الملخص

من أهم الثوابت الشكلیة للأسرة النواة على وجه الخصوص هو الدفتر العائلي، حیث یُعد السندالقانوني الذي من خلاله إثبات أو انحلال العلاقة الزوجیة أولا، وثانیا نسب الأولاد ببینة مُقرةلذلك، ومنه یمكن استخ ا رج بطاقتین هما صورتان مصغرتان للبیانات الموجودة فیه، فالبطاقةالعائلیة تضم في حیثیاتها الحالة المدنیة لجمیع أف ا رد العائلة الواحدة دون استثناء، وبطاقة الحیاة– الحمایة تضمن للمانح حقه حال العجز في أن یُوكل غیره حال الحیاة بغرض الحضور نیابةعنه لاستلام مستحقات المنحة، ومع هذا الاعت ا رف القانوني للمواد المنصوص علیها في قانونالحالة المدنیة الج ا زئري في المواد من 112 إلى 127 ، فإنه یستوجب على كل فرد یحمل هذهالثوابت أن یتحمل مسئولیة حفظه لهما.
