الملخص

In this thesis, we studied a building for housing located in Tissemsilt which is characterized by a medium seismic activity (zone IIa). The structure consists of a ground floor and five stories. The calculation is made according to the regulations used in Algeria (BAEL9, RPA99V2003.). calculating the resistant elements of the structure, the modeling of the walls by the finite element method using two types of mesh (rectangular and triangular) was carried out; the comparison of the results of the deflection obtained by the two types of mesh shows the superiority of the rectangular mes () Dans ce travail, on a étudié un bâtiment à usage d’habitation implanté à TISSEMSILT, zone de moyenne sismicité (zone IIa). La structure est constituée d’un RDC et cinq étages. Le calcul se fait conformément aux règlements utilisés en Algérie (BAEL91, RPA99V2003..).Après avoir calculé les éléments résistants de la structure, la modélisation des voiles par la méthode des éléments finis en utilisant deux types de maillage (rectangulaire et triangulaire) a été effectué.la comparaison des résultats de la flèche obtenus par les deux types de maillage montre la supériorité du maillage rectangulaire.
