The (PMMA-SPO-SiC) and (PMMA-SPO-Al2O3) nanocomposites have been prepared by casting method with different weights of additive nanomaterials (Silicon Carbide, Alumina). The structural and optical properties in the wavelength range (250–850) nm and (A.C and D.C) electrical properties of the nanocomposites have been studied. The structural properties include Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and optical microscopy. The examination results by optical microscope photos show the presence of Silicon Carbide and Alumina nanoparticles inside the polymer blends for all nanocomposite films. The optical microscope also shows a continuous network of ions inside the polymer blends at high ratios of nanoparticles. The examination results (FTIR) showed that all peaks of the main bonds remained at the same wave numbers, which means that there was no chemical reaction. The results of optical properties for (PMMA-SPO-SiC) and (PMMA-SPO-Al2O3) nanocomposites showed that the absorbance, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient, refractive index, and real and imaginary dielectric constants increase with the increase of (SiC, Al2O3) nanoparticle concentrations, while the transmittance and energy band gap decrease with increasing (SiC, Al2O3) nanoparticle concentrations. The (PMMA-SPO-SiC) and (PMMA-SPO-Al2O3) nanocomposites have high absorbance in the UV region. The results of D.C electrical properties of nanocomposites show that the D.C electrical conductivity of (PMMA-SPO-SiC) and (PMMA-SPO-Al2O3) nanocomposites increases with increasing the (SiC, Al2O3) nanoparticle concentrations and temperature, while activation energy decreases with increasing the concentration of (SiC, Al2O3) nanoparticles. The results of A.C electrical properties of nanocomposites showed that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of (PMMA-SPO-SiC) and (PMMA-SPO-Al2O3) nanocomposites decrease with increasing the frequency of the applied electric field, and the dielectric constant increases with increasing the (SiC, Al2O3) nanoparticle concentrations. The A.C electrical conductivity increases with increasing the frequency of the applied electric field and concentrations of (SiC, Al2O3) nanoparticles. The results from the application of the nanoparticles showed that all the results change the electrical resistance by changing the external pressure and thus can be used as pressure sensors.

La mucoviscidose est une maladie génétique souvent fatale affectant les organes exocrine (tractus respiratoire, digestif, génital et cutané) et particulièrement fréquente dans la population d’Europe du Nord et d’Amérique du Nord. Pour pionnière qu’elle soit dans des secteurs aussi variés que la génétique, la physiologie, ou la pharmacologie, la recherche sur la mucoviscidose se heurte néanmoins, aujourd’hui encore, à d’importantes zones d’ombre. En particulier, les facteurs responsables du déclenchement et de la sévérité de l’atteinte respiratoire dans la mucoviscidose restent mal identifiés. L'objectif principal de cette étude est l'analyse bio-informatique des mutations des molécules (gène CFTR : responsable de la maladie mucoviscidose: c.1521-1523delCTT(F508del), c.680T>G(L227R), c.1624G>T(G542X);C.3909C>G(N1303K)et c.1652C>A(G551D).et leurs effets sur la protéine et le phénotype de la maladie en utilisant quelques outils bio- informatiques.

للقبائل العربية دور مهم في التاريخ العربي الإسلامي، يستحق منا الثناء العطر والذكر الجميل، والتسطير بحروف من نور للمنجزات التي سطروها، فلهم الدور الكبير في بناء الحضارات العريقة، ومن هذه القبائل قبيلة لخم. هدفت الدراسة الى إبراز دور القبائل العربية الأصيلة ومشاركتها في الفتوحات الإسلامية، والحفاظ على الإرث التاريخي الكبير للقبائل العربية الأصيلة وتوثيقه لتعريف الأجيال الحالية على أمهات القبائل العربية ومساهماتها الكبيرة في بناء الحضارة الإسلامية، لقد قمت بجمع المعلومات المهمة عن قبيلة لخم العريقة والموغلة في التاريخ في بحث واحد وتقديمه للباحثين والمهتمين بالتاريخ الاسلامي العظيم، والتعريف بدور هذه القبيلة العربية الأصيلة وأهم قادتها ومناطق تواجدها ودورها الاجتماعي والسياسي. أتبعت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي في مناقشة الروايات التاريخية من أجل التوصل إلى الحقائق التاريخية. توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: دراسة نسب قبيلة لخم العربية القحطانية الأصيلة؛ قبيلة لخم هي من أحدى القبائل العربية العريقة الموغلة في التأريخ؛ وتعد هذه القبيلة من أمهات القبائل القحطانية؛ التي شاركت في الفتوحات الإسلامية ومنها فتح بلاد الأندلس فكان منها الولاة والقادة والفرسان والجنود ؛ الوالي موسى بن نصير والى شمال أفريقيا والأندلس وأبنائه هم من قبيلة لخم التي انجبت العديد من القادة والولاة ورجال السياسة؛ وبينت الدراسة الدور الكبير والمشرف لقبيلة لخم في جميع المجالات الاجتماعية الاقتصادية والسياسية؛ فقد شارك أبناء قبيلة لخم في الحياة الاجتماعية فكان لهم دور في جميع المناسبات الاجتماعية؛ كما بينت الدراسة دور للمرأة اللخمية في شتى مجالات الحياة بالأندلس مثل المشاركة في إدارة شؤون القصور الملكية والمشاركة في قول الشعر ونظمه وحضور المجالس الأدبية؛ كما أوضحت الدراسة دور قبيلة لخم في مجال الاقتصاد فظهر منها التجار في البر والبحر وظهر منها أصحاب الحرف والصناعة وأهل الدكاكين والبضائع؛ أبناء قبيلة لخم العريقة الموغلة في التأريخ هم بناة حضارة ودولة يشهد لها الجميع فكانت دولة بني عباد اللخميين في إشبيلية شاهد حق على أنهم رجال دولة وبناة حضارة شهد لها العدو قبل الصديق في الأندلس؛ للأدب مجال واسع وكبير فقد سلطت هذه الدراسة الضوء على الشعراء والأدباء من قبيلة لخم. توصي الدراسة بالبحث في المواضيع التالية: دور قبيلة لخم السياسي والحضاري في الأندلس من(630هـ حتى سقوط غرناطة 897هـ ، علماء قبيلة لخم بالأندلس من الفتح حتى سقوط غرناطة، قضاة وشعراء وادباء قبيلة لخم في الأندلس، دور أبناء قبيلة لخم في الحروب والمعارك العسكرية التي وقعت في الأندلس، ولاة قبيلة لخم بالأندلس من الفتح حتى سقوط غرناطة، المدن والقرى التي سكنتها قبيلة لخم بالأندلس.

