الملخص

In Algeria, breast cancer is the most frequent malignant tumor and theleading cause of cancer death in women. It is a complex andheterogeneous disease.This heterogeneity is found at the histological, phenotypic andmolecular level. It remains an ill-known disease and the current clinicaland histological classifications do not allow to predict the prognosticand predictive parameters.The predisposition to breast cancer is inherited as a dominant trait.Thepresence of mutations with founding effect in the founding populationsfacilitates the discovery of highly penetrating alleles in high-riskindividuals within families with a hereditary susceptibility to breastcancer.Our goal is to do a theoretical study on the mammary gland,demonstrated the importance of breast cancer and its relationship withthe mutation BRCA1
