الملخص

Ce travail consiste à concevoir un quartier durable qui se base sur l’environnement naturel avec l’application des principes du développement durable pour assurer l’avenir de la ville pour les futures générations. Grace au problématiques trouver dans les villes ; urbaines, environnement aux, économiques….la conception des bâtiments actuel nécessite travailler sur des principes et concepts de développement durable, une conception architecturale qui profite maximum de l’environnement naturel et le climat pour minimiser les consommations énergétique dans le bâtiment dans le cadre de la maitrise d’énergie et assurer le confort des occupants avec une conception bioclimatique durable. Notre but est arrivé à concevoir un groupement d’habitat semi collectif a basse consommation énergétique, une conception bioclimatique avec la stratégie de développement durable qui touche a la fois l’échelle urbain et architecturale visant les aspects environnementaux, économiques ,sociaux et culturelles. En fin nous avons évaluer la consommation énergétique de notre projet suivant un outil de simulation(logiciel)qui nous aide a classer notre bâtiment et assurer que notre conception bioclimatique est un bâtiment base consommation énergétique.

This work consists in designing a sustainable neighborhood that is based on the natural environment with the application of modern urban planning rules to ensure the future of the city for future generations. There is a lot of problematic finding in cities, urban problems, environmental, economic ... .the current building design requires working on principles and concepts of sustainable development, an architectural design that takes maximum advantage of the natural environment and the climate to minimize consumption energetic in the building as part of the mastery of energy we work according to the climate and natural resources to ensure the comfort of the occupants which leads us to a sustainable bioclimatic design. Our goal has been to design a semi-collective housing group with low energy consumption, a bioclimatic design with a sustainable development strategy that touches both the urban and architectural scale for environmental, economic, social and cultural aspects. Finally, we have evaluated the energy consumption of our project using a simulation tool (software) that helps us classify our building and ensure that our bioclimatic design is a building energy consumption base.
