Over the years, technology has revolutionized our daily lives and played an essential role in developing all work fields, including translation. However, some argue that depending on machine translation (MT) completely would produce a poor-quality translation. To illustrate, social media is a way to communicate across cultures, yet allowing users to access as much content as possible requires translation services. According to Twitter’s 20 Earnings Release, Twitter users in the 2020 1st quarter reached 166 million users worldwide, but not all of them speak the same language. Therefore, offering translations of tweets into as many languages as possible was necessary to assure a wide range of communication across different linguistic boundaries. In collaboration with a well-known MT software, namely, “Google Translate,” Twitter has launched an auto-translation service that translates all tweets immediately into the default language of the user’s account. Although on the face of it, MT saves time and effort, its outcome does not live up to expectations and may indeed hinder rather than help the process of communication. Therefore, research aiming to develop MT performance and outcome is essential to keep up with the ever-growing need for successful and timely communication nowadays. With this in mind, this research aims to evaluate the auto-translation (MT) of Donald Trump’s tweets during the US presidential elections in 2020, using text linguistic analysis model (Neubert and Shreve 1992), identifying and analyzing issues in the MT output, and suggesting alternative solutions to those issues in order to help produce better quality translations of these tweets. This textual product-oriented study finds out that although MT produces understandable translation, generally speaking, it is not ready yet to be relayed upon completely in translating Twitter’s political tweets, because of the recurring violations of the seven standards of textuality.

يُعالج هذا البحث وقف براءة الاختراع في التشريع الجزائري كصورة حديثة لتطور نظام الوقف، خاصة في ظلصدورالقانون الأوقاف رقم 25-06 الذي أقر بإمكانية الوقف المؤقت. وتبرز أهمية الموضوع في اعتبار براءة الاختراع مالاً منقولاً معنوياً ذا طبيعة مؤقتة قابلا للاستغلال،حيث يسمح بتخصيص عائده المالي لأغراض البر والخير. وعليه تعتمد الدراسة على المزاوجة بين قانون الأوقاف والأمر المتعلق ببراءة اختراع، ذلك لبيان الشروط الموضوعية والشكلية، خاصة الرسمية والتسجيل ذلك لضمان النفاذ هذا التصرف. إضافة الى الآثار القانونية المتمثلة في زوال ملكية الواقف وانتقال المنفعة، مع انسجام الوقف المؤقت مع الطبيعة الزمنية للبراءة.

يعد الشعر مرآة صادقة لحياة الشعوب عبر تاريخها القديم ووثيقة تاريخية للأمم في حياتهم الدينية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية من خلال حركة الأدب العربي في العصر العباسي الأول من 132-232هـ وهي مرحلة زمنية طويلة وهي فوق هذا عامرة بالنشاط الأدبي والنقدي والإبداعي . هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الحكام في العصر العباسي الأول في الحركة الأدبية بصفة عامة والشعر بصفة خاصة ، حيث تناول هذا البحث الأدوار المختلفة التي قام بها الحكام من اجل النهوض بالعلم والأدب . فقد تعددت هذه الأدوار من جانب مالي ويعرض البحث فيه الجوانب المختلفة التي انفق الحكام الأموال فيها من أجل النهوض بالأدب كبناء المكتبات لتشجيع العلماء والشعراء والإنفاق عليه وغير ذلك . وجانب ثقافي وعلمي يعرض البحث فيه إلى الندوات الأدبية داخل قصور هؤلاء الحكام وكشف ما لهم من بصمات واضحة على الشعر والشعراء في تجديد لأغراض شعرية قديمة كالمدح والغزل والهجاء واستحداث أغراض شعرية لم تكن موجودة كشعر الزهد والشعر التعليمي وشعر الخمر . اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوصلت الدراسة على عدد من النتائج أهمها : أن العصر العباسي الأول 132-232هـ شهد نهضة علمية واضحة المعاني عبر تاريخ العرب الطويل وأن حكام بني العباس كانوا أهل علم وثقافة وكانوا يحبون العلم ومجالسة أهله والاهتمام بها كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الثقافة التي تثقف بها هؤلاء الحكام كانت متنوعة بين عربية وأجنبية وأن الأدب عامة والشعر خاصة قد تأثر بالحكام . توصي الدراسة بالاهتمام بالأدب العباسي في العصر العباسي الأول 132-232هـ في هذه المرحلة الزمنية الطويلة العامرة بالنشاط الأدبي والنقدي والإبداعي الذي يصعب الإحاطة بكل جوانبه الأدبية .

