Despite the importance of continuing education, empirical research on service quality in this sector has been limited in Palestine. In light of the lack of studies of service quality in continuing education in Palestine, as they affect students’ satisfaction, this thesis investigates Students perceptions of service quality at Continuing Education Centers (CECs) in the West Bank, Palestine. The study employs SERVQUAL, a well-recognized framework in the literature to assess potential performance gaps at the Palestinian CECs. The further analysis tested the applicability of the SERVQUAL model as a measurement tool to determine the impact of service quality on student satisfaction and the gap between students' perceptions and expectations.Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire from a sample of 113 respondents who attended a training program/diploma in one of the CECs. The questionnaire comprises three parts. The first collects data on students' perceived service quality, the second part gathers data on students’ satisfaction, and the third part collects data on students' demographic characteristics. A five-point Likert scale was used in the questionnaire to score the responses. Data were analyzed using Excel, Minitab, and Smart-PLS.The SERVQUAL proved to be a model that can assess the service quality of CECs. The results also show that the overall quality of CECs’ services ranges from somewhat low to high.In addition, the study revealed that empathy and tangibility constructs have a significant relationship and contribute to forming the CECs service quality. Unexpectedly, responsiveness, assurance, and reliability are not significant predictors of the CECs service quality. Regarding the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, the study found a significant positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Based onvithe research findings, efforts must be made to ensure that continuing education centers meet the students’ needs, especially in the tangible dimension, by upgrading the equipment and the visual appeal of the physical facilities since this dimension has the lowest quality levels.

لضمان الالتزام بحماية حقوق الإنسان و كفالة الاحترام لها على أرض الواقع، تم إنشاء آلية لحمايتها، و من أهمها المحكمة الأوربية لحقوق الإنسان إذ تعتبر الآلية القضائية الأكثر نجاعة و فعالية في حماية حقوق الإنسان. تلعب المحكمة الأوربية لحقوق الإنسان دورا كبيرا في إرساء دعائم حقوق الإنسان من خلال معالجة العديد من القضايا و ما حققت من انتصاف للضحايا الذين انتهكت حقوقهم المتضمنة في الاتفاقية الأوربية لحقوق الإنسان كما ساهمت بشكل كبير في تطوير القانون الأوربي لحقوق الإنسان حيث أعلت مكانة حقوق الإنسان، وجعلت الفرد متمتعا بكل حقوقه و مكنته من الالتجاء إلى المحكمة مباشرة من أجل حماية حقوقه و بالموازاة مع الأدوار الفعالة التي تلعبها المحكمة الأوربية في حماية حقوق الإنسان فإنها بالمقابل تواجه عدة عقبات أهمها طول الإجراءات في مجال بعض القضايا ، و التي دامت أعوام، لذا وجب عليها التغلب على هذه العقبات لتضمن حماية حقوق الإنسان

الملخص: لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة أهمية التصريحات الضريبية كأداة للإفصاح عن المعلومات والبيانات الخاصة للإدارة الضريبية، حيث أن إثبات جودة التصريحات مبنى على مدى صحة ودقة المعلومات المصرح بها من طرف المؤسسة، مع ضرورة احترام المواعيد المحددة، و ذلك من أجل تفادي المخاطر الضريبية المتمثلة في العقوبات التي قد تمنعها من تحقيق أهدافها وضمان استمراريتها. وفي هذا الإطار تعد الرقابة الجبائية من أهم الإجراءات التي خولت للإدارة الضريبية، من أجل التأكد من صحة ومصداقية هذه التصريحات.

Notre travail porte sur l’élaboration des cellules solaires organique sà réseaux interpénétrés à base des mélanges photosensibles composés par le donneur (P3HT)et l’accepteur (PCBM)avec une surface active de 18mm² et 2cm².L’optimisation des paramètres d’élaboration des cellules : rapport massique(P3HT/ PCBM), concentration en solution, température et durée de recuit ont montré que les polymères ayant une forterégiorégularité(97.7 %) permet tentdes rendement sde conversion en puissance très importante l’ordre de 4% pour un rapport masique de (1:0.8)et une température de recuit de 110°C pendent 30 min. La conception d’une nouvelle architecture auto-entrepreneuriat les cellules organiques grande surface(2cm2),a permis de réduire la vitesse de dégradation de leur couche active et de retenir plus de 80% de leurs performances initiales.L’étude du vieillissement sous éclairement continue pour les cellules encapsulée et non-encapsulée a permis d’identifier les mécanismes de dégradation qui onteulieu en outre la caractérisation par le (LBIV)a révélé l’effet bénéfique de cette architecture sur l’amélioration de la durée de vie des cellules organiques encapsulées

