إن الهدف من دراستنا هذه كان محاولة لتسليط الضوء على اقتصاديات بلدان شرق آسيا، فكانموضوع بحثنا هذا هو التنمية الاقتصادية لبلدان جنوب شرق أسيا والسياسات المتبعة من طرف هذه البلدانفي دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية لها، كون هذه الأخيرة أصبحت موضوعا متداولا حيث أنها تجعل المجتمعمتقدما عن طريق استنباط أفضل الأساليب الجديدة في جميع الميادين، وذلك من خلال رفع مستوياتالإنتاج الذي يتحقَق بإنماء المهارات والطاقات البشرية وخلق تنظيمات أفضل.

يعتبر الحق في الدفاع مبدأ دستوري ينبغي العمل به أمام القضاء والسلطات الادارية المستقلة عند ممارسة وظيفتها القمعية، نظرا لمساس الأخيرة بحقوقهم وحرياتهم الأساسية. لكن أثبتت الدراسة المعمقة لهذا المبدأ عبر النصوص المنشأة للسلطات الادارية المستقلة وجود العديد من النقائص التي من شأنها ان تؤثر عليه، والتي تتمثل أساسا في غموض النصوص القانونية في جانبها المتعلق بحق الاستعانة بمحامي وكذلك التكريس النسبي لمبدأي الاستقلالية والحياد لهذه السلطات

Le présent mémoire, étudie un bâtiment en Rez-de-chaussée plus cinq étages contreventé par des voiles porteurs à usage multiple (habitation, commerce) plus entre sol .Ce bâtiment est implanté à BOUIRA, zone de sismicité moyenne (zone IIa) selon le Règlement Parasismique Algériennes 99 modifiées en 2003. L’analyse dynamique de cette structure a été faite par logiciel de calcul ETABS. Le dimensionnement et le ferraillage des éléments résistants ont été faits conformément aux règles de conception et de calcul des structures en béton armé (CBA93) et les règles de calcul du béton armé aux états limites (BAEL91).

Oral comprehension occupies a very important place in teaching / learning French as a foreign language. Our research work is based on the integration of the short film as a motivating and effective support during the listening comprehension activity (2AS). Our goal is to prove that its use helps and facilitates oral comprehension and access to meaning. This tool effective than oral texts. We carried out an experiment with learners from the 2nd year of secondary school, in order to confirm or refute the initial . () La compréhension orale occupe une place très importante dans l’enseignement /apprentissage du FLE. Notre travail de recherche se base sur l’intégration du court métrage comme un support motivant et efficace durant l’activité de la compréhension orale (2AS). Notre objectif est de prouver que son utilisation aide et facilite la compréhension orale et l’accès au sens. Cet outil est plus efficace que les textes oralisés. Nous avons réalisé une expérimentation avec les apprenants de la 2éme année secondaire, afin de confirmer ou infirmer les hypothèses de départ.

بحثت هذه الدراسة العلمية في علاقة مستوى الفهم الشفهي باضطراب الكتابة عند المعاق سمعياوطبقت هذه الدراسة بالاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة، وعلى عينة قصدية قوامها 3 تلاميذ (من مدرسة المعاقين سمعيا) وباستخدام اختبارين (اختبار الفهم الشفهي O52) و(اختبار اضطراب الكتابة).وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ى توجد علاقة بين مستوى الفهم الشفهي واضطراب الكتابة عند المعاق سمعيا
