La Nécessité d’améliorer la qualité de l’énergie électrique fournie par le réseau électrique revêt aujourd’hui un aspect très intéressant. Le développement d’électronique de puissance a fait surgir les dispositifs FACTS qui peuvent jouer un rôle très important dans l’amélioration de la qualité de l’énergie. Ces dispositifs peuvent être placés en shunt, en séries ou en série-shunt.L'objectif de ce travail était de concevoir une stratégie de contrôle pour les tensions ainsi que pour les flux de puissances réactives transitant dans ce réseau. Le FACTS utilisé au cours de ce travail est un dispositif de type shunt à savoir le SVC (Static Var Compensator).Une stratégie de contrôle des puissances réactives et des tensions sur un réseau de transport a été développé sous l'environnement Matlab, un exemple d'un réseau électrique ont été présentés afin de montrer l'efficacité de dispositif SVC sur le contrôle des réseaux de transport d'énergie électrique

Ce mémoire projet de master vise à créer un modèle d’un écoquartier sur une assiettefoncière occupé actuellement par des bidonvilles, au cœur d’un quartier stratégique« Lekhmis », qui joue un rôle de transition entre le noyau historique de la wilaya de Béjaia et lanouvelle extension urbaine de la ville.Cette réflexion s’articule sur la coordination entre les concepts de design urbain et ceux dedéveloppement durable et de l’écologie, tous en améliorant le paysage urbain existant par l’outilde la composition urbaine. Ces concepts ont pour but de réaliser un quartier durable, harmonieuxet moderne.Une partie de l’écoquartier a pris le sujet d’un projet architectural ; unité d’habitation écologiquequi sera l’opportunité d’appliquer les nouveaux procédés de constructions durables à l’échellede bâtiment. Il nous a permis une réflexion sur l’intégration des concepts de développementdurable ainsi que ceux de l’écologie dans le processus de la conception architecturale.This master thesis project aims to create a model of eco-neighborhood on a land basecurrently occupied by urban slums, in the center of a strategic district "Lekhmis" which is thetransition between the historic town center of Bejaia and the new urban extension of this city.This reflection is based on a coordinated approach between urban design concept and those ofsustainable development and ecology, all by improving the current urban landscape through thetool of urban composition. The purpose of these concepts is to achieve a sustainable, harmoniousand modern neighborhood.Part of the eco-district has taken the subject of an architectural project; an ecological housingunit, which will be the opportunity to apply new sustainable construction processes at buildinglevel. يهدف موضوع البحث إلى حساب الشذوذ الضوئي لنجوم ثنائية كسوفية نشطة من نوع كلاب الصياد RS CVn وتحديد الدورة المدارية للشذوذ التي يتم فيها التوافق مع الدورة المدارية للمركبتين. تضمن الفصل الأول سردا مفصلا عن كيفية ولادة النجوم ونماذج أجوائها، وتعريفا بالنجوم الثنائية بصورة عامة، واهم الفرضيات لتفسير تكونها واهم تصنيفاتها. كما تضمن ذكر طائفة مهمة من النجوم الثنائية وهي النجوم الثنائية الكسوفية النشطة RS CVn وبالتحديد النجمتين XY UMa و ER Vul ،كما ورد تعريفا بسيطا لمفهوم النشاط النجمي ومسبباته ودلائله وكذلك معنى الشذوذ الضوئي وهجرته وفي ختام الفصل الأول ذكرت أهم البحوث التي سبقت هذا الموضوع والهدف منه. أما الفصل الثاني فقد تضمن البيانات الرصدية والمنحنيات الضوئية للنجوم قيد البحث في حين أشتمل الفصل الثالث على كيفية حساب الشذوذ الضوئي لهذه الأنظمة واهم العمليات الحسابية لإيجاد بعض المتغيرات المستخدمة في ذلك والنتائج المستخلصة من هذا البحث. فيما تضمن الفصل الرابع مناقشة النتائج التي توصلت إليها من هذا البحث واهم الاستنتاجات والاعمال المستقبلية. تم التوصل من خلال هذا البحث الى إيجاد مدة دورة الشـذوذ للأنظمة انفة الذكر وتبلغ (6.3 year) للنظام XY UMa و(7.05 year) للنظام ER Vul وأن العلاقة بين الدورتين غير متوافقة لكلا النظامين كما تبين أن النظام XY UMa أكثر نشاطاً من النظام ER Vul ويعود سبب ذلك إلى سرعة دوران مركبتي النظام حول نفسيهما.

This is a descriptive cross-sectional study, conducted in Alfasher teaching hospital, North Darfur, Sudan. It was carried out during January to March 2015 to study the correlation between the maternal and cord blood red cell parameters.Two hundred blood Samples were collected in ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid (EDTA) containers, 100 sample from pregnant Sudanese ladies immediately before delivery and 100 samples from cord blood during delivery. Red cell parameters were determined using automated hematological analyzer.The results showed that, all the red blood cell parameters were found to be higher in the cord blood samples than the maternal blood samples except for MCHC (Mean±SD:14.6±1.6 and 11.4±1.4 g/dl for Hb, 42±7.3 and 36.2±5.6 % for HCT, 4.2±0.7 and 4±0.7 ×1012/l for RBC count,106±8.1 and 84.7±8.2 fl for MCV, 34.8±3.7 and 28.1±2.7 pg for MCH, 31±1.8 and 32.3±2.2 g/dl for MCHC, 63.3±7.5 and 56.9±13.7 fl for RDW-SD, 17.1±1.9 and16.2±2.9% for RWD-CV, respectively).No statistically significant correlation was found between maternal and cord blood for each of Hb, HCT, RBCs, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-SD and RDW-CV (P. value:≥ o.o5).In conclusion, there was no statistically significant correlation between maternal and cord blood red cell parameters.

Les propriétés mécaniques de l'acier font partie des conditions nécessaires à connaîtrepour le bon fonctionnement des systèmes mécaniques dans l'industrie. Notre étude dansce mémoire consiste à analyser les caractéristiques mécaniques de l’acier faiblement allié42CrMo4. Nous considérons une approche expérimentale basée sur l’influence dedifférents traitements thermiques (trempe et revenu à différentes températures) sur lecomportement de l’acier étudié en traction. Les caractéristiques mécaniques recherchéesconcernent la dureté, la résistance à la rupture, l’allongement et le coefficient de striction.Après la réalisation des tests de traction, il a été observé qu’il existe une réciprocité entrela température de revenu d’une part et la dureté du matériau et la résistance à la ruptured’autre part. Une certaine proportionnalité remarquée entre la dureté, l’allongement et lecoefficient de striction.
