لقد أدت العولمة إلى تغيير في توجهات السياسات الاقتصادية لعدة دول، فمسألة نظام سعر الصرف تعتبر من القضايا الإستراتيجية في السنوات الأخيرة في ظل العولمة الاقتصادية والانفتاح على الخارج، ولذا فإن تبني نظام صرف ملائم يسمح بتحقيق معدلات تضخم مقبولة وزيادة تنافسية الاقتصاد وتحقيق معدلات نمو معتبرة، يعتبر من أولويات الدول خاصة الجزائر في ظل انفتاحها على الخارج وإبرامها عدة اتفاقيات شراكة مع دول عربية وأوربية.

Ce travail est porte sur le véhicule électrique VE, qui se définie par une automobile propulsée par un moteur asynchrone. La première partie de ce mémoire était orienté à la modélisation dynamique longitudinale du véhicule électrique. En ont vu la deuxième partie concerne la modélisation de la machine asynchrone (MAS), cette actionneur était alimenté par un onduleur de tension contrôlé par la technique MLI. La troisième étape était destiné à la commande Vectorielle de la vitesse longitudinale du VE basée sur des régulateurs PI classiques pour commander le système, pour la commande non linéaire on a appliqué des techniques de commande robustes à savoir : le BACKSTEPPING. Les résultats des simulations de contrôle longitudinal ont montré des bonnes performances et une robustesse en présence des variations paramétriques et des perturbations.

Background: Endometrial carcinoma is one of the commonest gynecological malignanciesworlwide.P53 Protein is involved in gene transcription, DNA synthesis and repair, genomic plasticity, and apoptosis.Aim: This study aimed to detect expression of P53 in malignant endometrial tumor.Material & Method: The type of this study was analytical descriptive, retrospective hospital based study. Forty seven formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue blocks were selected, then apply to it immunohistochemistry techniqueResult: The Forty seven women age distribution between (31 -80) Age mean =70. 14(30%) between 41-51years, 16(34%) between52-62years.High expression show in group (52-62 years) 16(34%) . Results of immunohistochemistryshowed thatEighteen of case was positives for expression 18/47.well differentiated endometroid adenocarcinoma Grade I see in 16/47 case (34%), endometroid adenocarcinoma Grade II 14/47 case(2.1%),poorly differentiated endometroidadenocarcinoma Grade III 10/47 case(21.2%)and grade I that show high expressionConclusion: No significant relationshipbetweenage distribution and P53 expression andsignificant relationshipbetween histological grades of endometrial carcinoma (P value 0.2) and significant relationshipbetween P53 and types of endometrial carcinoma

The technical education and vocational training (TVET) system is a model of education that is popular all over the world. It is implemented in several countries and consists of several models. One of these models is the dual educational system. It is one of the booming TVET educational models that are common in Europe, especially in Germany. Since Egypt adapted the German dual educational model since the 1990’s, this thesis discusses the dual educational system in Egypt through the lens of governance and quality management. Currently, Egypt is collaborating with several national and international policy advisors on enhancing the dual educational system through international best practices, policy amendments and technical and financial support from donor organizations. This thesis examines, reviews, and analyzes the dual educational system in Egypt, the current challenges, the quality model used to enhance the system (ECTQM and EFQM) and its governance mechanisms. It also elaborates on the way forward for the system, its social perception, its strengths and weaknesses, the system’s accountability, and the possible recommendations that could support enhancing it. The quality management system of Egypt’s dual education has never been researched before, and thus, the analysis of this thesis was fundamentally depending on the primary sources to cover and to fulfill an initial academic contribution in this area. The aim of the research is to pinpoint the challenges existing in the Egyptian dual educational system and recommend feasible solutions. The analysis shows that the system has been affected by the political situations that Egypt witnessed over the past fifteen years, which contributed to the system’s current formulation. Moreover, the analysis elaborated on the reasons contributing to the system’s current social perception and the possible recommendations to achieve an enhanced way forward. The findings added that the usage of ECTQM as a quality model to enhance the Egyptian dual education was not effective and was not fully able to improve the quality management system on the operational level, or on the central level due to several challenges that the thesis will elaborate on in details.
