We present a new method for the synthesis of layered double hydroxides (LHDs) based on a reaction-diffusion framework, which consists of diffusing two initially separated co-precipitates into a gel matrix. The obtained precipitates are characterized by numerous techniques such as XRD, TGA, DSC, EDX, ssNMR, Raman, FT-IR and elemental mapping. This novel method is also adapted to study the kinetics of intercalation and de-intercalation of some anionic and cationic fluorescent probes, such as Rhodamine B and HPTS, using in situ steady state fluorescence. The activation energies of intercalation-de-intercalation of the dyes are computed. Moreover, the incorporation of these dyes into the cavities of the LDHs and their expulsion from their interlayer region is confirmed via XRD, fluorescence microscopy and ssNMR. Furthermore, we report the synthesis and self-assembly of CdAlA-HT. This hydrotalcite assumes a flowery-like shaped microstructure. Electron tomography performed on these microstructures reveals an interior structure consisting of many individual and connected nano-sheets resulting in voids and channels. On the other hand, we are able to shed light, using SEM and elemental mapping, on the mechanism of the polymorphic transformation of this cadmium-aluminum LDH to the brucite-like β-Cd(OH)2, whereby the flowery-like LDH dissolves, expels the aluminum cations from the crystal lattice and reappears in the form of nano-spheres of the brucite compound. Finally, we show that this novel LDH can have two potential applications: the photo-degradation of organic compounds (polysaccharide mixture) and the photo-reduction of CO2 in the gas phase, both under visible light.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الشكلية على صحة العقد في التشريع الجزائري، التي وضعها المشرع للحماية وضمان استقرار المعاملات، وتفاديا لما قد يطرأ فيما بعد من نزاعات تتعلق بتلك التصرفات المبرمة سابقا، فقد نظمها وأحاطها بجمالة من القيود والإجراءات القانونية وذلك بإفراغها في شكل رسمي تحت طائلة البطلان. فقد أوجب المشرع إفراغ رضاء المتعاقدين وتصريحاتهم في شكل محررات رسمية لإقرار الحجية المطلقة لتصرفاتهم ومنحها صفة السند التنفيذي .وتتمثل أهمية الموضوع في بيان حجية الشكلية في العقود التي تكون في شكل محررات رسمية لها حجية مطلقة ولا يمكن الطعن فيها إلا بالتزوير، ويمكن أن تكون عرفية في شكل محررات عرفية، التي تعتبر الشكل الثاني للكتابة، كما تعد أيضا الشكل التقليدي لها، وهي ذات أهمية كونها وتنقسم إلى محررات عرفية معدة للإثبات والتي تعتبر أدلة كاملة، ومحررات عرفية غير معدة للإثبات والتي تعتبر أدلة غير كاملة لكن أعطاها المشرع قدرا من الحجية في الإثبات. كما أن للعقد الالكتروني قيمة قانونية، ودرجة عالية من الإلزام إذا ما تم التوقيع عليه. والتوقيع بصفة عامة هو وسيلة يعبر بها شخص عن إرادته في الالتزام بالتصرف القانوني، هذا ما جعل له دورا كبيرًا في مجال الإثبات.

في هذا العمل تمكنا من تحضير طبقات رقيقة من أكسيد النيكل (NiO) بأحجام مختلفة (10,15,20=V(ml))بتقنية الرش الكيميائي الحراري على مساند الزجاج المسخنة حتى ℃450. والهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة تأثير حجم المذيب على الخصائص البنيوية، الضوئية والكهربائية. أثبتت لنا الدراسة الضوئية من خلال أطياف النفاذية أن هذه الطبقات تمتلك شفافية عالية في المجال المرئي خاصة عند الحجم V=10ml قدرت بـ 78.59% وفجوة طاقة تتراوح بين (3.98eV-3.89eV)، أما الدراسة الكهربائية بينت لنا أن لهذه الطبقات ناقلية كهربائية جيدة خاصة عند V=20ml حيث قدرت بـ 1-cm).Ω) 1.1116*10-6، لكن بالدراسة البنيوية لانعراج الأشعة السينية لم نتوصل لمعلومات حول أكسيد النيكل ويرجع سبب هذا إلى نقص درجة تبلور الطبقات المحضرة وأنها غير متجانسة .

Celiac disease is one of the most common lifelong disorders. It is genetic autoimmune disorder occur when the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine. Vitamin B12 malabsorption are common in celiac disease as the proximal small intestine is predominantly affected. We aimed to study serum vitamin B12 levels in celiac disease patients.This was a cross sectional study, conducted, to estimate the serum levels of vitamin B12 among 40 Sudanese patients with celiac disease; their age range from 2-43 years .Ten (25%) of the patients were males and 30 (75%) were females; all were diagnosed by serological test and endoscopy and referred at Ibn Sinaa hospital, in the period from April to Augest 2016. About 3 ml of venous blood sample were collected by venipuncture technique from each patient, and then allowed to clot to obtain serum .The serum levels of vitamin B12 were measured using immunoassay analyzer (Cobas e411).The result showed that, frequency of B12 deficiency among celiac disease patients were 12.5% (5/40), one (2.5%) was male and four (10%) were females. There was no statistically significant correlation between vitamin B12 deficiency and each of gender, age and duration of disease. There was statistically significant correlation between vitamin B12 deficiency and dietary program commitment (P value = 0.017). No significant correlation was found between serum B12 level and RBCs parameters. The results of this study concluded that, 12.5 % of celiac disease patients were deficient of vitamin B12 and there was statistically significant correlation between vitamin B12 deficiency and dietary program commitment.

Le but de cette étude est la conception d'un bâtiment en R+9 étages+1 sous-sol, qui seraimplanté dans la wilaya de Blida, classé en zone III selon le règlement parasismique Algérien(RPA 99 modifié en 2003).La stabilité de l'ouvrage est assurée par les poutres, les poteaux et les voiles. L'étude et l'analyse de ce projet ont été établies par le logiciel (ETABS 18.1.0).Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants est conforme aux règles applicables en vigueurs à savoir (BAEL91 modifier99et RPA99 modifié en 2003).Pour la vérification du ferraillage nous avons utilisées un logiciel (Socotec er Expert).L'étude des éléments de l'infrastructure, fait également partie de ce projet.

La fiabilité et l'efficacité des systèmes d'énergie renouvelable reste le sujet de l'heure.Comme tous les systèmes industriels, les systèmes d'énergie renouvelable sont sujets à des-défauts et défauts dans leurs installations ou dans leur fonctionnement. Ces systèmes tombent en panne et se détériorent au cours de la période de fonctionnement et cela nécessite le développement d'un système de diagnostic dont l'objectif principal est de fournir des indicateurs pour détecter les défauts et ainsi préserver la production d'énergie du système photovoltaïque. Ce travail vise à donner un aperçu Général sur les différentes méthodes de diagnostic pour les systèmes PV, y compris l'intelligence artificielle.
