Thesis Title: Leadership styles and their relationship to creative behavior among workers, directorate of education case study.The research problem of this study lies in how can leadership style affect the creative behaviour of employees in the institution under study?Objectives of the study: The current study aims to: Primarily answering the questions and hypotheses raised in this study. To view the theoretical framework for both leadership and creativity. To know leadership methods that contributes to supporting workers creativity in the institution under study. To clarify the relationship between the leadership style (democratic, transformative, autocratic) and the creative behavior among the staff of the Directorate of Education in the State of Ghardaia.Study methodology and tools: The study relied on the descriptive analytic approach. And questionnaire was designed based on standards and previous studies and was distributed to a random sample of 70 members in the institution under study, and 65 analyzeable questionnaires were returned. The collected data was processed and analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS).Findings of this study:- The dominant leadership style in the directorate of education is the democratic leadership style and has a positive impact on creative behavior.- The second dominant style of leadership in the directorate of education is the transformational leadership style, and the transformational style has a positive impact on creative behavior.- Authoritarian style does not affect creative behaviorعنوان المذكرة: أنماط القيادة وعلاقتها بالسلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين دراسة حالة مديرية التربية والتعليم.تكمن مشكلة البحث في هذه الدراسة في كيف يمكن لنمط القيادة أن يؤثر على السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة؟أهداف الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى:-الإجابة الأولية على الأسئلة والفرضيات التي أُثِيرتْ في هذه الدراسة.-عرض الإطار النظري لكل من القيادة والإبداع.-التعرف على الأنماط القيادية التي تساهم في دعم إبداع العاملين في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة.-توضيح العلاقة بين نمط القيادة (ديمقراطي،تحويلي، إستبدادي) والسلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين في مديرية التربية والتعليم بولاية غرداية.منهج الدراسة وأدواتها: اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم الاستبيان بناءً على معايير ودراسات سابقة ووُزِعَ على عينة عشوائية من 70 عضوًا في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وأُعيد 65 إستبانة قابلة للتحليل. تم معالجة البيانات التي تم جمعها وتحليلها باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). نتائج هذه الدراسة:-نمط القيادة السائد في مديرية التربية هو نمط القيادة الديمقراطية وله أثر إيجابي على السلوك الإبداعي.-النمط الثاني السائد للقيادة في مديرية التربية هو القيادة التحويلية، والنمط التحويلي له تأثير إيجابي على السلوك الإبداعي.-النمط الاستبدادي لا يؤثر على السلوك الإبداعي.

Le but de ce travail est de faire un inventaire préliminaire sur les principaux insectes ravageurs et leurs ennemis des arbres fruitiers dans quatre vergers ( verger d’agrumes, verger d’agrume et nectarinier, verger de poirier, verger de pommier ; pécher ; abricotier ; prunier) dans deux région (L’akhdaria, El Asnam) de Bouira, par l’utilisation de trois méthodes d’échantillonnage (récolte à la main, pièges jaunes, pots barber). Nos résultats montrent la présence de 18 espèces ravageurs, parasitoïdes et même prédateurs, dont l’ordre deshomoptères est le plus dominants avec 11/18 des espèces trouvés, l’ordre des hyménoptères avec 3/18 des espèces trouvés, l’ordre des coléoptères ; lépidoptères ; diptères et hétéroptères avec 1/18 des espèces pour chaque ordre.

