الملخص

The work presented in this thesis is dedicated to the realization of a three-phase inverter with offset control which operates at a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 15V. Our circuit consists of 3 arms containing a mosfet channel P (IRF9640), mosfet channel N (JIF-JSC630F), transistor N (2N2222A), (pc817 SHARP), Led and resistors of different value. The opening and closing of the switches are controlled via PIC 16F877, the signals are displayed on a digital oscilloscope (DQ2042CN). The mathematical study of the Alternative signal obtained thanks to the decomposition of us to define the degree of freedom Alpha α= 60°, as well as to minimize the harmonics to be able to approach the sinusoidal form. And allowed us to '' reach our main goal that is to get an exit signal from a near sinusoidal shape with a lower rate of “TDH” distortion. Our experimentation allowed us to obtain a signal with TDH distortion rate = 31 % Le travail présenté dans ce mémoire est dédié à la réalisation d’un Onduleur triphasé qui fonctionne a une fréquence de 50Hz et une tension de 15V.Notre circuit est constitué de 3 bras contenant une mosfet P(IRF9640),mosfet N(JIF-JSC630F),transistor N(2N2222A), optocoupleur(pc817 SHARP),Led et des résistances de différentes valeurs. L’ouverture et la fermeture des interrupteurs sont commandées via PIC 16F877, les signaux sont visualisés sur un oscilloscope digitale(DQ2042CN).L’étude mathématique du signale Alternatif obtenue grâce a la décomposition de fourrier nous a permit de définir le degré de liberté Alpha α=60°, ainsi que de minimiser les harmoniques pour pouvoir s’approcher de la forme sinusoïdale.et nous a permit d’atteindre notre objectif principale qu’est d’obtenir un signale de sortie d’une forme proche sinusoïdale avec un taux de distorsion «TDH» plus faible. Notre expérimentation nous a permis d’obtenir un signal avec taux de distorsion TDH=31%
