The main objective of this study was to estimate Cobb-Douglas and production function of sugar cane in ElGuneid Scheme during the period (1991 -2011). The study utilized time series secondary data and information obtained from the scheme statistics reports and the relevant traditional and electronic source. The study depended on both descriptive and quantitates analysis using multiple- regression to estimate Cobb-Douglas and production function of sugar cane. The main results were that the irrigation, labour, urea, pesticides were statistically significant and have effect on sugar production, where the area cultivated was significant and has effect on sugar cane production. The coefficient of determination R2 was 0.98% indicated that the variation in production can be explained by explanatory variables (mechanical, irrigation, labour, urea and pesticides). The R2 was 0.98% i-e the variation in production can be explained by the explanatory variables. This study shows that the coefficient of the area under cultivation of sugar cane crop was significant and effected by area cultivated in last years, sugar cane yield per Fadden and net return in last years and no effect by the real farms price. The study recommends using intensive technology in sugar cane production, use input efficiently to increase sugar cane productivity and production and expansion in the cultivated area in plant cane
