماعي) لدى تلاميذ المتوسط.مشكل الدراسة:هل للتربية البدنية والرياضية أثر في التوافق النفسي لدى التلاميذ الطور المتوسط ؟الفرضية العامة:للتربية البدنية والرياضية أثر في التوافق النفسي لدى التلاميذ الطور المتوسط.الفرضيات الجزئية:1- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الممارسين للتربية البدنية والرياضية وغير الممارسين في التوافق الأسري لدى التلاميذ الطور المتوسط.2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الممارسين للتربية البدنية والرياضية وغير الممارسين في التوافق الشخصي لدى التلاميذ الطور المتوسط.3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الممارسين للتربية البدنية والرياضية وغير الممارسين في التوافق الاجتماعي لدى التلاميذ الطور المتوسط.أهداف الدراسة:-معرفة أثر التربية البدنية والرياضية في تحقيق التوافق الأسري لدى تلاميذ مرحلة المتوسط.-معرفة أثر التربية البدنية والرياضية في تحقيق التوافق الشخصي للتلاميذ الطور المتوسط.-معرفة أثر التربية البدنية والرياضية في تحقيق التوافق الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ الطور المتوسط .إجراءات الدراسة:العينة: تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة80 تلميذ من متوسطة الحرية ببلدية دار الشيوخ الجلفة منهم 60 ممارس و20غير ممارس.المجال المكاني والزماني: المكان متوسطة الحرية ببلدية دار الشيوخ، أما الزماني تم ابتداء من شهر جانفي 2017 إلى غاية منتصف شهر مارس وهذا بالنسبة للجانب النظري، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد دام قرابة شهر ونصف وذلك من منتصف شهر مارس إلى أواخر شهر أفريل من نفس السنة. المنهج المتبع: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لأنه الأنسب لهذه الدراسة.الأدوات المستعملة: مقياس التوافق النفسي من إعداد الباحثة نهاد محمود محمد عقيلان.النتائج المتوصل إليها:توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الممارسين للتربية البدنية والرياضية والغير ممارسين في التوافق النفسي بأبعاده الثلاثة (الأسري،الشخصي، الاجتماعي) لدى تلاميذ الطور المتوسط، وهذا لصالح الممارسين.

Ce mémoire a pour objectif d'étudier l'efficacité du procédé de traitement , par boues activées , des eaux usées au niveau de la STEP de Réghaïa . Des échantillons d'eaux brutes , d'eaux des bassins d'aération et d'eaux épurées ont été analysés et suivis pendants 4 mois . Les paramètres analyses sont physico-chimique (MES , DBO5 ,DCO , azote total , phosphore total), bactériologique (coliforme totaux , coliforme fécaux , Anaérobies sulfito-réducteurs). Nous avons , également procède a l'observation macroscopiques et l'identification de la microfaune présente dans les boues . Les résultats obtenus sont montre que la STEP présente un très bon rendement épuratoire des paramètres suivant : MES , DBO5 ,DCO , azote total , phosphore total avec des taux d'abattement évalues respectivement 91,13% , 95,43% , 87,81% , 86,31% et 89,5 %Les caractéristiques bactériologiques de nos échantillons révèlent la réductions de différentes espèces bactériennes avec une 95,56 % de coliformes totaux, 93,98 % de coliformes fécaux et de 96,14 % Anaérobies sulfito-reducteurs . Mais au cours des différentes analyses bactériologiques , il est noté l'absence de Salmonella et les vibrions . L'observation macroscopique présente une bonne décantation des boues et l'observation microscopique montre la présence de protozoaires (Gastrotriches , Arcella , Aspidisca, Vorticelle ) ,ces derniers sont des indicateurs d'une efficacité épuratrice correct . A travers ces résultats ,nous pouvons déduire que l'épuration des eaux usées par la station d'épuration de Réghaïa est efficace

Biologic therapies have revolutionized the treatment of psoriasis, providing high levels of efficacy and safety. However, the choice of the appropriate therapy for each patient remains a challenge. The primary objective is to evaluate the survival rates and the all-cause discontinuation hazard ratio compared to adalimumab in treating psoriasis in all treatment series. This study is a retrospective survival analysis conducted at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar using the electronic medical records to collect data for patients who received biologics between Jan 2016 and Jan 2023. To compare the survival rates and all-cause discontinuation of biologics, patients with a confirmed dispensing of adalimumab, etanercept, guselkumab, infliximab, ixekizumab, secukinumab, or ustekinumab for psoriatic diagnosis. For the total treatment series model, the Kaplan- Meier survival curve was used to estimate the survival function for each biologic. In conclusion, this study has provided valuable insights into the comparative effectiveness of different biologic treatments for biologic-naive patients with psoriasis. Our findings revealed significant differences in treatment outcomes among various biologics, with some agents demonstrating superior effectiveness compared to adalimumab.
