سمح التطور التكنولوجي بظهور وسائل دفع إلكترونية حديثة ناتجة عن الأنترنت والتجارة الإلكترونية ، مما جعل هذه الوسائل تختصر الوقت والتكلفة وتحقق مكاسب لم تكن الوسائل التقليدية لتحققها، رغم وجود عيوب لها، خاصة الجرائم الإلكترونية كالاحتيال والنصب وغيرها .وتهدف دراستنا إلى التطلع لمدى مساهمة وفعالية خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني في الحد من أزمة السيولة بالبلد.وشملت الدراسة أزمة السيولة وعلاقتها بوسائل الدفع الحديثة، وتبنت في الجانب التطبيقي ببريد الجزائر-أدرار- صور وأشكال الدفع الإلكتروني بهذه المؤسسة ، واقعها ، وآفاقها وإسهامها في التخفيف من الأزمتين الصحية (كوفيد 19) وأزمة السيولة ، وخلصنا إلى أن لهذه الوسائل دور كبير في التخفيف من تداعيات انتشار الوباء، في ذات الوقت ساهمت في التخفيف من أزمة السيولة بالبلد، معتمدين المنهج التحليلي الوصفي في برهنة ذلك. .

Le travail présenté dans ce mémoire est la conception et la réalisation d'une applicationmobile sous Android pour le service de la clientèle bancaire (Cas :banque BADR de bé-jaia). Il ore plusieurs services importants aux clients qui sont : La consultation de compteainsi les diérentes opérations eectuées, il permet de commander des chéquiers, il met ala désposition des clients un convertisseur devises, il permet ainsi de consulter la liste desagences avec les diérentes informations relatives.Dans le cadre de ce travail nous avons dé ni de façon générale les applications mobilespuis d'une façon globale le système d'exploitation mobile utilisé, qu'est le systèmeAndroid. Ensuite, on a déni l'organisme d'accueil (La BADR de béjaia) et le M-Bankinget ses diérentes techniques.Pour concevoir ce travail, nous avons opté pour UP comme processus de développementlogiciel et UML comme langage de modélisation.Nous avons également présenté les langages de programmation Android, XML, PHPet javaScript avec lequels notre application mobile été implémenté ainsi que d'autre langageset sans oublier les SGBD et MySQL.Mots clés : Informatique mobile, M-Banking, AndroidABSTRACTThe work presented in this thesis is the design and implementation of a mobile applicationfor the Android operating bank customers (Case : BADR bank béjaia). It oersseveral important services to customers who are :The account inquiry and the varioustransactions, it can order check books, it puts at guests' désposition currency converter,it allows to see the list of agencies with dierent relative information.As part of this work we have broadly dened and mobile applications in a comprehensivemanner the mobile operating system used, what the Android system. Then we denedthe host organization (BADR of béjaia) and the M-Banking and its dierent techniques.To develop this work, we opted for UP as software development process and UML asmodeling language.We also introduced Android programming languages, XML, PHP and javaScript withwhich our mobile app was implemented as well as other languages and not to mentionthe DBMS and MySQL.Key words : mobile computing, M-Banking, Android

This thesis explores the artwork and practices of visual artists as they negotiate the current political and historical moment in Cairo. This project tries to disrupt the binary of state versus market that has often been used as an analytical lens through which to understand Egyptian contemporary art. Instead, this thesis argues that, through a politics of the everyday, artists are exploring and challenging categories of revolution and the political. Nonetheless, regulatory frameworks, such as the language of neoliberal governance, continue to be reproduced within these subversive spaces and moments. This project considers what sorts of questions can be asked in an emerging moment, in which the language of the familiar and the unfamiliar is constantly shifting through changing processes and events. By theorizing an emerging moment, the purpose of this thesis is not to map any possible futures, but instead, to recognize the experimental processes and practices through which the interlocutors try to imagine an alternative future. This project considers what these practices mean for the gallery as an art space as well as alternative forms of organizing that emerge outside the gallery. Furthermore, this thesis explores the relationship between visual production and revolution. In a moment of â visual surplus,â artists struggle to negotiate their own visual art practices with the containing desires that emerge when revolution is imagined as a fixed and static category. In using the analytical lens of the everyday, this thesis questions what becomes legible as the political and what sorts of practices are thus rendered illegible by hegemonic language. This project also explores art spaces of community and collectivity as possible sites for artists to critically engage with the question of revolution as containment and to challenge hegemonic notions of art, the political and revolution. It serves primarily as an analytical space in which to explore this emerging moment and the different sites of resistance that artists traverse. The methodology of the thesis is meant to permit not only a flexibility in the theoretical framework but also to allow the initial questions of the project to fluctuate along with the interlocutors'.

لقد أصبح الآن تعمير المدن من خلال التخطيط البيئي ضرورة حتمية لتحقيق تنمية شاملة ومستدامة على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي والقومي لمدننا، وتعتبر النفايات الحضرية الصلبة من أهم المشاكل المعاصرة التي تواجه العالم وخاصة الدول النامية، وذلك لكونها أحد أهم مصادر التلوث والتلوث البصري، فوجود النفايات بصفة عامة يساهم بشكل مباشر في تلوث البيئة والبيئة العمرانية وهذا بدوره له آثار سلبية على صحة الإنسان والشكل الجمالي للمدينة. إزاء هذا الوضع اتخذت معظم الدول توجها خاصا من حيث جمع النفايات الصلبة والتخلص منها والاستفادة من بعض مكوناتها، حتى أصبح الموضوع إدارة النفايات علما وفنا، وهو في تطور مستمر مما أدى إلى ابتكار أساليب إدارية وطرق فنية واقتصادية تضمن القيام بمختلف العمليات التي تخص تسيير النفايات الصلبة. وتظهر مدينة البيض كنموذج لهذه الدراسة لما تعانيه من هذه الظاهرة( انتشار التلوث البصري بالنفايات الصلبة) ولذا فان هذه المذكرة تعتبر محاولة لتحديد بعض الاعتبارات البيئية والجمالية التي تفعل عملية تسيير النفايات داخل الوسط الحضري والتي من شأنها رد الاعتبار لمدننا ونشر الثقافة البيئية بها. ولتحقيق ما سلف توصلنا إلى مجموعة من الاقتراحات التي يجب الأخذ بها حتى تحد من تدهور الأحوال البيئية والعمرانية وتساهم في الحفاظ على مدن بيئية وجميلة المنظر.

تعددت الأضرار التي ألحقتها الجائحة (covid19) بالمؤسسات الإقتصادية من خسائر مادية نتيجة الإغلاقات المتكررة وتوقف الإنتاج فيها. فالأثار الإقتصادية لإنتشار فيروس كورونا عديدة وعميقة حيث أن هذه الأثار وصلت الى درجة تشكيل ازمة والتي تعيق بصفة جذرية أداء أنشطة المؤسسة بفعالية، بل قد تفقدها سمعتها وتجعلها في الحضيض، بل أكثر من ذلك قد تدفعها نحو الافلاس والانسحاب من السوق.
