الملخص

هدفت الدارسة إلى تقويم مشروع نشر ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظات غزة، وقد اتبعت الد ارسة المنهج الوصفي البنائي من خلال عقد لقاء لمجموعة بؤرية مع أعضاء اللجنة العليا للمشروع بوازرة التربية والتعليم، وتكون تعينة الدارسة من 133 معلما ومعلمة من المعلمين المشاركين في مشروعنشر ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظات غزة يمثلون حوالي) 52% من مجتمع الدارسة ،ومثلت الستبانة أداة جمع البيانات. وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدارسة ما يلي:1.أن الدرجة الكلية لتقدير عينة الد ارسة لتوافر العناصر التقويمية لمشروع ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارسالتعليم العام بمحافظات غزة؛ حصلت على وزن نسبي )69.72%( أي بدرجة مرتفعة، وكان ترتيب مجالتالستبانة حسب أوازنها النسبية على النحو التالي: ]جاء مجال "السياق" في المرتبة الأولى, بوزن نسبي )78.46%( وبدرجة مرتفعة، يليه مجال "المخرجات" في المرتبة الثانية, بوزن نسبي )70.86%( وبدرجةمرتفعة، ثم جاء مجال "العمليات" في المرتبة الثالثة, بوزن نسبي )70.32%( وبدرجة م رتفعة، وأخي ار حلمجال "المدخلات" في المرتبة ال اربعة, بوزن نسبي )65.08%( وبدرجة متوسطة.[2.توجد فروق ذات دللة احصائية عند مستوى الدللة )0.05 ≤ α( بين متوسطات تقدي ارت عينة الد ارسةلدرجة توافر عنصر المخرجات لمشروع ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ولصالح المعلمات، فيما تبين عدم وجو د فرو ق في درجة توافر عناصر )السياق، المدخلات،العمليات( وتوافر العناصر التقويمية ككل لمشروع ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظاتغزة تعزى لمتغير الجنس .3.توجد فروق ذات دللة احصائية عند مستوى الدللة )0.05 ≤ α( بين متوسطات تقدي ارت عينة الد ارسةلدرجة توافر عنصر المدخلات لمشروع ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظات غزة تع زى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولصالح المعلمين ممن مؤهلهم بكالوريوس، فيما تبين عدم وجو د فروق في درجة توافر عناصر )السياق، العمليات، المخرجات( وتوافر العناصر التقويمية ككل لمشروع ثقافة البحث العلميفي مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.4.ل توجد فروق ذات دللة احصائية عند مستوى الدللة )0.05 ≤ α( بين متوسطات تقدي ارت عينةالد ارسة لدرجة توافر العناصر التقويمية لمشروع ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظات غز ةتعزى لمتغيري )التخصص، سنوات الخدمة(.5.ل توجد فروق ذات دللة احصائية عند مستوى الدللة )0.05 ≤ α( بين متوسطات تقدي ارت عينةالد ارسة لدرجة توافر عناصر )السياق، المدخلات، العمليات( وتوافر العناصر التقويمية ككل لمشروع ثقافةجالبحث العلمي في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمتغير مديرية التعليم، فيما تبين وجود فروق في درجة توافر عنصر المخرجات لمشروع ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمتغير مديرية التعليم، وكانت الفروق بين معلمي شرق خانيونس ومعلمي رفح، وكانت الفروق لصالح معلمي رفح، كما تبين وجود فروق بين معلمي شرق غزة من جهة ومعلمي خانيونس وشرق خانيونس وشمال غزة من جهة أخرى، ولصالح معلمي شرق غزة .6.قامت الباحثة باستنباط أهم المعوقات التي تحد من تطبيق مشروع نشر ثقافة البحث العلمي في مدارسالتعليم العام بمحافظات غزة؛ من خلال استخلاص استجابات عينة الد ارسة عبر سؤال مفتوح بهذاالخصوص، ولقد تمت الشارة إليها في طيات الفصل الخامس.7.توصلت الباحثة إلى أوجه القوة ونقاط الضعف في مشروع نشر ثقافة البحث العلمي في المدارس الثانويةالحكومية بمحافظات غزة من خلال عقد لقاء لمجموعة بؤرية دعت إليها أعضاء اللجنة العليا للمشروع بوازرةالتربية والتعليم؛ وخرجت بتوصياتها لتطوير هذا المشروع، وقد تمت الشارة إليها في طيات الفصل الخام س وكان من أهم توصيات الدارسة:1.تنظيم لقاءات بين المشاركين من المشرفين والمعلمين في مشروع نشر ثقافة البحث العلمي مع معلمينجدد من أجل إب ارز م ازياه؛ لتحفيزهم على المشاركة فيه.2.تصميم خطط أكثر إج ارئية وعملياتية من أجل تيسير تنفيذ مشروع نشر ثقافة البحث العلمي بين الطلبة .في المدارس .3.وضع خطط بديلة ت ضمن عدم تعطل مشروع نشر ثقافة البحث العلمي في حال الطوارئ والأزمات كجائحة كورون ا4.تخصيص جزء من مي ازنية الوازرة والمديريات والمدارس؛ لغايات التحفيز على إج ارء البحوث والمشاريع العلمية.5.التشبيك مع مؤسسات مهتمة بالشأن العلمي محلية وخارجية، لتوفير الدعم المالي اللازم للنهوض بمشروع نشر ثقافة البحث العلمي وتعميمها.حAbstractEvaluating A project To Spread the Culture of Scientific Research in PublicEducation In Gaza governoratesPreparing the student under the supervision of Dr.Faten Mohammed Qannan Raed Hussein Al-Hajjar The study aimed to evaluate the project of spreading the culture of scientific research in public schools in Gaza governorates. The study followed the descriptive approach in the analytical field and the structural approach through holding a workshop with members of the higher committee of the project at the Ministry of Education, and the study sample consisted of (133) male and female teachers. The participants in the project represent about (52%) of the study population, and the questionnaire represented a data collection tool.The most important results of the study were the following:.1 The total score for estimating the study sample for the availability of the evaluation elements of a culture of scientific research project in public education schools in the governorates of Gaza; She