الملخص

مما لا ريب فيه أن تحديد الأهداف يساعد على وضوح الرؤية للتدريسيين. فإن أي عمل ناجح لا بد أن يكون موجهاً نحو تحقيق أهداف محددة ومقبولة، وإلا أصبح العمل نوعاً من المحاولة والخطأ التي تعتمد على العشوائية والارتجال، وفي هذا ضياع للوقت والجهد والمال. والآن، فإن تحديد الأهداف لازماً لممارسة أي نشاط إنساني، فإنه أشد لزوماً في المجال التعليمي الذي تنعقد عليه الآمال في تحقيق صورة المستقبل وبلوغ الغايات. ولكون قسم الفنون التشكيلية لم تُبنَ له أهداف تعليمية واضحة وصريحة وموثقة في القسم، واستشعاراً من الباحث لهذه المشكلة الحيوية، فقد عمد إلى أن يكون بناء الأهداف التعليمية لقسم الفنون التشكيلية يعتمد أولاً على مصادر اشتقاقية في البلد، وهي فلسفة الدولة وأهداف وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، والأهداف التعليمية وأهداف الكلية العامة، ثم من حاجات المتعلمين وكذلك رأي الخبراء والمختصين في مجال الفن التشكيلي وطبيعة المواد التي يجب أن يتعلمها الطالب في قسم الفنون التشكيلية، وحسب تصنيف بلوم ورفاقه للأهداف التعليمية. ولأجل تحقيق هدفا البحث: 1- بناء الأهداف التعليمية لقسم الفنون التشكيلية كلية الفنون الجميلة جامعة بابل. 2- صياغة أهداف سلوكية لفرع الرسم قسم الفنون التشكيلية. في حين كانت إجراءات البحث، استعرض الباحث مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (263) ما بين تدريسي ومشرف وطالب، أما عينة البحث فكانت قصدية وهم التدريسيون في قسم الفنون التشكيلية كلية الفنون الجميلة جامعة بابل، البالغ عددهم (43) تدريسي وتدريسية. ومن خلال توجيه استبيانين استطلاعيين مفتوحين منها لعينة من طلبة المرحلة الرابعة قسم الفنون التشكيلية وكذلك لعينة من المختصين والفنانين في قسم الفنون التشكيلية، وكذلك عمل الباحث استبيانين من الأساتذة منها لعينة من طلبة الخريجين من القسم وللأساتذة المشرفين الاختصاص والفنيين في مديرية تربية بابل، وهذا ساعد الباحث في تصميم أداة بحثه بالاعتماد على أهداف الوزارة والكلية العامة المكونة من ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: المحور الأول: التعبير الفني الذي يتضمن ستة مجالات من الأهداف. المحور الثاني: التصميم والتزيين والزخرفة، ويشمل أربعة مجالات من الأهداف. المحور الثالث: التذوق وتاريخ الفن، ويشمل أيضاً أربعة مجالات من الأهداف. إذ تم تطبيق أداة البحث الأولى بعد أن حصلت على الصدق الظاهري باستخدام معادلة كوبر (Cooper) بنسبة (0.89)، وبعد التحقق من ثبات أداة البحث وباستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون وجد الباحث أن معامل الثبات يساوي (0.84). كذلك استطاع الباحث في هذا الفصل تحديد حاجات الطلبة، وعمل الباحث الاستبانة المغلقة الخاصة بالحاجات التي تضمنت (75) فقرة مقسمة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: أ- مجال الحاجات العملية ويشمل (43) فقرة. ب- مجال الحاجات النظرية ويشمل (23) فقرة. ج- مجال الحاجات الثقافية العامة ويشمل (9) فقرات. بعدها قام الباحث بتحويل هذه الحاجات إلى أهداف تعليمية، حيث كانت النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث في تحقيق الهدف الأول المتضمن (بناء أهداف عامة لقسم الفنون التشكيلية كلية الفنون الجميلة جامعة بابل) وهي عشرة أهداف منها: 1- إعداد فنانين مطلعين على تاريخ الحركة التشكيلية في العراق بداياتها ونشوؤها وتطورها وتأثيرها وانعكاساتها في المجتمع المحلي والعالمي. 2- إعداد فنانين محترفين ومؤهلين لتحمل المسؤولية الوطنية، وإشغال المراكز الفنية التشكيلية في مختلف دوائر الدولة. 3- خلق شخصية متوازنة ومتكاملة للطالب الفنان فكراً وسلوكاً وتنمية نشاطه ومواهبه وخلق روح الابتكار والإبداع لديه، باستلهام التراث والمعاصرة مع العالم المعاصر والتفاعل معه. أما نتائج البحث في تحقيق الهدف الثاني المتضمن (صياغة أهداف سلوكية تعليمية لفرع الرسم – قسم الفنون التشكيلية) فشملت (62) هدفاً للمراحل الدراسية الأربع وحسب تصنيف بلوم للأهداف التعليمية (المعرفية والوجدانية والمهارية). وأخيراً، يوصي الباحث باعتماد الأهداف التعليمية التي توصل إليها البحث الحالي كأهداف رئيسية لقسم الفنون التشكيلية، واعتماد الأهداف السلوكية التعليمية للمراحل الأربع لفرع الرسم لقسم الفنون التشكيلية من قبل التدريسيين كموجه للعملية التعليمية. ويقترح الباحث بناء أهداف تعليمية لفرعي الخزف والنحت لقسم الفنون التشكيلية، وتقويم مفردات المواد الدراسية المقررة في قسم الفنون التشكيلية في ضوء أهدافها التعليمية.

