إمتاز عصرنا بالتكنولوجيا والتطور ومع تلاشي الحدود الجغرافية الاقتصادية تعاظم حجم المؤسسات بكل أنواعها ويمكن إحصاء هذه المؤسسات من خلال سياسة تفعيل الاستثمارات التي انتهجتها الجزائر وتوجهها نحو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لما لها من أهمية في التنمية المستدامة والتخفيض من حدة البطالة، مما أدى إلى إنشاء العديد من الهيئات الداعمة لها، من بينها الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتشغيل الشباب التي تعمل على جمع مجموعة من الشباب في مشاريع استثمارية مصغرة الهدف منها امتصاص البطالة وتنمية الاقتصاد المحلي، الأمر الذي ينعكس بالازدهار وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وعليه تأتي هذه الدراسة لإبراز واقع تقييم معايير السداد وتمويل الوكالة لهذه المؤسسات بالتطرق إلى التعرف على مفهوم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وخصائصها، وعرض كيفية إنشائها في الجزائر والمعوقات التي تواجهها. ثم التعرف على إسهامات الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب في إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والإصلاحات التي تعرفها هذه الوكالة لتفعيل دعمها لهذه المؤسسات. وقد ارتأينا في هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم قروض وكالة فرع غرداية في خلق المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكيفية تمويلها إما بواسطة التمويل الثنائي أو التمويل الثلاثي وإنعكاسهما على نمو هذه المؤسسات.

هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة مدى العلاقة بين الأخلاق المهنية و الولاء التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية الدكتور بن زرجب و جاءت المذكرة تحت عنوان الأخلاق المهنية و تأثيرها على الولاء التنظيمي و ركزنا على الفرع الإداري لكثرة المهام و الارتباطات و الضغوط المهنية .تم تطبيق استمارتين على عينة بلغت 80 عاملا اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة الذي بلغ 158 عامل 32 عاملا تم إدراجهم في الدراسة الأولية الاستطلاعية و 48 عاملا في الدراسة الأساسية من ذكور و إناث و جرت الدراسة في بداية الشهر مارس 2022 إلى نهاية شهر أفريل 2022 حيث تم جمع المعطيات و تمت معالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج spss و أسفرت على النتائج التالية- متوسطات حسابية مرتفعة من حيث الفقرات و الأبعاد المتغيرين- علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية عند 0.01 حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط برينسون 0.568- تأثير الأخلاق المهنية في ولاء و انتماء العاملين للفرع الإداري المؤسسة الاستشفائية الدكتور بن زرجب.

Le financement des entreprises désigne l'ensemble des ressources qu'elles doivent se procurer pour faire face à leurs besoins. Ces ressources, très diverses, peuvent être regroupées en deux catégories : les capitaux propres et les capitaux empruntés. La façon de se faire financer par l’endettement a beaucoup évolué en raison des changements importants qui s’opèrent lors du passage d'une « économie d'endettement », vers une « économie de marchés financiers ».Aussi, la question de la diversification des sources de financement des investissements devient une option à même de garantir le processus de croissance économique en Algérie. Notre thèse se propose de montrer comment les émissions obligataires représentent-elles une alternative intéressante pour les grandes entreprises, leur permettant de canaliser une épargne institutionnelle et privée consistante. Le type de gouvernance pratiquée constitue cependant un handicap pour le développement du marché obligataire dont le potentiel est à un niveau appréciable eu égard à l’expérience récente en la matière.

This is prospective study which was done during July 2016 to September 2016 and was carried out in (Bashair Educated hospital, Madani educated hospital) Sudan. The study discusses the study of placental thickness using ultrasonography. A total of “50” pregnant ladies were selected randomly; all those ladies have age from 20-45. Any pregnant have twins, diabetes mellitus or any critical cases was excluded from this study. All patients were subjected to be examined by U/S scanning using ‘Mendray and Toshiba ’ with 3,5MHz probe. Trans abdominal Scanning were performed for all patients to evaluate fetus viability , if it is normal or abnormal; also evaluate placental thickness, also I measure mother weight and height to evaluate the BMI by electronic scale and measurement tape.Data was collected using a data collecting sheet and in data analysis the author uses the gross tabulation, linear regression, discriminate analysis. Placental thickness and efficiency in relation to maternal body mass thickness BMI and its efficiency in relation to LMP gestational age in 50 pregnancies. Placental thickness increased with increasing BMI through underweight, normal, overweight categories and accordingly underweight women were more likely to experience placental growth restriction, while placental hypertrophy was more common in overweight .in figure (4-4) the placental thickness in A location increase by 0.4403mm per one unit of BMI, also in figure(4-5)the placental thickness in B location increase by 0.3699mm per one unit of BMI, therefor in C location of placental thickness the increasing by 0.3421 mm per one unit of BMI.Also LMP gestational age have observable relation with placental thickness. there in figure (4-1) the placental thickness in A position increase by 0.7431mm per week, also in figure(4-2) the placental thickness in B position increase by 0.8914mm per week. And in C position the placental thickness increasing by 0.6884mm per week.I was also research in relation between placental thickness and other maternal parameters (parity and number of normal delivery) but there is no significant relation between them. By using ANOVA test.

حاولت الدراسة التعرف على واقع الصحافة الإلكترونية الجزائرية من خلال قانون الإعلام 12/05 ومحاولة التوصل إلى تحديد إطار الممارسة الصحفية للصحافة الإلكترونية من خلال تحديد المواد التنظيمية التي جاء بها قانون الإعلام 12/05 التي تضبط الكتابة الصحفية في الصحافة الإلكترونية،حيث توصلت دراستنا هذه من خلال استخدام الملاحظة العلمية الدقيقة واستمارة الاستبيان كأداتي لجمع البيانات أن واقع الصحافة الإلكترونية في الجزائر لا تزال حديثة العهد،كما أنها تعتبر مولود دخيل لم يستعد له في بلادنا قانونيا بوضع إطار تشريعي وتنظيمي ينظم العمل الصحفي الإلكتروني،كما أن قانون الإعلام الحالي لم يضف أي شيء جديد يذكر للعمل الصحفي في الصحافة الإلكترونية،على غرار أنه حدد معالمها ومفهومها فقد قدم مفهوم واضح وصريح للصحافة الإلكترونية،إلا أن واقعها في الجزائر يظل غامضا ويحتاج إلى إنشاء وصياغة مواد تنظيمية توضح حدود الممارسة الصحفية في الصحافة الإلكترونية وتضمن الحقوق والحريات للصحفيين العاملين بهذا المجال.This study aims to identify the fact of the Algerian electronic journalism through the Media law 12/05 and attempting to reach to determine the frame of practicing the electronic journalism. By determining the organizationalsubstances that is associated with Media Law 12/05 that adjust writing in electronic journalism. By using accurate scientific observation and form questionnaire as a tool for data collection, our study reachs that the fact of electronic journalism of Algeria is brand new and it is considered as an intruder born that our country is not ready legally by using a legislative, regulatory framework that organises the electronic journalism work. Besides the actual Media Law does not add anything new concerning the journalism work in the electronic journalism and determining the features and the concept and it provides a clear and honest difinition of the electronic journalism.However, the reality in Algeria remains ambiguous and needs to create and formulate regulatory materials to clarify the limits of journalistic practice in the electronic media and ensure the rights and the obligations of the journalists working in that field.
