Microbial contamination of water persists to be a major problem; theusual source is human and animal fecal matters that have contaminatedthe water systems. The presence of bacteria and pathogenic organisms isof great concern when considering the safety of drinking water, aspathogenic organisms can cause watery diarhea , cholera,typhoid feverand other illnesses . Water samples for laboratory examination werecollected from 26 square from different area of Shendi town, which wereclassified as Tap water. Each sample it was collection in sterile contanier، then isolated in MaCconky agar media andConfirmation by biochemicaltest. Tap water samples were found to be contaminated about 23.1%) .sample) and indicator of contaminationwith fecal matter of animal andhuman is isolation ofE.Coli .It was isolation other type ofGram negative enteric bacteria such asSalmonellaand pseudomona these were not scientific indicator of watercontamination by animal and human fecal matter.In conclusion of study that some drinking water in shendi towncontaminated with animal and human fecal matter thus is must reviewthese wells.

La toxicité de l’huile essentielle de la menthe pouliot (Menthapulegium) est évaluée à différentes doses (0,4µl, 0,6µl, 0,8µl et1µl) et dans des conditions de laboratoire sur la bruche du niébé Callosobruchus maculatus âgées de moins de 24 heurespar inhalation et par répulsion. Le test par répulsion révèle que l’huile essentielle de M.pulegium est placée dans la classe IV ; c’est donc une huile répulsive avec un taux moyen de répulsion de 61.25%. Toutes les doses d’huile essentielle testée par inhalation ont révélé un effet insecticide très hautement significatif pour le facteur dose et une différence significative pour le facteur durée d’exposition sur la mortalité des adultes de C.maculatus à la dose1µl après 24 h d’exposition. Le calcul de la DL50 après 24h d’exposition, montre que l’huile essentielle testée est toxique avec une DL50 faible de 0.27µl.Il ressort globalement de notre étude que l’huile essentielle de la menthe pouliot à une activité insecticide très marquée exerçant un effet létal sur les adultes de C. maculatus par inhalation et un effet répulsif considérable.Cette huile essentielle pourrait être utilisée comme moyen de lutte alternative dans les stocks.

This thesis explored the relation between representation and stability, taking Lebanon and consociational system as a case study, comparing the 1957 and the 1960 elections. The first half of this thesis explored the theoretical framework of the Lebanese political system and its history, while the second was an analytical comparison of the two elections. The results of the comparison was equivocal, the 1960 elections was significantly more representative than 1957 and the period following 1960 was much more stable than 1957’s. In order to ascertain the relation between the two variables, this thesis tested the relationship between representation and stability to other significant factors, both internal and external that lead to the 1958 crisis. The results pointed toward the preeminence of representation among the different factors that influenced stability. Finally, based on the previous findings, this thesis offered several electoral reform recommendations to strengthen the stability of Lebanon, by increasing representation. Faced with the prevalent aversion to change and reform by the current elites, and their entrenched interests, this thesis opted for gradual changes and small measured steps. Such as increasing the number of deputies, easing access to the political arena and carefully increasing the dose of proportionality.

تطمح هذه الدراسة أن تكون بحثا في المدائح النبوية، ولذلك فهي تسعى للبحث عن استنساخ النصوص الشعرية من خلال قصيدة المديح النبوي، والبحث عن بؤر ونقاط الالتقاء بين القصائد على مر العصور والأزمنة، منذ بدايات الدعوة الإسلامية إلى ترسيم تقاليد نصية وصور مستنسخة عنها، وصولا إلى البحث والتعرف عن النموذج المكتمل الذي استنسخت منه القصائد النبوية على اختلاف ألقابها وظروفها والمناسبات التي قيلت فيها، ليتوسم البحث بعنوان: استنساخ نص المديح النبوي من التأسيس إلى اكتمال النموذج.واعتمادا على هذه المعطيات يبدو من الضرورة المنهجية تحديد الإشكالية البحثية، وطرح التساؤلات الآتية: في ما معنى الاستنساخ الشعري؟، وما معنى المستنسخات الشعرية؟ وما هي الأنماط الشعرية اللصيقة بمصطلح الاستنساخ؟، وما هي التقاليد النصية الجديدة التي خرجت من صلب القصائد النبوية؟هذا وقد أصبح من المتعارف عليه أن طبيعة الموضوع هي التي تحدد نوعية المنهج الذي يليق به، وطبيعة موضوعنا متداخلة ومتشابكة، يختلط فيها الأدبي بالثقافي، والنفسي والتاريخي والوصفي والديني، ولهذا فقد استفدت واستعنت بآليات كل منهج من تلك المناهج.كما استدعت طبيعة الموضوع أن تتراوح مصادره بين القديمة والحديثة وبين مصادر دينية وأخرى أدبية، تدعمها المصادر التاريخية، والتنويع في المعاجم العربية، بالإضافة إلى الدواوين الشعرية المتعددة.ولكي تأخذ جميع القضايا المطروحة نصيبها من البحث كان لابد أن تتوزع على أربعة فصول ومدخل تمهيدي ومقدمة وخاتمة، أما المقدمة فكانت تعريفا للموضوع، وأما المدخل التمهيدي فقد عالجت فيه التأسيس النظري لمصطلح الاستنساخ، وأما الفصل الأول فقد تناولت فيه الفضاء المؤسس لنص المديح النبوي، وأما الفصل الثاني فقد درست فيه مسارات التحول في نص المديح النبوي، وعالجت في الفصل الثالث قضية قطبية النص الصوفي في نص المديح النبوي، ليأتي الفصل الرابع بعنوان ترسيم التقاليد النصية في قصيدة المديح النبوي، هذا الأخير يشكل القسم الأكبر من الأطروحة وله الحظ الأوفر من الدراسة.وتتوج الأطروحة في الأخير بخاتمة كانت حوصلة شاملة لجميع مراحل البحث ولأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها.
