The discovery of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) has opened a new field calledregenerative medicine that offers new strategies for curing diseases and drug discovery.It also provides the means of regenerating disease-relevant cells in vitro for diseasemodeling, and the possibility of cell replacement therapy. Among the most promisingapplications of hPSCs technology is the generation of blood cells that can be used forengraftment or transfusion in the clinic. Generating engraftable hematopoietic stemcells from hPSCs in vitro can fulfill the promise of using hPSCs to cure human diseases.Making functional HSCs in vitro from hPSCs remains an elusive goal. There are keypathways that are misregulated during hPSCs differentiation, which could impair theengraftment potential of hPSCs. WNT signaling is needed in the early phase ofdifferentiation. However, evidence from mouse models and human development showthat WNT signaling is downregulated during the maturation of HSCs. Therefore, wehypothesize that mimicking the dynamics of WNT signaling temporally during thedifferentiation could improve the functional maturation of differentiated HPCs. To thisend, we have established an inducible gene activation system based on dCas9-VPR thatcan activate endogenous loci. We performed targeted activation of negative regulatorsof WNT. The system has shown promise in specific activation of WNT negativeregulators, AXIN2 and APC2, but it needs further optimization to be able to steer cellfate and obtain functional HSCs.

:تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول توظيف التقنيات الجيومكانية في الدراسة الجيومورفولوجية الحوض وادي الناقة غرب مدينة درنة الذي تبلغ مساحه نحو 322.8) كم) ويصل محيطه إلى (132.3) كم) وبطول يبلغ 35.4 كم، ويهدف بناء قاعدة بيانات رقمية جيومورفولوجية تمكن دراسة الخصائص الجيومورفولوجية للحوض مثل الخصائص المورفومترية للحوض الرئيسي وأحواضه الفرعية، والسمات الجيومورفولوجية لمنحدرات جوانب الأودية، وكذلك إنتاج خرائطرقمية تحاكي الارتفاعات والانحدارات والمظاهر الجيومورفولوجية في الحوض.كما اعتمدت الدراسة على الأسلوب الكمي في تحليل المعاملات المورفومترية المتمثلة في الخصائص الشكلية للأحواض والخصائص التضاريسية وخصائص شبكة التصريف، وكذلك تمثيل وتحليل المقاطع التضاريسية الطولية والعرضية، كما اتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف الحوض وتحليل الخرائط المختلفة بالإضافة إلى وصف الظواهر الجيومورفولوجية، كما تم اتباع أسلوب الكارتوجرافي في ربط أشكال الجيومورفولوجية بموقعها على الخريطة.وأظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن معظم المقاطع العرضية المدروسة متناسقة من حيث الشكل بسبب التجانس في تكوينات الجيولوجية إلا أن المنحدرات الواقعة على الجانب الأيسر للمجرى الرئيسي أكثر انحداراً نسبياً من نظيرتها على الجانب الأيمن.كما أظهرت نتائج التحليل المورفومترية أن شكل حوض وادي الناقة قريب من شكل المستطيل، كما تشير مدلولات نواتج نسبة التضرس ومعدل النسيج الطبوغرافي وتكامل الهبسومتري ومدلولات الكثافة التصريفية والعددية إلى أن الحوض يمر بمرحلة النضج المبكرة.ظهر في الحوض مجموعة من الأنماط التصريف كالنمط الشجري والمتوازي والشعاعي، تعد عمليات التعرية المائية والعوامل التكتونية من أهم العوامل التي ساهمت في تشكيل المظهر الجيومورفولوجي لسطح حوض وادي الناقة. .

As part of the implementation of a global development plan at Hassi R'mel field, in order to activate, improve production and strengthen this reserve after the appearance of many technical problems, which has led to a reduction in production rates and a direct impact on its performance and efficiency, what requires a study and evaluation of the current production system. This study is based on the modeling and performance analysis of wells in the south of Hassi R'mel field, by using PIPESIM software with an economic study, where we obtained promising results that are feasible to achieve previously established objectives.

