Des expériences conduites in vitro avec des embryons excisés de palmier dattier Cv. Takerboucht, variété résistante au bayoud, a apporté des améliorations à la technique de culture d’embryons matures. Ainsi, le taux et la vitesse de germination sont nettement améliorés. Les meilleurs taux de germination ont été enregistrés sur le milieu de base MS modifié par référence, respectivement, aux travaux réalisés sur le palmier dattier par RHISS (1980) (MSm1) et YAKOUB-BOUGDAL (1984) (MSm2). Ainsi, la culture des embryons, en position debout a entraîné des taux élevés de régénération de 100 % sur MSm1 et de 91,67 % sur MSm2, après 2 mois de culture. De plus, l’addition du saccharose a montré que les fortesconcentrations (50 g.l-1) assurent un bon aspect morphologique. Alors que l’addition de l’ANA à 1 mg.l-1 parait être plus favorable à la production de plants.Nous avons tenté un traitement en lumière bleue (P380), l’étude révèle l’effet bénéfique d’un court traitement aussi bien sur la réduction du temps moyen de germination que dans l'obtention de jeunes plants vigoureux. De plus, l’étude a mis en évidence l’effet rhizogène d’un traitement composite (bleue/blanche).Les variations des teneurs en leucoanthocyanes reflètent les variations de sensibilité de l’embryon à la lumière. Les radiations bleues induisent très fortement la synthèse de ces composés durant seulement les deux premières semaines de culture (15,05 mg.g-1 sur MSm1 et 15,97 mg.g-1 sur MSm2) et, par la suite, les teneurs diminuent. Ces teneurs sont corrélées positivement au développement des embryons si le temps d’exposition à la lumière bleue ne dépasse pas une semaine.

La covid-19 a affecté la plupart des entreprises d'une manière ou d'une autre, ce qui les a obligé à s'adapter rapidement a la situation afin d'assurer leur continuité.Notre étude nous permet de voir comment la covid-19 a-t-elle affecté l'organisation du travail, notamment les conditions de travail des salariés. Chose qui a permis de mettre en œuvre de nouvelles méthodes de travail, mais cela n'a pas empêché l'entreprise CO.G.B la belle de bien gérer cette crise, ce qui a impacté positivement le chiffre d'affaires et la production.

Lorsqu’on parle de la langue française au Liban, on parle forcément d’Histoire et de politique, notamment la période durant laquelle le Liban est placé sous mandat français. Bien que ce dernier ne soit exercé que de 1920 à 1943, le Liban est considéré comme le bastion de la francophonie dans le Moyen-Orient, vu la richesse du marché littéraire francophone libanais. L’écrivan Chukri Ghanem est considéré comme le pionnier avec son ouvrage Ronces et Fleurs, suivi par d’autres auteurs comme : Farjallah Haïk, Amin Maalouf, Alexandre Najjar, Gérard Khoury, Carole Dagher, Hani Hamoud, Charif Majdalani…. Ces écrivains et poètes qui ont brillé dans le domaine de la littérature francophone, et qui sont influencés par la culture française, ont utilisé la langue de Molière pour exprimer leurs ambitions nationalistes.

During the last few decades, the field of medical image processing has been closely related to neural network methodologies and their applications, especially after the vast successful researches in this field and the advanced newly formulated algorithms as well as the need for accuracy and intelligence in assessing of the medical images in critical diagnosis and oncology care cases. One of these methodologies which is implemented in this work is the Blind Source Separation (BSS) and its application the Independent Component Analysis (ICA) that eases the process of separation of the Region of Interest (ROI) and the fusion of multimodality images to emphasize the benefits of the them and get an image of accurate anatomic structure with the physiological details. In this thesis a 512×512 Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) images are registered to eliminate the dimensionality differences between the two images, then separated both of them using batch approach by fast-fixed point algorithm after truncation of each image in to almost 1000 image patches of 15×15 dimension and transform them to 1-D and order them into row-wise fashion as well as reducing the entered data of lesser interest by Principle component analysis (PCA) in order to minimize the computational complexity, finally applying the fusion process using different methods. The images were taken from Al Hussain General Hospital, Karbala' and the result shows that the differently defined brain regions can be separated using batch approach for both CT and MRI and could be a powerful and accurate diagnostic tool, especially, for surgical and radiotherapy planning and oncology treatment after a suitable fusion process is carried out on it.