got a relative weight (69.72%), i.e. with a high degree, and the ranking of the questionnaire fields according to their relative weights was as follows: The "context" field came first, with a relative weight (78.46%) and with a high degree, followed by the "outputs" field in the second rank , With a relative weight (70.86%) and with a high degree, then the field of "operations" came in the third place, with a relative weight (70.32%) and with a high degree, and finally the field of "inputs" came in fourth place, with a relative weight (65.08%) and with a moderate degree]..2 There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the study sample estimates to the degree of availability of the output component of the scientific research culture project in public schools in Gaza governorates due to the gender variable, and in favor of the parameters, while it was found that there are no differences in the degree of availability of elements ( Context, inputs, processes) and the availability of the evaluating components as a whole for the culture of scientific research project in public schools in Gaza governorates due to the gender variable..3 There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the study sample estimates to the degree of availability of the input element for the culture of scientific research project in public schools in Gaza governorates due to the variable of the educational qualification, and for the benefit of teachers who have a bachelor’s degree, while it was found that there are no Differences in the degree ofخavailability of the elements (context, processes, outputs) and the availability of the evaluation elements as a whole for the project due to the variable of the educational qualification..4 There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ )50.0 between the averages of the study sample estimates to the degree of availability of the evaluation elements of the culture of scientific research project in public schools in Gaza governorates due to two variables (specialization, years of experience)..5 There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ )50.0 between the averages of the study sample estimates to the degree of availability of the elements (context, inputs, operations) and the availability of the evaluation elements as a whole for the project of scientific research culture in public schools in Gaza governorates due to the variable of the Education Directorate, while it was found There are differences in the degree of availability of the output component of the culture of scientific research project in public education schools in the governorates of Gaza due to the variable of the Education Directorate, and the differences were between the teachers of East Khan Yunis and the teachers of Rafah, and the differences were in the interest of the teachers of Rafah, as it was found that there were differences between the teachers of eastern Gaza on the one hand and the teachers of Khan Yunis and the East Khan Yunis and northern Gaza on the other hand, and for the benefit of teachers in eastern Gaza..6 The researcher has devised the most important obstacles that limit the application of the project to spread a culture of scientific research in public schools in the governorates of Gaza; By extracting the focused responses of the study sample through an open question in this regard, it has been indicated in the folds of the fifth chapter..7 The researcher found the strengths and weaknesses of the project of disseminating the culture of scientific research in government secondary schools in Gaza governorates from one perspective. Through a workshop called by the members of the Higher Committee for the project at the Ministry of Education; She came out with her recommendations to develop this project, and it has been mentioned in the folds of Chapter Five.The most important recommendations of the study:.1 Organizing meetings between the supervising participants and the teachers in the project of spreading the culture of scientific research with new teachers in order to highlight its advantages; To motivate them to participate in it..2 Designing more procedural and operational plans to facilitate the implementation of the project of spreading a culture of scientific research among students. in schools.د.3 The Ministry should develop alternative plans to ensure that the project to spread the culture of scientific research in the event of emergencies and crises, such as the Corona pandemic, is not interrupted..4 Allocating part of the ministry’s budget, directorates, and schools; For the purpose of stimulating research and scientific projects..5 Networking with institutions concerned with scientific affairs, locally and abroad, to provide the necessary financial support to advance the project and disseminating the culture of scientific research.
