الملخص

Cette étude aborde la question de la réalité des comportements anormaux dans les bibliothèques universitaires, en clarifiant ses concepts et ses types, en soulignant les raisons de son apparition et en identifiant comment les bibliothécaires travaillant dans les bibliothèques traitent de tels comportements, en plus de mettre en évidence les motifs généraux les plus importants. Qui a conduit les bénéficiaires à adopter ce comportement anormal. Enfin, examinons si les bibliothèques universitaires sont exposées à ce comportement, en plus d'activer des mécanismes et des méthodes de prévention pour faire face aux comportements négatifs au sein du système interne de la bibliothèque à travers l'élaboration de règlements législatifs et exécutifs. Cette étude a été appuyée par une partie terrain, où nous avons mené une étude de terrain sur un échantillon de bibliothécaires travaillant dans la bibliothèque de la Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université du 08 mai 1945 -Guelma -et nous nous sommes appuyés sur le questionnaire un outil de collecte de données.

ترجمة الملخص

This study addresses the reality of abnormal behaviour in university libraries, by clarifying its concepts and types, highlighting the reasons for its occurrence, identifying how librarians working in libraries deal with such behaviours, in addition to highlighting the most important general motives that led the beneficiaries to perform this abnormal behaviour. In the end, let's address whether university libraries are exposed to this behaviour, in addition to activating preventive mechanisms and methods to counter negative behaviours within the library's rules of procedure through legislative and executive regulations. This study was supported by a field side where we conducted a field study on a sample of the librarians working in the Library of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of May 08, 1945-Qalama, and we relied on the questionnaire as a data collection tool.
