ترجمة الملخص

The vast technological wealth has led to the expansion of the circle of transactions and their transition from traditional to electronic, and to cultivate trust among customers and maintain the stability of transactions, the Algerian legislator was keen to give electronic editors their evidentiary power, through an arsenal of laws and executive decrees, chief among them the amendment of the Civil Code 2005 as a general framework and law 15-04 on signature and electronic ratification as a special framework. Our research aims to show the limits of the e-editor's authority in proof, as we have relied on two approaches: descriptive and analytical. It can be said that the Algerian legislator seeks to keep up with the developments imposed by practical reality in the transition from physical reality to virtual reality or the digital environment.Keywords: Electronic editors - electronic signature - the principle of functional parity - the electronic certification authority - electronic certification certificate.