And the fact that the Department of Fine Arts did not built her educational goals are clear and explicit and documented in Section Aware of the researcher to the problem of vital , it deliberately to be building educational goals of the Department of Fine Arts depends first on the sources derive educational goals in the country which is the philosophy of the state and the goals of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the goals of the overall public then needs learners , as well as the opinion of experts and specialists in the field of art and the nature of the material that must be learned by the student in the Department of Fine Arts , according to Bloom's Taxonomy and his companions to the educational objectives , and in order to achieve the target search : -1-building the educational goals of the Department of Fine Arts Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Babylon2-the formulation of behavioral objectives of the branch of the Department of Fine Arts Painting While the research procedures researcher reviewed the study populaƟon ( 263 ) between teaching and Musharraf called The research sample was deliberate illusion For teachers in the Department of Fine Arts Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Babylon 's (43) teaching and teaching and by directing two questionnaires Exploratory open them to a sample of students stage IV Department of Fine Arts , as well as a sample of professors, professionals and artists in the Department of Fine Arts , as well as the work of a researcher two questionnaires closed them for a sample of graduate students from the department and professors supervisors jurisdiction and technicians in the breeding of Babylon, and this helped the researcher in the design tool discussed depending on the objectives of the ministry and the overall public , consisting of three main themes are the first axis of artistic expression , which includes six areas of goals and the second axis design and ornamentation , decoration and includes four areas of goals and the third axis of taste and art history also includes four areas of goals as it has been applied search tool first after I got on honesty virtual using the equaƟon Cooper (Cooper) and by ( 0.89 ) and aŌer checking the stability of the search tool and using the Pearson correlation coefficient researcher found that the reliability coefficient equal to ( 84.0 ) also were able researcher in this chapter to determine the needs of the students and the work of researcher enclosed questionnaire , which included the special needs ( 75 ) paragraph divided on three areas: A -the area of pracƟcal needs and includes ( 43 ) items .B -the area of needs theory and includes ( 23 ) items .C -the field of public cultural needs and includes ( 9) vertebrae.Then , the researcher needs to convert these educational goals , where the results have been reached by the researcher in achieving the first goal included (based general objectives of the Department of Fine Arts Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Babylon ), a ten goals , including1-Preparation of artists familiar with the history of the fine movement in Iraq beginnings emerge evolution and its impact and implications on the local and global community .2-Preparation of professional artists and qualified to take on national responsibility , and occupancy Fine arts centers in various state departments .3-create a balanced and integrated personality of the student artist's thought and behavior and the development of his talents and create a spirit of innovation and creativity has , inspired by heritage and contemporary with the modern world and interact with it .The results in achieving the second objective is included ( the formulation of behavioral objectives of the educational branch of the drawing -Arts Department DMC) included ( 62) scored for grades four , according to Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives ( cognitive, affective and skill )Finally, the researcher recommends the adoption of the goals learning that reached by current research as key objectives of the Department of Fine Arts and the adoption of the goals of behavioral learning stages of the four branch drawing of the Department of Fine Arts by the teachers as a guide to the educational process . Proposes researcher built the educational objectives of the branch of porcelain sculpture of the Department of Fine Arts and calendar vocabulary subjects established in the Department of Fine Arts in light of its educational goals .
