Notre travail consiste à l’élaboration d’une pâte alimentaire traditionnelle « rechta » enrichie par la farine de pois chiche, destinée aux malades souffrant de l’intolérance en gluten. Cette supplémentation vise à obtenir un rapport protéique complet, une bonne valeur nutritionnelle du produit élaboré et aussi baisser le taux en gluten de la matière première. Les analyses physicochimiques effectuées montrent que les mélanges utilisés (semoule de blé dur de variété Simito et farine de pois chiche de variété Flip 90) possèdent une grande valeur nutritionnelle. Le processus de fabrication du produit fini « Rechta » influence positivement sa composition biochimique (teneur en protéines, taux de cendre, et le de taux de gluten humide) mais montre une perte des nutriments (minéraux, vitamines…) lors de la cuisson. L’analyse sensorielle réalisée montre que les pâtes produites à partir du mélange (70 % semoule /30 % farine de pois chiche) sont les plus appréciées par les dégustateurs (une bonne qualité organoleptique).

This dissertation will investigate Rod Lurie’s The Last Castle (2001) from a Foucauldian perspective. The dialectic of power and knowledge forms the gist of his critical theory that tries to explain how different modern social institutions like prisons aim at controlling individuals. Since some movies reflect the real state of societies to a large extent, The Last Castle (2001) will be analyzed from a foucauldian stance to better understand how authorities exert power to produce docile bodies. Indeed, in order to determine the extent to which Rod Lurie’s work meets with Foucault ideas. This dissertation will follow Foucault’s theory of power as explained in his book Discipline and Punish: the Birth of the Prison (1991). Foucault’s concepts like Discipline, surveillance, panopticon and resistance are to be discussed in this dissertation to explain how the prisoners in The Castle are treated badly and aimed to become docile and conformist and how resistance is created from the abuse of power. Throughout our investigation, we have found that The Last Castle reflects Foucault’s ideas of the omnipresence of power and highlighted the way resistance is created as a response to power.

The equity risk premium is one of the most important numbers in finance; its estimation is still however widely discussed. In the MENA region, the topic is even more complex given the lack of data, lack of transparency, illiquidity, and other challenges. This paper starts by a general definition for the equity risk premium with the various understanding of the topic. The second chapter presents all the calculation and estimation methodologies for the equity risk premium used internationally. The third chapter is dedicated to methodologies specifically built or used in emerging markets. For the fourth chapter, I examined equity research reports and established contact with equity analysts to have an idea about what practitioners are using for the MENA region, the methods are presented under chapter four while the numbers are presented under chapter 5. Additionally, in chapter 5, I presented the equity risk premium for the region as reported by Damodaran, Fernanderz, Bloomberg, and Deutsche Bank. Given the strengths and weaknesses of each of the methods reports under chapter one and two, I chose three methods and applied them to the MENA region under chapter six. As expected, the results for all three methods were greatly deceiving and inapplicable.

This is analytical case control study out in Khartoum state in International Hospital, during the period fromJune to November 2017 to evaluate some coagulation parameter in Sudanese patients with diabetes mellitus type2. 50 diagnosed diabetesmellitus type2 were enrolled cases and 50 healthy individuals were selected as control group with age more than 40 years ,4.8 ml venous blood was with drown from each group, placed in tri sodium citrate then centrifuge to get platelet poor plasma (ppp)and that to measure PT and APTTthe result was analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version 20, and expressed as means, STD, Pvalue.The results obtained from CONTROL that the means of prothrombin time, and activated partial thromboplastin time within the normal range but significant increase than the result in control group, in patients group (11.18±0.41sec), (31.88±2.20sec)respectively the means ofprothrombin time, and activated partial thromboplastin time in Patient group(9.54±0.58sec), (19.94±0.62sec)respectively (P.value< 0.001).There are no significant differences in both group of sex (P.value=0.064)

A l’heure actuelle, la cinétique des phénomènes affectant les barrages est encore, demanière générale, mal connue. Ceci pose un problème conséquent pour laprédiction du comportement du barrage, et en particulier de sa sécurité, à différentspas de temps. Une meilleure connaissance et modélisation de ces phénomènes estnécessaire afin, d’une part, de mieux évaluer les sollicitations dans ses ouvrages, etd’autre part, de prédire leur évolution dans le temps pour valider les critères destabilité générale.Des évolutions de pressions interstitielles commencent à être enregistrées dès lamise en place des remblais de barrages sous l’effet du compactage et du chargementen hauteur du corps du barrage, en fin de construction, et pendant l’exploitation duréservoir. Ces évolutions doivent être contrôlées durant toutes ces phases et sont àl’origine de variation des états de contraintes, de déformations et de validité descritères de stabilité.Partant de ces considérations capitales, le présent travail vise l’analyse des pressionsinterstitielles durant la réalisation, en fin de construction et pendant l’exploitationdes barrages par le biais de la modélisation numérique. Cette modélisation estmenée en fonction d’une analyse paramétrée des déformations, de l’influence destemps de consolidation sur la variation des pressions interstitielles et enfin, enfonction de la validité des critères de stabilité. En s’appuyant sur le code de calculPlaxis, l’analyse a été appliquée sur le barrage zoné de Boughrara, situé au nordouest de la wilaya de Tlemcen.
