Ce travail, s'est attelé à étudier le processus de l'élaboration de la stratégie de communication commerciale au sein du groupe Cevital Food de Bejaia pour objectif de connaitre l'intégralité des critères et démarches sur lesquels l'entreprise se focalise ainsi que les différentes étapes par lesquels elle procède pour la mise en oeuvre d'une action de communication pour constituer sa stratégie commerciale. Puis, à démontrer le rôle que joue la communication dans la mise en relation de l'entreprise et ses clients, fidèle et potentiels qu'ils soient, pour procéder à la vente de ses produits et rendre compte de l'importance de la communication commerciale dans le maintien d’une confiance et d'une fidélisation chez les acheteurs

Introduction: Prostate cancer is the most common occurring cancer in Sudanese men. Bcl-2 is an anti- apoptotic oncoprotein. Elevated levels of Bcl-2 protein may contribute to the progression of prostate cancers to a metastatic and hormone-insensitive state characterized by poor responses to chemotherapy. Thus the aim of this study is to analyze Bcl-2 expression in prostate adenocarcinoma and its association with prostate cancer grade.Materials and methods:This was a retrospective case control study conducted in faculty of medical laboratory sciences, Al-Neelain University. The samples were paraffin embedded tissue blocks collected from Rahma Medical Lab during the year 2019. The study included the samples of 40 patients diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma and 40 samples from patients diagnosed with prostate hyperplasia used as controls. The expression of Bcl-2 protein was tested using immunohistochemistry technique by tissue microarray . Then the percentage of expression based on staining intensity was given scores: 0, 1−, 1+, 2+, and 3+. Then data was analysed using SPSS and Graph Pad computer programs.Results:The age of the patients ranged between 59- 70 years with mean age of 67.25 years. The age range of the control samples was between 50-71 years and their mean age was 61.58 years. For the case group; 33 (82.5%) were from Khartoum, 3 (7.5%) from Dungula, 2(5%) from Mdani and 2 (5%) from Nahr Elnil. For the controls; 34 (85%) were from Khartoum, 3 (7.5%) from Dungula, 2 (5%) from Madani and 1 (2.5%) were from Al-Nil Alabyad. Based on Gleason grading system; prostate adenocarcinoma was represented with different grades; grade 1 were 21 samples (52.5%), grade 2 were 4 samples (10%),grade 3 were 3 samples (7.5%), grade 4 were 7 samples (17.5%) and grade 5 were 5 samples (12.5%). In the case group, Bcl-2 was expressed in 4 samples (10%) and negative in the rest of the 36 (90%) of the samples. For the control samples none showed any degree of Bcl-2 marker expressions. The P. value was 0.1156, OR=0 and 95% CI was 0-09144. The expression of the marker in the four samples was weak in 3 (+1) which were diagnosed with adenocarcinoma grade 1 and grade 2 and moderate (+2) in 1 sample which was adenocarcinoma grade 3. Discussion: The mean age of case and control groups were similar to the international mean age of patients diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma and benign prostatic hyperplasia. The majority of the cases and controls were from Khartoum. This could be either due to relocation of patient for treatment purposes or the data is affected by the fact that Khartoum is the centre of cancer care. The dominating cancer grade was grade 1 and this could be due to the annoying signs of prostate enlargement. Bcl-2 expression has insignificant association with prostate adenocarcinoma.

Après élaboration d'une analyse de la qualité physico-chimique des eaux du lac ElKennar en vue d'une détection ou non d'une eutrophisation. On a conclue avec unetempérature et un pH dans les normes et pareil pour la conductivité électrique. uneteneur en oxygène dissous insuffisante, et des concentrations en nitrates et en phosphores supérieur aux normes, ce qui permet de dire que l'eau de ce lac représente une eutrophisation.

Les bactéries solubilisant le phosphate PGPR jouent un rôle important dans la fertilité du sol et favorisent la croissance des plantes. Le but de cette étude consiste à isoler des bactéries qui solubiliser le phosphore calcique à partir du sol afin de le rendre assimilable pour notre plante de la fève. L'isolat 7.2 est la plus intéressante qui arrive à un indice de solubilité de 2.6. L’isolat 7.2 à favoriser la croissance de la plante en longueur de tige de 12.86%. L’isolat GAF à favoriser la croissance de la plante en longueur de racine de 11.85 %. L’isolat 7.2 à favoriser la croissance de la plante en nombre des racines de 28.18%. L’isolat 7.2 à favoriser la croissance de la plante en poids frais de la partie aérienne de 62.18 %. L’isolat 7.2 à favoriser la croissance de la plante en poids sec de la partie aérienne de 73.93%.l’effet positif de l’inoculation du sol par l’isolats 7.2 sur la croissance de la fève ouvre un nouveau axe de recherche dans la région pour améliorer l’acquisition des minéraux par les plantes en utilisant les PGPR.

The role livestock plays in developing countries, especially to rural livelihood improvement and augmenting livelihood of poor are well recognized (Upton, 2004). Livestock and their products are estimated to compose (Holloway et al., 2002) a third of the total value of agricultural gross output in developing countries and this share is rising from time to time (ILRI, 2005). Milk production in the Sudan is estimated to be about 7.8 tons per year ( MaR, 2007), of which 90% is produced by local breed in traditional sector and 10 % from cross bred by the modern sector ( FAO, 2010 ).The local breeds in Sudan belong to the group of North Sudan Zebu (McDowell, 1972 ), (Sudanimals, 2006 ), examples are Butana, Kenana and Baggara; multipurpose breeds that are used for milk and meat production as well as draught power (Payne & Hodges, 1997).
