الملخص

The objective of the study is to know the effectiveness of customs control over barter trade, by identifying the most important aspects of customs control, as well as barter trade in Algeria in general and Adrar in particular. Customs control is a function that helps the state to apply laws and legislations as well as their economic policies. The trade of barter plays a key role in supplying the people of the border areas with commodities, but this type of trade helps in the smuggling and customs fraud, hence the effectiveness of customs control in order to fight these pests And keep the good conduct of this trade. This study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the role played by the customs control on the barter trade, which allows its operation to be always better.