Drawing on theories of musicalization, intermediality, travelling theory, and cultural identity, this thesis examines the intermedial play of music and literature, especially in jazz fiction. Therefore, it examines one of the first contemporary Arab American novels, Diana Abu Jaber’s Arabian Jazz, in relation to jazz music. Arabian Jazz as a literary text theorises for itself and highlights its own singularity with its inspiration that stems from the aesthetics and ethos of jazz. While jazz has often been read as a distinctly African American form of expression, this thesis does not seek to appropriate its historical weight, but rather to trace Arabian Jazz’s unique jazz aesthetic strategies— blue note, swing, non-linearity, improvisation, and repetition. Therefore, these aesthetic practices paved the way for an epistemological lens through which certain cultural concepts are selected from jazz to travel from one cultural concept (African American) to another (Arab American) to open a site articulating Arab American identity as an ongoing negotiation of cultural dissonance. This reading is not a universal model for interpreting Arab American fiction, specifically Arabian Jazz. Instead, it is an experience of reading a novel that itself plays with genre, time, and language. Previous research about Arabian Jazz are Hind El-Hajj and Sirène Harb’s “Straddling the Personal and the Political: Gendered Memory in Diana Abu-Jaber’s “Arabian Jazz,” Michelle Hartman’s “This Sweet / Sweet Music: Jazz, Sam Cooke, and Reading Arab American Literary Identities, and Steven Salaita’s “Cresent Moons, Jazz Music, and Feral Ethnicity,” to mention a few. However, almost all these studies highlight themes related to postcolonial studies, such as home, migration, hybrid identity, and gender issues. Therefore, this thesis is trying to examine and critique Arabian Jazz as a literary text, not only as a mere representation of the culture in which it was written. Thus, this thesis emphasises the aesthetic and musical strategies that inform Arabian Jazz narrative. It is only Mazen Naous, in the second chapter of his book Poetics of Visibility in the Contemporary Arab American Novel, titled “Blue Notes and Accented Rhythms,” who directly engages with the aesthetic appearance of jazz music in Diana Abu-Jaber’s Arabian Jazz. It is worth mentioning that this thesis owes much to Naous’s work and benefits from it, particularly in its own second chapter, which builds upon and extends his insights. In this regard, jazz is read not only as a metaphor but as a mode of writing, a narrative improvisation that disrupts linear time and stable identities. By drawing on Warner Wolf’s intermediality and intermedial resonance between music and text, this thesis also considers how jazz functions as a cultural palimpsest, inscribing Arab and African American experiences into shared yet unresolved harmonies. Ultimately, this thesis attempts to read Arabian Jazz through sonic and aesthetic intertexts that complement rather than oppose each other. However, my interest goes beyond word and music interactions. It extends to analysing the musical-textual relation, which has not been sufficiently theorised in current academic discourses surrounding contemporary Arab American literature.

