الملخص

Effet des programmes de contrôle de qualité sur la performance des accélérateurs linéaires en radiothérapie Étant donné que la radiothérapie constitue l’un des traitements les plus importants dans la prise en charge du cancer, les accélérateurs linéaires jouent un rôle essentiel dans la délivrance précise des doses de rayonnements aux patients. Cependant, la qualité et la stabilité des performances de ces équipements représentent un défi majeur afin de garantir l’efficacité du traitement et la sécurité des patients.Dans ce mémoire, nous avons réalisé une étude sur l’effet des programmes de contrôle qualité sur les performances des accélérateurs linéaires utilisés en radiothérapie. Nous avons présenté les principes fondamentaux de la radiothérapie, le fonctionnement du LINAC ainsi que l’importance des protocoles internationaux de contrôle qualité, notamment AAPM TG-142 et IAEA TRS-398.Sur le plan pratique, plusieurs tests dosimétriques et géométriques ont été effectués au sein du service de radiothérapie de l’EPH Ouargla afin d’évaluer la stabilité et la précision du système. Les résultats obtenus ont montré que les performances de l’accélérateur linéaire respectent les tolérances recommandées, confirmant ainsi la fiabilité du système et l’importance du contrôle qualité dans l’optimisation des traitements en radiothérapie et la protection des patients. (Effect of quality control programs on the performance of linear accelerators in radiotherapy Since radiotherapy is considered one of the most important methods used in cancer treatment, linear accelerators play an essential role in delivering radiation doses accurately to patients. However, the quality and stability of the performance of these devices represent a major challenge in ensuring treatment effectiveness and patient safety.In this dissertation, we conducted a study on the effect of quality control programs on the performance of linear accelerators used in radiotherapy. We also discussed the fundamental principles of radiotherapy, the operation of the linear accelerator (LINAC), and the importance of international quality control protocols, particularly AAPM TG-142 and IAEA TRS-398.From a practical perspective, several dosimetric and geometric tests were carried out in the radiotherapy department of the Public Hospital Establishment of Ouargla in order to evaluate the stability and accuracy of the system. The obtained results showed that the performance of the linear accelerator complies with the recommended tolerance limits, confirming the reliability of the system and the importance of quality control in optimizing radiotherapy treatments and protecting patients)

تأثير برامج مراقبة الجودة على أداء المسرعات الخطية في العلاج الإشعاعينظرًا لأن العلاج الإشعاعي يُعدّ من أهم الوسائل المستخدمة في علاج السرطان، فإن المسرعات الخطية تلعب دورًا أساسيًا في إيصال جرعات الإشعاع بدقة إلى المرضى. غير أن جودة واستقرار أداء هذه الأجهزة يمثلان تحديًا كبيرًا من أجل ضمان فعالية العلاج وسلامة المرضى.في هذه المذكرة، قمنا بدراسة تأثير برامج مراقبة الجودة على أداء المسرعات الخطية المستخدمة في العلاج الإشعاعي. كما تطرقنا إلى المبادئ الأساسية للعلاج الإشعاعي، وآلية عمل المسرع الخطي (LINAC)، بالإضافة إلى أهمية بروتوكولات مراقبة الجودة الدولية، خاصة AAPM TG-142 وIAEA TRS-398.من الناحية التطبيقية، تم إجراء عدة اختبارات قياسية وهندسية داخل مصلحة العلاج الإشعاعي بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بورقلة، بهدف تقييم استقرار ودقة النظام. وقد أظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن أداء المسرع الخطي يطابق حدود التحمّل الموصى بها، مما يؤكد موثوقية النظام وأهمية مراقبة الجودة في تحسين علاجات العلاج الإشعاعي وحماية المرضى.
