ترجمة الملخص

The title of the study is “Evaluating the Teaching Skills for Teaching Staff in Al-Madinah International University in View of the Total Quality Standards”The research problem lies in using the traditional method in the university teaching. It is an oral method in the first level because some of the university teaching staff is affected with the education levels that they experienced in the past. The results of the questionnaire distributed among students are as follows:-The skills related to the teaching methods and strategies reached the level of quality.-The skills related to the learning media almost reached the level of quality and occupies the second rank in the statistical value.-The skills related to the interaction and communication took the third and last rank among the four skills.-The skills related to the evaluation reached the quality level and occupies the first rank in the statistical value (0.000).The results of the questionnaire distributed among lecturers are as follows:-The skills of teaching planning reached the quality level with the statistical value of (0.000) from their perspective.-The skills of implementing the teaching methods reached the quality level with the statistical value of (0.000) from their perspective.-As to the skills of evaluation reached the quality level with the statistical value of (0.000) from their perspective. The researcher refers that the reason that the teaching staff have got the sufficient training in the field of evaluation and what is innovated in that field. -