Wheeled robots have gained worldwide attention from research communities and which are expected to be a beneficial and revolutionary mechanism for the next generation robotic systems. One type of robot is a Two-wheeled Balancing Mobile Robot (TWBMR) that requires control for both balancing and maneuvering. Modern two-wheeled mobile robot control is further complicated due to the presence of one unstable equilibrium point, which requires a continued stabilization of the robot. In this thesis, the coupled nonlinear mathematical model of the TWBMR system is derived in which different control design approaches such as modern, intelligent and robust controllers are designed and applied to stabilize and improve the tracking and robust performance of this considered system. Where the uncertainties due to model fluctuations and an exogenous disturbance are taken into account. According to the mentioned concepts, the novel controller is proposed and synthesized in this dissertation as a hybrid controller strategy (HCS) to achieve the considered design requirements. The basic idea of the proposed HCS depends on various control algorithms implemented based on feedforward and feedback control strategy with overlapping three phases. Firstly, design an optimal controller based model reference control system and tuning the parameters using a complex computer program. Secondly, design parallels dual PID controllers based optimal control algorithm designed in the first stage. Finally, design a hybrid controller by combining the controller designs in previous two stages in one model and tuning them via sequential quadratic programming (SQP) technique. The most important advantage of the hybrid controller is that it makes the control to be insensitive to external disturbances and model uncertainties of the system. In addition, the optimal observer-based controller is considered as well, where the OELQRIC is applied her as an observer, which have a better performance for estimating the states and removing the uncertainty signal. Another aim of this thesis is to design and implement the software algorithm of ANFIS controller by using the combination of artificial intelligence including ANN and FLC. Where the feedforward neural networks are trained offline to model and identify the nonlinear robot system and then transferred the neuro model into a process where an adaptive online learning is carried out using ANFIS to improve the system performance that controlled using FLC and HC.To test the influence of these designed controllers on the system performance the advanced simulation is enhanced with 3D animation by including a virtual world of a TWBMR system and decoupling designed controllers algorithms. All the proposed algorithms have been investigated through Matlab-Simulink, GUI, IUI, and visualization implementation using Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) under different initial conditions to observe the behavior of the robot in different scenarios and validate the significance and effectiveness of them for the performance regulation and trajectory tracking. Finally, the software package called Adaptive and Coupling Modified Controller for TWR (ACMCTWR) is created which is a new contribution to the TWRs. This toolbox is used to describe the system trajectories behavior under different considered controllers in a simplified manner.

Les plantes médicinales contenant des molécules bioactives aux propriétés thérapeutiques bien établies sontprécieuses pour la santé humaine. Cette étude explore l'effet potentiellement protecteur des extraits de Tamarixgallica, reconnus pour leur richesse en ces molécules, contre l'impact hématotoxique d’un pesticide. Nous avonsévalué les méthodes de dosage des polyphénols et des flavonoïdes, ainsi que l'activité antioxydante à l'aide destests DPPH, ABTS et radical OH. Nous avons optimisé les concentrations d'extrait et d'acétamipride pour étudierleur effet sur les paramètres hématologiques. Les résultats ont montré que les concentrations d'extrait de T. gallicamaintenaient les paramètres hématologiques comparables au groupe témoin non traités. Cette étude met enévidence le potentiel protecteur des extraits de T. gallica contre les effets hématotoxiques des xénobiotiques,encourageant ainsi de futures recherches pour mieux comprendre les mécanismes sous-jacents et explorer lesapplications thérapeutiques potentielles de cette plante dans la protection contre le stress oxydatif et les dommageshématologiques dus aux toxines environnementales.

نريد من خلال هذه الدراسة رصد مدى تأثير حركة الموضة كآلية من آليات التغير الاجتماعي، في إطار مشروع تحديث لباس المرأة الشرعي (الحجاب) باعتباره ثابتة من ثوابت الشخصية الإسلامية قبل أن يكون قيمة اجتماعية ورمز ثقافي.فمن خلال بحثنا هذا نتعرف على الأسباب والدوافع الحقيقية التي جعلت فئة المتحجبات تلجأ إلى الموضة، ونوضح العلاقة بين ضغط الأسرة والتحجب، كما نتعرف على رأي المتحجبات في عدد من القضايا المتصلة بالحجاب مثل: مفهوم الحجاب الشرعي ومواصفاته، دوافع إقبالهن على الحجاب، رأي المتحجبات في موضة الحجاب، موقفهن من اللباس التقليدي. كما تطرقنا للخطاب الديني من خلال القنوات الدينية ومن خلال الأسرة و وأثرها في الاقتناع بارتداء الحجاب.كما نتعرف على مدى تأثير وسائل الإعلام على اختيار نوع الحجاب، ومساهمة السوق المفتوح في الترويج لهذه الأشكال.

In many cases, the development of a computer speech processing system depends on the natural language used. Hence, systems developed for native speakers of one language may not be adaptable to the native speakers of another language. Most of the research work in speech processing has been mainly for the English language. However, few research works were done for the Arabic language. The necessity for extensive research work for Arabic was expressed in literature since the properties of the Arabic language differ from those of the English language. In this work, a linear predictive coding (LPC) analysis and synthesis system is implemented and tested for the suitable conditions of the analysis and synthesis processes to accommodate Arabic language specifications. An analysis and synthesis system which was designed with certain conditions to produce good quality synthesized English speech was considered and tested to synthesize Arabic speech. The results were not satisfactory. Accordingly, the system was remodeled to produce good quality Arabic speech. The tested conditions were the analysis frame length, number of poles of the analysis and synthesis filters, and the driving function for the synthesis filter.