"احتلّت الأسلوبية مكانة عالية في دراسات علم اللغة، لِما تميّزت به من جمعٍ للمنهج العلمي في دراسة اللغة، والمنهج النقدي في دراسة النص، ذلك ما يُؤدّي إلى إنتاج تحليلٍ عالي من الدقّة العلمية والجمال الفني.هذا البحث هو دراسة تطبيقية للمنهج الأسلوبي على سورة الملك، ركّز على دراسة الظواهر الأسلوبية واللغوية التي أدّت معاني بلاغية، استخدم في ذلك مستويات التحليل اللغوي: المستوى الصوتي، والتركيبي، والدلالي، ومستوى الصورة التي ساعدت مجتمعةً على كشف جماليات السورة وفهم أسرارها، وكان ذلك وِفقَ اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي لآياتها، وهذا ما أكّد على أن القرآن الكريم هو كلام فنّي مقصود، له إيقاع سحري يتماشى مع ألفاظه وصوره الفنية، يستعمل اللفظ الدقيق في السياق المناسب، وهو بنية متكاملة من اللغة والفكر والجمال

In this thesis, we had prepared two series of Bi-Based superconductors samples (La series and Sm series) by two different methods and studied the effect of doping on their modulation and physical properties. In the first series labeled La series (Bi2Sr2-xLaxCaCu2O8+) prepared by the conventional solid state reaction, the increase of La doping favors the purification of samples, reduces the cell parameters and increases the incommensurate modulation vector. The increase of oxygen concentration in case of x0.3 of Lanthanum leads to a transformation of crystal system from the type solgel method it was revealed that the FTIR analysis showed that all the samples are free of organic elements after step. The XRD analysis proved that Sm samples crystallized in the Bi-2212 phase with a little presence of the Bi-2201 and Bi-2223 phases in the Sm05 sample (x0.05). The cell parameters decreased with the Sm doping. This later led to the transformation of the structure into a pseudo-tetragonal structure in the case of the Sm10 sample (x0.10). The modulation was incommensurate and increased with Sm content. The crystallites size was nanometric. SEM analysis showed a well-connected plate-shaped grains. The electrical resistivity study showed that the transition to the superconductor state for all samples. The Bi-2223 phase appeared in Sm05 caused a double transition in the tail part of resistivity curve. The critical temperature Tc decreased with the Sm doping, whereas the activation energy U0 increased. The magneto-resistivity measurements showed that a 0.7 tesla applied magnetic field leads to a decrease of both Tc and U0

L’agriculture représente un atout pour le développement d’une économie donnée grâce à la croissance et à la création d’emplois qu’elle génère. De ce fait, chaque territoire cherche à construire une stratégie de développement local en se focalisant sur ses propres ressources et ses propres spécificités. Le terroir englobe un ensemble de composantes humaines, techniques, culturelles et historiques.Un produit de terroir se distingue à travers ses relations avec son aire géographique de production.Ce lienle rend spécifique, ce qui constitue un moyen de le valoriser. Sa valorisation peut se faire à travers un label qui est aussi un outil de protection et d’identification. Dans ce travail, nous avons pris le cas de l’huile d’olive d’Achbali Nath Ghobri, un produit localisé dans la zone rurale de Kabylie qui est un important réservoir de matières premières agricoles pour la ville.Cette étude est axée sur la compréhension du processus de valorisation d’un produit de terroir, en général, et sur les difficultés rencontrées pour la valorisation via la labellisation de cette huile d’olive, en particulier.s
