Les dérivés phénoliques sont connus pour leurs propriétés antioxydantes. D'autre part depuis de nombreuses années, les nitrones ont été reconnues comme de bons pièges à radicaux libres, avec lesquels elles réagissent pour former des adduits de type oxyaminyle, ces derniers étant stabilisés par résonance et ayant une durée de vie supérieure à celle des radicaux dont ils sont issus, en particulier les radicaux oxygénés. Cette propriété des nitrones a été utilisée en biologie pour détecter la présence de radicaux libres oxygénés et également pour protéger les cellules contre un stress oxydant. Dans ce cadre, les travaux décrits dans ce manuscrit sont centrés sur la recherche de nouvelles molécules duales qui rassemblent les deux fonctions. Dans la première partie de ce mémoire nous avons réalisé la synthèse des différents nitrones phénoliques par condensation des différents aldéhydes aromatiques sur la Bphénylhydroxylamine. Tous les produits synthétisées ont été caractérisés par différentes méthodes physiques et spectroscopiques tels que : SM, IR, RMN 'Het RMN C, nous a permis de vérifier l'existence des fonctions nitrones. Dans la deuxième partie nous avons évalués l'activité antioxydante des nitrones synthétises par trois tests chimiques : la méthode de ß carotène, la méthode de FRAP «ferric réducing antioxydant » et la méthode de DPPH « 1,1-diphenyl-2 picrylhydrazule ». Ces tests ont montré que les nitrones phénoliques ont un bon pouvoir antioxydant. Ce pouvoir peut être renforcé par l'addition d'un groupement méthoxy en l'ortho de la fonction hydroxyle. L'utilisation des nitrones bis fonctionnelles a montré son efficacité avec les méthodes qui reposent sur le mécanisme de Transfer d'hydrogène.

In this work, we propose a composite control system for stable and robust trajectory tracking of autonomous ground vehicles (AGVs) in the presence of bounded disturbances and uncertainties. A nominal model predictive control (MPC) system is combined with a sliding mode controller (SMC) to formulate the proposed control system under the umbrella of tube-based MPC approach, with the aim of tackling the trajectory tracking challenge for AGVs in uncertain environments. The control scheme is further modified by replacing the classical first-order sliding mode control (FOSMC) with a second-order one, the super twisting sliding mode controller (STSMC), to obtain a smooth control signal by diminishing the chattering phenomena. The proposed system's stability is analyzed and guaranteed via Input-to-State Stability (ISS) in coordination with Lyapunov stability theory.For the first time, this combined control structure is applied to the nonlinear kinematic model of AGVs, where STSMC plays the role of an auxiliary controller in the feedback loop to handle disturbances and uncertainties that cause deviation from the nominal model.In particular, the auxiliary STSMC approach is used to produce a control action that reduces the difference between the nominal predicted states and the actual ones, with the main performance metric being the error between the vehicle's position and orientation against a desired trajectory, in addition to fulfilling all of the optimization constraints. A comparative simulation study is presented and demonstrates the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed composite control system in the presence of disturbance effects.

Notre étude fait partie des enquêtes phytosanitaires sur la mineuse des agrumes (Phyllocnistis Citrella ) dans la région de BLIDA.et les principaux produits utilisés par l’INPV de Boufarik dans la lutte contre ce ravageur. L’activité de P. citrella se caractérise par deux périodes ; une (estivo – automnale) et l’autre (hiverno – printanière) en fonction des poussés de sève. Trois parasitoïdes locaux ont été identifiés : Cirrospilus pictus, Cirrospilus vittatus et Pnigalio mediterraneus ainsi que deux parasitoïdes allochtones : Semielacher petiolatus et Citrostichus phyllocnistoïdes. Le parasitisme semble être une solution d’avenir contre P. citrella et que la lutte biologique reste l’unique alternative. Et pour renforcer l’activité des auxiliaires locaux, il faudrait tout d’abord procéder à des élevages et des lâchers importants de Semielacher petiolatus et Citrostichus phyllocnistoïdes.

إن المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير يعد الإطار التنظيمي للعمران الجزائري لذلك وجب إعطاء الأهمية القصوى لكل مراحل إعداده، بدءا بالتخطيط وذلك بإتباع احدث الأساليب التخطيطية وإشراك المواطن بصفة فعلية وأخذ كل مقترحاته وتضمينها في دفتر الشروط ثم انتقاء أكفأ مكتب دراسات والذي يجب أن تتوافر فيه كل الشروط و أن يضم كل التخصصات مع التقليص في مدة الإعداد والمراجعة وتحديديها قانونا وفرضها على مكتب الدراسات دون إغفال فكرة التنمية المستدامة.

This paper explores whether arbitrators’ have a duty to report corruption or not. It is divided into two parts. In part one, the paper presents the legal status of arbitrators by introducing the contractual, judicial and hybrid theories. Also, it examines the national laws of the US, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia to establish whether there is a legal duty to report or not. In the second part, the paper defines both confidentiality and public policy, and shows where the conflict between the two exists. On the one hand, arbitrators have a duty to protect confidentiality. On the other hand, arbitrators have a duty to insure the award will be enforced and that the contract does not contradict public policy. With this in mind, the paper will present five cases where the competent governments knew about the corruption, yet they did not prosecute the perpetrators. The paper concludes with the contention that arbitrators have no legal duty to report corruption.
