الخصومة بإعتبارها مجموعة من الأعمال الإجرائية المتتابعة اللازمة للحصول على حماية القضاء قد يطرأ عليها بعض العوارض ومن بينها وقف الخصومة المدنية المنصوص عليها في المواد من 213 إلى 219 من قانون الإجراءات المدنية و الإدارية , وتنقسم إلى وقف قانوني و إتفاقي وتعليقي وجزائي ، فأما الوقف القانوني فتتمثل أسبابه في رد القاضي ، الدفع بعدم الإختصاص ، دعوى التزوير الفرعية ، أما الوقف الإتفاقي فيكون بناء على إتفاق الأطراف ، أما الوقف التعليقي فتشمل حالاته ، وقف الدعوى المدنية لحين الفصل في الدعوى الجزائية و كذا وقف الدعوى المدنية بسبب الدفع بعدم الدستورية ، و بالنسبة للوقف الجزائي يكون بسبب شطب الدعوى ، و مصير الدعوى الموقوفة يكون إما بإستئناف السير فيها بعد زوال سبب الوقف أو إنقضاء الدعوى دون الحكم في موضوعها

AbstractThis thesis contributes to the development of robust control design strategies for uncertain nonlinear mimo systems, in which a model based control approach robust control(H2,H1) framework is introduced and an intelligent control model free control is suggested.In reality an allusion to the Modelizations of the systems CE 150 and TRMS is proposedfor the research seems important because they are prerequisite to test the designed robustcontrol law. The investigation starts by a neighboring optimal control law which is coupledwith estimation to solve the trajectory tracking and/or regulator problem of a twin-rotormulti-input multi-output system (TRMS) is introduced. The above mentioned techniqueis applied through the linearization of the TRMS model around its operating point.Since CE-150 helicopters are known for their varying operating conditions along withexternal disturbances, a local model network H1 control is proposed as a second alternative, for CE-150 helicopter stabilization. The proposed strategy capitalizes on recentdevelopments on H1 control and its promising results in robust stabilization of plantsunder unstructured uncertainties. Using the fact that the system can be linearized atdiferent operating points, a mixed sensitivity H1 controller is designed for the linearizedsystem, and combined within a network to make transitions between them. The proposedcontrol structure ensures robustness, decoupling of the system dynamics while achievinggood performance.Alternatively, another approach interval type-2 fuzzy controller is proposed for TRMScontrol problem because of and owing to, respectively, the nuance existing between modelbased control approach and model free control, and their simplicity and e�ciency. Themain strength of the proposed control algorithm is its robustness with respect to parametricuncertainties and noise measurement. The suggested approaches are validated througha set of computer simulations which illustrate the et ectiveness of the proposed controlscheme; the obtained results are presented to illustrate the controller's performance invarious operating conditions, and have been successfully applied.A custom real-time control platform design for a quadrotor is introduced and the controlframework is designed to be universal but yet,exible for implementation of various controland navigation algorithms. The developed platform is modular and is presented in threecategories: hardware, software and communication. System identification is also presentedfor parameters measurement and estimation. Moreover, a ground station with a graphicaluser interface is designed for remote control and monitoring. A wireless bidirectionalcommunication unit is also designed to bridge the quadrotor and the ground station. Thedeveloped cost e�ective control platform is validated by simulation and experimental test

After the social media giant Facebook announced on October 28, 2021, that it would rebrand itself as Meta, signalling the company's future direction focusing on Metaverse, the secular world witnessed a surge in interest in this field. Yet almost no literature addresses the ethical issues arising from the Metaverse from the Islamic perspective. I have tried to fill this gap in the literature with my research, which I consider to be exploratory work on the unique and key ethical questions of the Metaverse using the lens of Islamic ethics. The primary focus of my exploratory work has been on the online fatwa literature, which is available in English, considering factors such as availability and ease of accessibility and staying with the online world, which is close to the spirit of the Metaverse. Four key ethical issues related to the Metaverse, including privacy and security issues, risk of addiction and social justice and fairness, have been the focus of my thesis. I have also discussed specific governing issues, including how the acts in the Metaverse world should be perceived, the metaethics of virtual sins and virtual deeds and the cardinal metaethical question of whether the Metaverse is good or bad on the whole. I have examined these issues along with the question of whether it is pertinent to hypothesise on Metaverse while it is still in its conceptual stage, through the Islamic lens. For each of these issues, the relevant sources have been analysed to understand the underlying moral reasoning process, rationale, and wisdom behind the positions adopted in the examined fatwas, which did not necessarily address the specific ethical issues of the Metaverse. For most of these ethical issues, I concluded from the study that compared to the ethical concerns raised in the secular literature, the concerns from the Islamic perspective are far graver. In some instances, such as the permissibility of avatars, the issues have no ethical implications in secular literature but have significant ones from the Islamic perspective.

Dans ce mémoire, on a présenté l'étude et la simulation d'un amplificateur opérationnel OTA en technologie CMOS à faible puissance. la simulation a été effectuée par le logiciel LTspice, ce dernier nous a permis de présenter les caractéristiques de l’amplificateur OTA CMOS, ainsi nous avons étudier l’analyse DC, l’analyse AC, l’ICMR, le PSRR et le Slew Rate.cet amplificateur est introduits dans un deuxième temps dans les circuits de quelques configuration de filtres actifs à capacités commutées. on utilisant toujours le logiciel LTspice, nous avons simuler le fonctionnement de: un filtre passe bas du 1er ordre, un filtre passe haut du 1er ordre, et un filtre passe bas du 2eme ordre de type Sallan-Key.

The objective of this research is to study the potentiality of utilizing earth as a building material for low-cost housing. Literature review was made on topics related to this study which included traditional and improved techniques of earth construction, soil stabilization and block making machines.The performance of traditional earth buildings in Khartoum province was evaluated. The experience of individuals in constructing such buildings was studied. It was found that traditional earth buildings possess many good features but its main draw back is the low durability and the relatively high maintenance cost.Engineering properties of different top soils in Khartoum province were investigated. It was found that most of the soils are suitable for stabilization. Cement is adequate for stabilizing many soils while lime is adequate in lesser cases.Soil stabilization was studied using three types of soils and two stabilizers (cement and lime). Mix designs were determined. Some of the factors affecting soil stabilization was studied. It was noticed that addition of stabilizers to the soils improved their engineering properties such as strength and durability.Stabilized soil blocks were manufactured using two different block making machines. Engineering properties of these blocks were determined. The results confirmed the possibility of manufacturing stabilized soil blocks that satisfy the requirements recommended for building bricks. Recommendations for further investigations were presented.
