Dans cette étude, un limon-argileux prélevé de site Chaaba el Hamra wilaya de M'Sila, Algérie, est traité par deux types de ciments (Chamil classe 32.5 et Matine classe 42.5) avec différents pourcentages 2%, 4% et 6% par rapport à la masse sèche. Outre les essais d’identification, le programme expérimental exécuté comporte des essais de compactage type Proctor normale et des essais CBR immédiat et imbibé. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l'inclusion de ciments dans ce sol a permis d'améliorer ses propriétés géotechniques.

Background and aims: Hypertension poses major risks for cardiovascular diseases. Vascular remodeling in hypertension plays a crucial role in precipitating these complications and in maintaining the elevated blood pressure. Remodeling is believed to be a consequence of altered forces exerted on the vessel wall as a result of hypertension, as well as hormonal influences on the vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) of these blood vessels. VSMCs in small resistance vessels are important regulators of total peripheral resistance and are known to play an important role in the process of vascular remodeling in hypertension. Obesity is known to be associated with hypertension, and this is accompanied by high levels of leptin and low levels of adiponectin, changes that have been linked to cardiovascular complications. Leptin and adiponectin are expressed by VSMCs. Leptin mediates the stretch-induced vascular hypertrophy in the rat portal vein (RPV). In contrast, hypoadiponectinemia is considered an independent risk factor for hypertension. This study aimed at further exploring the role of leptin and adiponectin in vascular remodeling induced by increased intravascular pressure, in vivo, using the partial portal vein ligated model (PVL) of portal hypertension in rats, and in vitro using mechanical stretch of the isolated RPV. We examined the effect of these two models on expression and levels of leptin and adiponectin and on transduction mechanisms associated with leptin and vascular remodeling including STAT-3 and reactive oxygen species (ROS).As well as we studied the effect of leptin on the transcription factor NFKBp65 nuclear translocation. Methods: Partial ligation of the RPV or sham operation were conducted and portal veins were studied on days 2,7 or 14 after surgery to examine the effect of increased transmural pressure. In a separate group of rats the portal veins were isolated and subjected to mechanical stretch. An immunometric assay was used to quantify leptin plasma concentrations. Western Blotting analysis

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة الادراك الأسري و التنظيم العقلي لدى الشاب في وضعية الإدمان على المخدرات ، فموضوع دراستنا يدور حول فرضيتين مفادهما كيفية إدراك الشاب في وضعية الإدمان على المخدرات نسقه الاسري ، نوعية تنظيمه العقلي من خلال الاختبارين ( اختبار الادراك الأسري و الروشاخ ) .و لإثبات الفرضيتين لجأنا إلى المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة ، حيث قمنا بدراسة ستة حالات تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية ، و هم شباب تتراوح أعمارهم بين ( 22 ، 40 سنة ) ، في مركز معالجة الادمان بيسر بومرداس وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة ديسمبر 2024 الى فيفري 2025 و توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية :-يدرك الشاب في وضعية الادمان على المخدرات نسقه الأسري على أنه سيء التوظيف .-تتميز مجموعة الدراسة بتنظيم عقلي هش.

مــلخص مذكرة الماستر لا يختلف العقد الإلكتروني عن العقد التقليدي لأن كلاهما ينعقدان بتوافق الإرادتين غير أن التعاقد التقليدي يتحقق بالتواجد المادي للأطراف، من حيث الزمان والمكان عكس الإلكتروني الذي يتميز باللامادية يمكن إبرامه بين غائبين وحاضرين، بإضافة إلا أن عقد الإلكتروني عقد مبرم بوسيلة إلكترونية و عن بعد كما يغلب عليه الطابع التجاري والدولي، هذا من حيث طريقة إبرامه أما من حيث تنفيذه فهماك مسؤوليات على عاتق البائع أداء خدمة وزمان ومكان والنفقات، ومسؤوليات على عاتق المشتري تقتصر كلها على التزام المشتري بدفع، وكل هذا لا يعتبر صحيحا إلا بوجود القوة ثبوتية لهذا العقد أي كيف يتم إثبات وتنفيذ هذا العقد هو ما أوجب الكتابة والمحررات الإلكترونية بشروطها وكل هذا من أجل صحة إثبات وتنفيذ العقد الإلكتروني لضمان الائتمان

Les progrès récents de la télécommunication sans fil et de l’électronique ont conduit au développement de capteurs de petite taille ; faible coût et multi-tâches, d’où l’émergence desréseaux de capteurs sans fil RCSF, ces derniers sont utilisés pour surveiller divers phénomènes dans les lieux difficiles pour l’intervention humaine. Les capteurs sont-caractérisés par leur large diffusion sans la nécessité d’aucune maintenance, car chaque noeudde capteur a une source d’énergie limitée, et c’est ce qui pose un défi pour les chercheurs enessayant d’améliorer la consommation d’énergie et de prolonger la durée du vie du réseaux leplus longtemps possible. Dans notre travail, nous vous présenterons le protocole LEACH, quiest l’un des protocoles les plus importants dans la contribution a la conservation de l’énergie,et le protocole I-LEACH que nous avons proposé comme modèle amélioré à partir du protocole précite. Enfin, une étude analytique comparative sera menée entre ces deux protocoles par le logiciel Matlab avec la présentation des résultats.

In the study of the biodiversity of sheep genetic resources, our study is based on a phenotypic approach of the Algerian sheep breed in the tiaret région exactely ksar chelalla . The zootechnical approach deals firstly with the phenotypic aspect for the characterization of breeds by the use of body measurements (on 27 Rembi sheeps).The body mesurements studied were: LT.LO.LC.TP.LP.LB.LQ.TC.HD.HG.HS. Lcorps. Ttes. Ltes. weight and age. The factorial discriminante analysis revealing that the descriptors wich allow differentiating better the masculine flocks are: the length of head, circumference of chest, the tail length, and at the feminine flocks, the descriptors of the best differentiation are :height at the withers, height at the sacrum and height at the back.The results obtained revealed that the sheep population of the Tiaret region is getting closer of the Ouled Djellal breed.

La présente étude est consacrée à une évaluation Spatio-temporene de la qualitéphysico-chimique, particulièrement la teneur des nitrates et des composés phosphorés dans les eaux de Oued Adjoul, alimentant le lac de l'éco-complexe de Beni Belaid, cet Oued est larésultante de plusieurs « chaâba » et ruisseau du bassin versant limitrophe. il traverse une plaine ou u y a une activité agricole intense (plasti-culture) qui pourrait avoir un impact sur la qualité chimique des eaux en i' occurrence les nitrates et phosphates (principaux éléments fertilisants) qui favorisent. l'eutrophisation; enfin l'oued vient se déverser dans le lac.Des prélèvements d'échantillons ont été effectué au niveau de trois stations pendant sixmois (janvier jusqu'à Juin) ; les résultats d'analyse enregistré montrent que la qualité générale des eaux de cet oued semble être peu altérées.