بعد هذا البحث والاجتهاد في دراسة الاتساق والانسجام في الخطاب الشعري للقصيدة يا رائد الشعب لمحمد العيد آل خليفة توصلنا إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها:-إن كلا من الاتساق والانسجام وسيلة للترابط النصي وتماسكه إذ لا يعد النص نصا إلا وهو متماسك. فالاتساق يحقق التماسك الشكلي الظاهر على سطح النص والانسجام يحقق التماسك الدلالي. -إن الخطوة الأولى للدخول إلى الانسجام النصي تكون انطلاقا من أدوات الاتساق منها الإحالة والوصل والاستبدال والحذف والاتساق المعجمي والتكرار والنظام, أما آليات الانسجام فهي موضوع الخطاب والسياق والعلاقات والمناسبة والتناص. أما من الجانب التطبيقي فقد توصلنا إلى أهم الآليات التي ترتكز عليها قصيدة يا رائد الشعب لمحمد العيد آل خليفة وأهمها الآتي: -لقد ساهمت أدوات الاتساق في تماسك الشكلي للقصيدة وكان أبرزها: الإحالة وتتضمن( الضمائر والأسماء الموصولة) وقد حققت دورا هاما في الترابط النصي على مستوى البنية السطحية، أما بالنسبة للوصل فقد حقق التماسك النصي (الاتساق النصي) من خلال إحداثه الاستمرارية داخل موضوع القصيدة، والحذف أيضا قد أسهم في ترابط القصيدة وذلك من خلال تجاوز ظاهرة التكرار، والاتساق المعجمي الذي يتضمن ( التكرار والتضام) وهو أيضا بدوره قد كان له الدور الفعال في عملية الاتساق من خلال التنافرات والتناقضات .

Les alliages Fe-Al ont connu un développement pour leur résistance à la corrosion à chaud. Par contre, la transition ordre-désordre à environ 450 °C conduit à des propriétés qui limite son utilisation tel que : la variation de la limite élastique, sa fragilisation par hydrogène, sa résistance au fluage médiocre à haute température, ainsi que sa baisse de ductilité à la température ambiante. Pour cela, des éléments d’addition ont été ajouté pour déplacer la température ordre-désordre vers les plus hautes températures possibles. Dans ce travail, les alliages étudiés sont à base de Fe-Al avec des additions : Cr, Nb et Ti. Ces alliages ont subit une caractérisation microstructura le au moyen de microscopie électronique à balayage associée à l’analyse EDX pour l’identification des phases présentes. Ces analyses sur l’alliage binaire Fe-28Al confirment la présence de la phase Fe3-Al et la précipitation d’un carbure Fe3AlCx responsable de la fragilisation de ce matériau. L’ajout de 5 at % du Cr a fait apparaitre un précipité ternaire en plus du Fe3Al, et le carbure du chrome C6Cr23 au lieu du Fe3AlCx ce qui prouve que le chrome a la grande affinité avec le carbone. L’ajout de 2 at % en Nb au ternaire Fe-28Al-5Cr a conduit à la formation d’une structure eutectique ternaire, avec la disparition de la phase Fe3Al et à la formation des précipités de niobium qui a entrainé un durcissement sur le matériau. Avec l’ajout de 2 at % du Ti, il y eu précipitation de la phase AlTi3 en plus de Fe3Al. Enfin, des mesure de dureté et de microdureté ont été effectuées afin d’établir la relation entre la microstructure et la résistance mécanique de ces alliages. Ces essais ont confirmé l’effet de durcissement des précipités du niobium sur l’alliage Fe-28Al.

In response to the increasing global demand for energy and the limitations of traditional chemical oil recovery methods, this study explores the potential of imidazolium-based ionic liquids (ILs) as enhanced oil recovery (EOR) agents for Emirati tight oil reservoirs. Four ILs—C10mimCl, C12mimCl, C12mimBF4, and C16mimBr—were evaluated for their effects on the interfacial tension (IFT), wettability, emulsification, and rheological properties under reservoir conditions. Experiments conducted at varying salinities, temperatures (up to 110°C), and IL concentrations (500–3000 ppm) demonstrated that longer alkyl chain ILs, particularly C16mimBr, effectively reduced IFT by >99% and improved wettability by lowering contact angles down to 15.37°. Statistical modeling and optimization using Design of Experiments (DoE) confirmed that IL type and concentration are key factors in maximizing EOR efficiency. Rheological analysis confirmed shear-thinning behavior and enhanced emulsion stability, especially with FB-C16mimBr achieving the lowest viscosities of 1.73 mPa·s and 0.71 mPa·s at 25°C and 80°C, respectively. Reservoir assessments, including spontaneous imbibition, secondary, and tertiary flooding, indicated that ILs significantly improved oil recovery. Spontaneous imbibition with ILs increased recovery to 58.15% of OOIP compared to 16.72% of OOIP with formation brine alone. In comparison, tertiary flooding with C12mimCl and C16mimBr yielded additional recoveries of 21.39% and 26.15% of OOIP, resulting in a final recovery of 93.51% and 96.39% respectively. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and pressure monitoring revealed that IL viscosity, core permeability, and calcite stabilization were critical in optimizing oil displacement. The formation of Winsor Type III microemulsions facilitated capillary force reduction and mobilized trapped oil. These findings demonstrate that ILs offer an environmentally benign alternative to conventional surfactants, improving oil recovery through wettability alteration, viscosity reduction, and emulsion stabilization, thereby contributing to sustainable high-efficiency energy solutions.