نتعرض في حياتنا اليومية للعديد من المواد الكيميائية الضارة والتي تسبب الكثير من الأمراض مثل مركب رابع كلوريد الكربون وهو مركب عضوي يتم التعرض له في الغالب من تنفس الهواء أو الماء الملوث أو التربة الملوثة, والتعرض له بكميات كبيرة يسبب أضرارا عديدة وأمراضا للكبد والكلى, وعلى الرغم من استخدام الأدوية والعقاقير الطبية في علاج هذه الأمراض والأورام إلا أن لها تأثيرات جانبية ضارة على الجسم أثناء العلاج, ولذلك انتشر استخدام النباتات الطبية بشكل كبير في الوقت الحاضر حيث أنها تعالج العديد من الأمراض وتكاد تكون خالية من الآثار الجانبية الضارة, لذلك كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو دراسة التأثير الوقائي للمستخلص الإيثانولي لريزومة نبات الزنجبيل (Zingiber officinale) عــلى الجرذان البيضــاء المعاملة بمركب رابع كلوريد الكربون (Carbon tetrachloride). من خلال دراسة وظائف الكبد, الكلى والبروتين الكلي إضافة إلى الفحص النسيجي والتعرف على التغيرات التي تظهر على كل من نسيجي الكبد والكلى, حيث تم تقسيم ذكور الجرذان البيضاء إلى 5 مجموعات, مجموعة تم حقنها بالمحلول المذيب والذي يتكون من محلول كلوريد الصوديوم والكلوروفورم بنسبة 1:9 في التجويف البريتوني بجرعة (0.1ml\100g BW), ومجموعة تم حقنها بمركب رابع كلوريد الكربون في التجويف البريتوني بجرعة (0.1ml\100g BW), ومجموعة تم تجريعها بمستخلص الزنجبيل أولا عن طريق الفم وذلك عند جرعة (1ml\kg BW), يتبعها بعد ساعة حقن رابع كلوريد الكربون بجرعة (0.1ml\100g BW), وتم تجريع المجموعة الرابعة بمستخلص الزنجبيل عن طريق الفم وذلك عند جرعة (1ml\kg BW), أما المجموعة الخامسة فهي مجموعة الجرذان الطبيعية.أشارت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الدراسة الحالية إلى التأثير الوقائي لنبات الزنجبيل فقد كان مستوى كل من أنزيمات الكبد والكلى والبروتين الكلي وغيرها من المتغيرات الأخرى التي تم دراستها في مجموعة الوقاية والتي تم معاملتها بمستخلص الزنجبيل ومركب رابع كلوريد الكربون معا قريبا من مستواها في المجموعة الطبيعية, وكذلك الحال في النتائج التي ظهرت خلال الفحص النسيجي فلم يلاحظ أي تغير في مظهر النسيج في مجموعة الوقاية مما يؤكد على الأهمية الوقائية للزنجبيل, كما أن الجرعات المستخدمة كانت آمنة ولم يكن لها أي تأثيرات سمية ضارة, ونستخلص من هذه الدراسة أن المستخلص الإيثانولي لريزومة نبات الزنجبيل له دور وقائي وفعال طبقا للنتائج المتحصل عليها.

إن الجريمة ظاهرة أزلية عرف ظهورها من ظهور أول المجتمعات، وهو ما جعل الدولة بالمفهوم الحديث تعمل على وضع مجموعة من الحلول التي تمكنها من محاربة الجريمة دون المساس بكيان المجتمع ، بل بهدف الحفاظ على أمنه وسلامته ، ولكن ذلك لم يكن بالأمر السهل فكان على الدولة أحيانا التضحية بقرينة البراءة وبحرية الفرد على سبيل تحقيق ذلك كما هو الحال مع الحبس المؤقت.وبما أن الحبس المؤقت يعتبر إجراء استثنائيا وخطير في نفس الوقت حيث أن المشرع وضع له نظام قانوني يتناسب مع تطبيقه من خلال الشروط الموضوعية والشكلية التي يجب أن تتوافر لكي يصح هذا الإجراء وحتى يكون هذا الإجراء قضائيا وجب تسبيبه حيث اعتبر الحبس المؤقت من أوامر قاضي التحقيق التي حدد فيها المشرع المدة التي يجوز الوضع في الحبس المؤقت فقد نص المشرع من الناحية العملية على ضرورة الرقابة على شرعيته من خلال آليات وضعها لأجل الضمان التنفيذ القانوني لهذا الإجراء ،ولم يكتفي المشرع عند هذا الحد بل تعدى إلى الإقرار بمبداء التعويض عن الحبس المؤقت الغير مبرر بالنظر الى وجود الأخطاء القضائية التي تتصل بهذا الإجراء، والتي تؤدي إلى المساس بحرية الأفراددون وجه حق .
