ترجمة الملخص

This study aims at revealing the degree of the public basic school principals possession of the both technical and administrative skills at Jerash Directorate and their relation with the scool atmosphere in the teachers' view, as well as the degree of differences among the sample population regarding the variables of sex, educational qualification, and the educational experience . The population of the study consists of ( 1659) public basic school male and female teachers according to the Ministry of Education calculations for the year 2014 –2015 . The study sample involves (248) male and female teachers chosen in terms of random casteism method of which ( 102) are males and ( 146) are females . The analytic descriptive approach was used to achieve the goals of the study .The Researcher has developed a questionaire involving tow parts :The first is about the degree of obtaining technical and administrative skills by the school principals involving 61 items .The second part is about school atmosphere involving 18 items . Tool validity was found out by being judged by a group of judges from different universities . To make sure about the tool stability, the partial segmentation was calculated for an exploratory sample in accordance with Gotman's Equation .The study has come to these results :. The degree of Jerash Directorate public basic school principals mastery of technical and administartive skills is medium in general .. The general level of the dominant school atmosphere prevealing in public basic schools at Jerash Directorate is medium .. The results have also revealed that there are no statistical signifiacant differences ( 0.05 = a ) regarding the sample's view in terms of sex, educational qualification, and years of experience variables .The study recommends the essence of raising the level of technical skills through holding developmental sessions, and training programmes . In addition, school principals should hold periodical meetings with teachers to identify their needs and they willingly work to provide all requirements that lead to establishing a positive school atmosphere through providing a relaxing work atmospheres, as well as making kind human relationships.
