The study was done to characterize foramen magnum using CTs and effect of diameter of base of the skull and height of patient on the diameter of foramen magnum.50 patients (60% males and 40% females) were selected all the diagnosis as normal cranial CTs.This study was done in Abdoon SidAhmed Diagnostic Center and Alfaisal Specialized Hospital during the period from January to Marsh 2016.This study found the mean anterior posterior diameter FM in male subjects as 37.41mm (±3.27) and that of the female subjects 35.8mm (±2.88) width of the foramen magnum in male subjects was 30.93mm (±2.95) and that of the female subjects was 28.8mm (±1.96)result that the FM 0f males the graeter than females. The results showed that there was a weak correlation between foramen magnum and base of skull dimension the R2=0.177.The results also showed that there was a weak correlation between foramen magnum and high of patients the R2=0.023.The study, as well, showed that there was a weak correlation between foramen magnum and both bass of skull and high of patients although the correlation between the foramen magnum and bass of skull is relatively stronger than between foramen magnum and high of patients.

Le présent travail vise l’étude du pouvoir antifongique in vitro et in vivo des extraits protéiques des filtrats de cultures de 13 isolats de TRICHODERMA SPP. issus de la rhizosphère des plants de pomme de terre d’Algérie VIS A VIS DE deux isolats A1 et A2 de Phytophthora infestans. La plus importante concentration en protéines a été enregistrée pour l’extrait enzymatique extracellulaire de l’isolat TK (25,36 μg/ml ) alors que, la plus faible correspond à l’isolat TL (20,47 μg/ml). Pour les extraits enzymatiques intracellulaires, une importante concentration en protéines a été enregistrée seulement pour l’isolat TM (46,30 μg/ml) mais, révélée plus faible pour celui de TJ (28,74 μg/ml). Aussi, les extraits enzymatiques extracellulaires et intracellulaires ont montré un faible pouvoir inhibiteur sur la croissance mycélienne, mais moyen sur la sporulation et la germination des deux isolats de Phytophthora infestans. De même, l’activité des extraits enzymatiques de l’ensemble des isolats antagonistes n’a pas affecté la morphologie des isolats phytopathogènes. Par ailleurs, l’activité protéolytique des isolats antagonistes de Trichoderma spp. a révélé une importante zone protéolyse pour les isolats TH et TM (10,3mm) alors qu’elle s’est avérée plus faible pour l’isolat TF (8,3mm).Cependant, aucune zone chitinolyse n’a été détectée pour l’ensemble des isolats, concernant l’activité chitinolytique. Il est important de signaler aussi l’expression des symptômes des deux isolats de Phytophthora infestans sur les disques foliaires de la variété Spunta de pomme de terre même après traitements par les extraits enzymatiques extracellulaires et intracellulaires des filtrats de cultures des isolats de Trichoderma spp.
