تهدف هىذه الد ا رسة إلى إبرازالدور الذي يلعبه التدقيق الخارجي في الحد من تأثيرات المحاسبة الإبداعية علىالقوائم المالية ، وذلك من خلال إجراء مسح ميداني على عينة من ممارسي مهنة المحاسبة والتدقيق بكل منولاية غرداية ، الأغواط ، ورقمة ، بغية الإجابة عمى الإشكالية الرئيسية المطروحة والمتمثمة في :ما مدى فاعمية المدقق الخارجي في كشف تأثير المحاسبة الابداعية عمى القوائم المالية؟حيث تناول الاستبيان الموجو لمعينة المدروسة نقاط تتعمق بجوانب تخص كفاءة وفعالية المدقق الخارجي ،توفر ممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية وكذا الأساليب والاتجاىات الحديثة لكشفممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية والحد منيا ، وقد توصمت الد ا رسة إلى نتائج أىميا أن المدقق الخارجي مُممبالأساليب الحديثة في كشف ممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية و الحد منيا باعتبارأنيا ليست في أعمى مستوياتيا ، وقد خمصت الد ا رسة إلى توصيات مقترحة تفي بضرورة الت ا زم المدققينالخارجيين بمعايير التدقيق واعداد ب ا رمج عمل تدقيق محكمة من أجل اكتشاف التلاعبات التي قد تقع عمىالقوائم المالية نتيجة المحاسبة الإبداعيةThis study aimed at highlighting the role that is played by the external auditing in reducing the effects of creative accounting on the financial statements, and through a field survey on a sample of the accounting and auditing profession in all of Ghardaïa, Ouargla and Laghouat. In order to answer the main problemtic raised in : To what extent does the efficient of the external auditor in uncovering the creative accounting effect on the financial statements? Whereby the questionnaire , addressed to points of the studied sample, regarding the specific aspects the efficiency and effectiveness of the external auditor, to provide the creative accounting practices in the economic companies as well as the methods of modern trends to uncover the creative accounting practices and process of ending it .The study concluded that the results of The external auditor is familiar with the modern methods of detecting creative accounting practices in the economic companies and ending it as they are not at the highest levels, the study concluded that the recommendations are proposed to meet the need for external auditors to audit standards and managing well -structured audit work programmes for detecting the manipulations that might occur on the financial statements as a result of the creative accounting.

Ce travail traite la problématique d'identification d'un système dynamique en s'appuyant sur une approche d'optimisation globale. Plus précisément, nous donnons un aperçu sur quelques méthodes classiques d'identification des systèmes. Par la suite, l'accent est porté sur le modèle du pendule inversé sur chariot, qui est un système assez complexe. Nous avons pu identifier les paramètres du modèle linéarisé de pendule inversé par une application d'une méthode d'optimisation globale, à savoir la méthode d'Aliénor. Nos résultats montrent que cette approche d'optimisation globale peut être un outil efficace pour l'identification de systèmes multi variables non linéaire.

La motivation au travail est liée à plusieurs facteurs. L''individu valorise la pertinence de l'emploi, les opportunités d'avancement au sein de l'organisation, les opportunités de développer ses compétences et même d'accéder à des postes plus valorisants. Pour ces raisons, la gestion de carrière est une activité essentielle de la GRH, qui favorise le développement du capital humain et la motivation.Nous avons effectué une étude empirique au sein de l'entreprise CEVITAL, dont l'objectif d'étudier l'impact de la gestion de carrières et la motivation des salariés au travail ce que nous a donnée une vision globale sur le système de gestion de carrièresEn effet, ce système mis en place par CEVITAL ne répond pas aux besoins de différentes catégories des salariés interrogés, malgré l'importance que l'entreprise accorde aux deux pratiques de gestion de carrières : Recrutement et Formation qui influencent positivement la motivation. Par ailleurs, l'entreprise attache moins d'intention aux aspirations ainsi qu'aux attentes de ses salariés et l'évaluation de leur carrière. En revanche, les promotions semble toucher la majorité de catégorie cadre et beaucoup moins le reste des catégories, cela est traduit par une insatisfaction des catégories hors cadre de la politique menée en terme de promotion.