The main objective of this thesis is to study the well-posedness and temporal regularity inGevrey spaces and anisotropic Gevrey spaces for some partial differential equations. Thisthesis is divided into two parts:First one is to study the local and global well-posedness for the Kawahara equation andthe m-Korteweg-de Vries system with the initial data in analytical Gevrey spaces. In addition,the Gevrey regularity of the solutions in variable time is provided.The second part consists in studying the local well-posedness and the time regularityfor the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili I equation and the global well-posedness for the Kadomtsev Petviashvili II equation with initial data in anisotropic Gevrey space

Cancer is a group of diseases characterized by uncontrolled and abnormal cell proliferation. Breast cancer is the most prevalent malignancy among women worldwide, with a 25% cancer-related mortality rate, breast cancer has become a significant threat to female health in Iraq, where it is the major leading cause of death among women after cardiovascular disease. Carboxy esterase, cytidine deaminase, and thymidine phosphorylase are the three enzymes that are required for the activation of the oral prodrug capecitabine. Aim of study: To investigate the relationship between breast cancer, the (rs207267) cytidine deaminase genetic polymorphism, and (rs532545) cytidine deaminase genetic polymorphism on the efficacy and toxicity of the drug capecitabine and the influence of the cytidine deaminase gene polymorphism on the efficacy and toxicity of capecitabine. Methods: At the oncology center at Imam al-Hussein Medical City in Kerbala, Iraq, the research was done on a total of 200 women between 1 July 2022 to 1 January 2023. This included 100 healthy women who acted as a control group and were older than 45 years old, as well as 100 women who had been diagnosed with breast cancer and were older than 45 years old. The research was carried out on both groups. Estradiol, cancer antigen 15-3, and calcium levels in the blood plasma of both healthy women and women with breast cancer have been evaluated. Plasma drug concentration was determined for 100 women who had been taking capecitabine for at least three months. Using allele-specific PCR, genetic polymorphism was conducted on both genes (rs207267 and rs532545). The SPSS program was utilized for statistical analysis. Result: In this study both alleles (rs207267 and rs532545) genetic analysis shows heterozygotes are more prevalent than homozygotes and mutant types. Plasma drug concentration in both genes (rs207267 and rs532545) was higher in mutant types than in heterozygotes and homozygotes, respectively. In this study, there were statistically significant differences between the control groups and the cancer patients regarding estradiol and the cancer antigen CA 15-3 and there is no statistically significant difference in calcium levels between the two groups. Conclusion: Estradiol and cancer antigen 15-3 can be used to assess the treatment response of breast cancer patients. The genetic polymorphism of cytidine deaminase may influence the efficacy and toxicity of capecitabine in breast cancer patients.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the oral portfolio as a means for raising Algerian EFL degree students’ awareness of their oral interaction and oral production. The study involved 12 EFL degree students from the English Department at the University of Algiers 2. Students were involved in two tasks (oral interaction and individual oral production). As Algerian EFL students needed more speaking practice in English, and also needed an unthreatening environment outside the classroom, participants in this study were required to provide three audio recordings of their oral performance in the oral interaction task and three audio recording performances in the individual oral production task. Participants’ reflections on their oral performance over the period of eight weeks may answer the research question on how the oral portfolio would raise students’ awareness of their oral skill. Audio recordings transcripts from the participants, questionnaires and interview were used to collect data.
