تهدف الدراسة إلى استخلاص أهم الطرق والوسائل والإجراءات التي تنتهجها البنوك الجزائرية للوقاية من مخاطر القروض البنكية، ومدى نجاعتها في مواجهتها والحد منها في حال وقوعها أثناء أداء البنك لوظيفة منح القروض، وإسقاطها على أحد أهم البنوك الجزائرية العمومية وهو القرض الشعبي الجزائري – وكالة بسكرة -، والخروج ببعض التوصيات التي تساعد إدارات البنوك الجزائرية على تطوير أدائها البنكي، من حيث إدارة المخاطر القروض البنكية.وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مختلف الوسائل المتبعة من طرف البنوك الجزائرية لا تختلف عن بعضها، فتتمثل أهمها في الرقابة، ومتابعة القرض، وأخذ الضمانات، كما أنها لا ترقى إلى مستوى الحد من مخاطر القروض البنكية

C’est dans ce contexte que se situe ce travail dont les objectifs principaux peuvent se résumer ainsi :❖ Préparer des savons pâteux à base d’huiles végétales produites localement etessentiellement à base d’huile d’olive. En appliquant le procédé de fabrication à froid afin de conserver les différents principes actifs présents dans les huilescomme les vitamines, antioxydants, huiles essentielles …et conserver leurs propriétés thérapeutiques.❖ Pour l’élaboration de savons 100% naturelles nous avons tenté de fabriquer 4types de savons pâteux à base d’huiles végétales. Ce présent travail donc s’articule autour de trois chapitres ; le premier chapitre est consacré aux généralités sur les huiles végétales, huile d’olive, coco ...etc. et sur le savon. Le deuxième porte la méthodologie et le matériel utilisé. Enfin, le troisième chapitre réservé à la présentation des résultats et leurs interprétations et pour terminer une conclusion générale.

Even though extensive exploration on implicit leader prototype and its categorization has received increased consideration in the western management literature over the years, however minimal study has focused on its relevancy in the Lebanese context particularly. This research studied transformational, authentic, and servant leadership as perceived by the Lebanese society with respect to its relation with attributes, gender, ethics, religion and cultural context. In-depth interviews with professionals (N=12) working in Lebanese based-companies, non-governmental organizations, and universities were conducted. The findings in this qualitative study propose that the Lebanese people’s implicit viewpoint of a good leader is harmonious with the transformational, authentic, and servant leadership magnitudes recognized in leadership research based in the West. The personality traits, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of a similar leader, in different work settings and across genders, were all approximately associated to the designated attributes of transformational, authentic and servant leaders identified in Western contexts. Moreover, the Lebanese sample also encompassed the degree to which women can make effective leaders given that cultural principles and traditions prevented women’s attempts in achieving and reaching higher leadership roles in this part of the world, in spite of acquiring similar characteristics and strong abilities of their male counterparts. Finally, this study adds value to better comprehend the relevance of implicit leader prototype across different frameworks and cultures.

A recent research was conducted at AUB to evaluate the structural properties of a sustainable concrete material produced by replacing a suitable percentage of Portland cement with a hybrid ceramic/slag binder. The research was triggered by different objectives including the need to mitigate the negative environmental impact of cement production and the need to recycle the waste of the ceramic industry. Research reported in the literature indicated that the replacement of different percentages of cement with ground ceramic powder decreased the compressive strength of concrete. A recent research was conducted at the American University of Beirut to test the hypothesis whether the negative impact of ceramic powder on concrete properties would be reduced when supplementary pozzolanic materials such as slag were also incorporated in the concrete mix. Different combinations of cement, ceramic, and slag were tested in the different phases. The results validated that the inclusion of the ceramic/slag binder in the concrete mix with an optimum percentage replacement of cement overcame the negative impact of ceramic powder on the mechanical properties of concrete. It is important to evaluate the effect of the new sustainable material on the structural behavior of high strength concrete beams designed to fail in flexure or shear or bond-splitting modes. Evaluation will be based on crack patterns, ultimate load capacity, and Load-deflection history.