إذا كانت الأمم الأخرى تعتني بلغاتها القومية ، و تسعى إلى نشرها بمختلف الوسائل بمختلف الوسائل ، فإن لغتنا العربية الفصحى ينبغي لها أن تحظى بكل رعاية و عناية و اهتمام ، لأنها هي الموحدة لكلمتنا و الجامعة لشملنا ، و الحافظة لتراثنا ، و هي لغة قرآننا ، فهي عنان لشخصيتنا العربية ، و رمز لكياننا القومي ، و عندما كانت لغتنا العربية قوية كانت أمتنا قوية ، و عندما ضعفت أمتنا أصاب اللغة الضعف، و من هنا كانت الأمة هي اللغة و اللغة هي الأمة ، و في ضعف الأول ضعف للثانية و في قوة الأول قوة للثانية، و إذا كانت الأمة قد أصيبت بالضعف في عصر الانحطاط فانعكس ذلك على ضعف أصحابها ، فإنه لا يخفى على أحد منا ما يعانيه المتعلمون في مراحل التعليم المختلفة من ضعف لغوي سواء في كلامهم ، أو كتاباتهم أو قراءاتهم كما سببته عوامل مختلفة ، من ضمنها عدم تطوير الأساليب المستخدمة في تدريس اللغة العربية و عدم اهتمام أفراد أسرة الطفل باللغة و الاستخدام السلبي للضغط و الإلتجاء في أكثر الأحيان إلى العقاب في تعليم للغة دون مراعاة للاستعدادات الفطرية و النمو الطبيعي.وما تواجه اللغة العربية من ظروف و ما يعايشه أهلها من أوضاع ، فما زال كثير من مدرسي اللغة في مراحل التعليم المختلفة ينتهجون في تدريسهم طرق عقيمة لا تجتذب التلاميذ و لا تعمل على تنمية رصيدهم اللفظي ، و تطوير مهاراتهم اللغوية على النحو المطلوب ، بل إن بعض هذه الطرق يقلل من الحماس لتعلم اللغة، و يضعف القدرة على اكتساب مفرداتها و صيغها الصحيحة ، و يؤدي إلى النفور من دروسها ، و إذا كان واجب العناية باللغة يقع على كاهل جميع أبناء الأمة في مختلف مرافقهم و قطاعاتهم ، فإن مسؤولية مدرسي اللغة العربية أكبر، إذ بواسطتهم يتم تعليمها، و بأسلوبهم و طرق تدريسهم يتمكنون من تحبيبها للناشئة ، و على الرغم من الوضع اللغوي الراهن، و ما يعانيه التلاميذ من ضعف عام في لغتهم ، إلا أننا نلمس قلة الدراسات الأكاديمية التي تدرس الأسباب الحقيقية المؤدية لهذا الضعف و النتائج المترتبة عليه.

Ce mémoire rapporte les résultats d’une simulation CFD réalisée sur uneconfiguration géométrique formé par un canal muni de blocs chauffants. Le point de départ decette simulation sont les équations de la dynamique des fluides et de transfert de la chaleur.Etant impossible de les résoudre analytiquement, on a eu recours aux méthodes numériquesde discrétisation spatiale . Nous avons opté à une simulation RANS au lieu d’une simulationDNS car la dernière est très coûteuse et difficile à mettre en place bien qu’elle ne nécessitepas de modèle de turbulence. L'utilisation d'un modèle de turbulence permet de simplifier lamise en place d'un calcul CFD au prix d'inconnues supplémentaires qu'il faut modéliser pourparvenir à un système fermé. Une modélisation de type RANS calcule des valeurs moyenneset la qualité des résultats comparés à la réalité dépend notamment du choix d'un modèleadapté au cas de la simulation ; d'autres critères interviennent comme l'ordre des schémas dediscrétisation, la qualité du maillage, le nombre de mailles...

Dans notre modeste travail, nous avons étudié l’espace selon plusieurs théoriciens, ils ont dit que l’espace ne s’agit pas d’un simple décor mais un élément qui a un impact sur la psychologie du personnages et qui a des fonctions et plusieurs significations et à l’aide de cette étude nous avons présenté les valeurs symboliques de la mer dans Au commencement était la mer… de Maissa Bey, cette dernière a choisi des significations précises de la mer pour les transmettre à travers l’histoire du personnage féminin Nadia qui vit dans une société colonisée et une société patriarcale. Cette fille a vécu beaucoup des problèmes surtout avec sa famille incompréhensive alors elle a choisi cet espace marin pour s’éloigner de cette réalité.Selon Maissa bey, la mer n’est pas un simple espace aquatique mais un espace qui porte des valeurs profondes.Summary:In our work, we studied space according to many theorists, and according to their study, space is not just an ornament, but an essential element of the novel, so that it has an impact on the psychology of a character and has several functions and meanings. Based on this study, we looked at the symbolic values of the sea in a novel that at first the sea… was by author Maissa Bey, the latter chose certain meanings of the sea and wanted to convey them to her reading through the story of the female character Nadia, who lives in a colonized society and a masculine society, this girl went through a lot of problems especially with her family, and so she chose this sea space to move away from her painful reality.According to Maissa Bey, the sea is not just a water area but an area with several deep values.Keywords: symbolic values; space sea; personality; psychology.ملخصفي عملنا المتواضع، درسنا الفضاء وفقا لعديد من المنظرين وحسب دراستهم فإن الفضاء ليس مجرد زخرفة ولكن عنصر أساسي في الرواية بحيث له تأثير على نفسية الشخصية وله عدة وظائف ومعاني. واستنادا إلى هذه الدراسة، تطرقنا إلى دراسة القيم الرمزية للبحر في رواية في البداية كان البحر...للكاتبة ميساء باي، هذه الأخيرة اختارت معاني معينة للبحر وأرادت إيصالها لقرائها عبر قصة الشخصية الأنثوية نادية التي تعيش في مجتمع مستعمر ومجتمع ذكوري، هذه الفتاة مرت بالكثير من المشاكل خاصة مع عائلتها ولذلك اختارت هذه المساحة البحرية للابتعاد عن واقعها الأليم.وفقا لميساء باي فإن البحر ليس مجرد مساحة مائية ولكنه مساحة تحمل عدة قيم عميقة.
