لقد تناول في ھذا البحث دور المشاركة السكانية في التنمية العمرانية دراسة حالة مدینة عین الخضراء، إذ یعتبر ھذا الموضوع أحد المواضيع الھامة والشائكة في الظل الزیادة في الكثافة السكانية ّ ،حیث أن مدننا شھدت تدهور كبیر من الناحية العمرانية والمعمارية وھذا ناتج عن غیاب الحكومة ( المشاركة السكانية) والتي أثرت سلبا على تناسق التخطيط العمراني.والهدف من ھذه الدراسة ھو محاولة إيجاد الحلول للمشاكل التي واجھتنا واقتراح بعض التغييرات التي من شأنها ان تعزز مبدأ المشاركة السكانية في الجزائر عامة وفي عین الخضراء خاصة للخروج من الفوضى التي تعیشھا مدننا وبلديات الوطن خاصة في جانب التخطيط العمراني.

ملخص الدراسة:نعترف بتعاظم العمل للإدارة الرياضية التي أصبحت تساهم بشكل كبير في تنمية العمل وترقية الحضارة الإنسانية ذلك لعملها علي نشر التسامح والتعاون والسلام. ونموذج الحراك الشعبي السلمي المليوني أثبت أنه وسيلة مناسبة ومثال يمكن الاقتداء به والعمل عليه لنشر قيم الإدارة الرياضية كالتعاون والسلام، وذلك باستخدام قاعدتي الوظيفة الإدارية وهما التنظيم والتوجيه، لما لهما من تأثير كبير في أداء المهمة الإدارية وتطبيقهما على الحراك الشعبي لتحقيق هدف الحد من العنف في الملاعب الرياضية الوطنية، التي أصبحت هذه الممارسات في الملاعب تسقط من قيم الرياضة وتؤرق المجتمع وتمس بأمن وسلامة المواطنيناستنتاج عام:بعد تطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لكل فرضية وباستقراء الجداول وتحليلها وترجمتها، وكذلك مناقشتها في ضوء الدراسات السابقة. جاءت نتائج دراستنا كالتالي:-تنظيم الحراك الشعبي له دور في الحد من العنف في الملاعب الرياضية الوطنية.-توجيه الحراك الشعبي له أثر كبير في الحد من ظاهرة العنف في الملاعب الرياضية الجزائرية.-عفوية الحراك الشعبي وتفاعل أفراده فيما بينهم بطريقة منتظمة ما يعرف بالتنظيم غير الرسمي، له قيمة ومعيار يمكن الاستفادة منها للحد من العنف في الملاعب الرياضية.-توفر التجمع الإنساني أو المورد البشري هو مادة أساسية في التنظيم وهو ما يتوافق مع الحراك الشعبي بتأطير خلاياه التي لها ارتباط مع الجمهور الرياضي لتحقيق هدف الحد من العنف في الملاعب الرياضية.-استخدام الاتصال الشفهي من خلال تبادل الأفكار والمعلومات بين أطراف الحراك الشعبي السلمي وهي أفضل الطرق لتوصيلها إلى الجمهور الرياضي للحد من العنف في الملاعب الرياضية.- استخدام عملية التدفق الصاعد للمعلومة بين الحراكيين وهي نقل المعلومة عن المشكلة الواقعة وكذلك تقديم مقترحات وتبادلها مع الجمهور الرياضي لتحقيق هدف معالجة ظاهرة العنف في الملاعب.- الاشراف على عناصر الحراك الشعبي وتوجيه رسالته السلمية الجمهور الرياضي للحد من العنف في الملاعب.-الاستماع والنظر لبرنامج الحراك الشعبي يعطي الثقة والأهمية لعملية الاتصال ويبعث روح التفاؤل لدى جمهور الملاعب وهذا ما يحقق هدف الحد من العنف في الملاعب الرياضية.

This was a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted at the departmentof obstetrics and gynecology in soba teaching hospitalit was conductduring the period fromApril to august2019. The main aim was to assess the association ofplacenta location with previous caesarean section (CS) in pregnantwoman. In antenatal Clinic as per protocol 60 pregnant women werescanned in their second and third Trimester for fetal wellbeing andplacental localization after taking a detailed Obstetrical history andclinical examination. All women without previous caesarean Sectionwere excluded. Methodology the data collection from pt by datacollection Sheet and analysed by SPSS.The study found that the most common placental location site inassociation with caesarean section for participants was posterior (46.7%),or anterior (25%), while (table 4.7) the placental location site inassociation with caesarean section was statistical significantly differentand it correlated to the variety of No. of scars.The incidence of placenta Previa was significantly increased in those witha previous caesarean section and (Ahmed et al., 2015), placenta Previa was highly significantly associated with previous caesarean section.

L’activité bancaire devient de plus en plus vulnérable tant qu’il existe une multitude de risques auxquels sont exposées les banques, on trouve le risque de crédit qui est le risque le plus influençant sur l’activité d’une banque.L’analyse financière, les modèles de score et la notation interne sont des méthodes candidates pour la quantification du risque de crédit. La troisième méthode constitue notre souci dans ce travail qui s’articule autour de la problématique suivante :« Comment peut-on établir un système de notation interne moyennant les modèles de score ? »La partie théorique traitera les risques entravant l’activité bancaire, les trois méthodes sus-évoquées d’appréciation du risque de crédit ainsi que la méthodologie que doit suivre une banque pour établir un système de notation interne, notre travail concerne aussi un cas pratique établi sur un échantillon d’entreprises domiciliées auprès de la banque de développement locale.

Dans ce travail, nous présentons une étude sur le bio-kérosène à base de savon (SBK), fabriqué à partir d'huile de coco, envisagé comme une alternative durable au carburant Jet A-1. Différents mélanges SBK/Jet A-1 ont été élaborés et testés conformément à la norme ASTM D1655. Les résultats suggèrent que le mélange à parts égales (50/50) possède un point de congélation inférieur de −47 °C, une densité et une viscosité normales, ainsi qu'un point d'éclair supérieur à 38 °C, garantissant une manipulation sécurisée. Ces résultats indiquent que ce mélange est conforme aux normes des carburants aéronautiques. (In this work,we present a study on soap-based bio-kerosene (SBK), made from coconut oil, considered as a sustainable option to Jet A-1 fuel. Different SBK/Jet A-1 blends were developed and tested in accordance with ASTM D1655. The results suggest that the 50/50 blend has a lower freezing point of -47°C, normal density and viscosity, and a higher flash point of 38°C, ensuring safe handling. These results suggest that the blend complies with aviation fuel standards)

By the rise of the twenty first century, the Algerian educational system was reformedadopting the Competency-Based Approach inspired from constructivist learning theory.Thus, the aim of this work was to explore, through a case study design, the readiness ofboth learners and teachers for constructivism in the Algerian EFL classroom (3rd yearliterary classrooms). The analysis and triangulation of the data obtained from a set ofresearch instruments (learners’ questionnaire, teachers’ questionnaire, classroomobservation, and the General Inspector’s interview) revealed that Algerian EFL learnersand teachers are not ready for constructivism. Moreover, the Algerian EFL classroom isnot appropriate for creating constructivist learning/teaching environments that requireand encourage learner autonomy. On the ground of these findings, some solutions andsuggestions were proposed to overcome the issues and obstacles unveiled by this work.
