The current study aimed to identify the reality of development institutions in the Palestinian women's empowerment in the following domains (educational -political-economic-social and health) in the Gaza Strip from the viewpoint of the targeted Palestinian women and through analyzing the content of the strategic plans and annual reports of the institutions.In addition, it aims at identifying the perspective of staff members of directors and workers in development institutions concerning the development institution work that may contribute to identify the areas of deficiencies in the programs, curricula and policies. Besides, the areas of strength that helps in empowering the role of women in the Gaza Strip. Additionally, Suggesting a strategy to improve the development institutions in empowering the role of Palestinian women.
