تناولت هذه الدراسة الواو وأنواعها في النّحو العربي مطبقة ما ورد من أنوعها على الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم . وهذه الدراسة هدفت إلى إبراز النواحي النحوية للواو وأنواعها في النّحو العربي وتبيين معانيها ، وإعرابها في الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم .وتناولت الدراسة ستةً من أنواع الواو ، في ثلاثة فصول :تناول الفصل الأول: واو العطف وتطبيقاتها، وواو الحال وتطبيقاتها، واختصَّ الفصل الثاني: بواو المفعول معه ، واو المعية ، أما الفصل الثالث ، فتناول واو القسم وتطبيقاتها، واو رُبَّ .وقد اتبعت في الدراسة المنهج الوصف التحليلي .وتوصلت إلى نتائج منها :اتفاق أنواع الواو في اللفظ واختلافهما في التسمية والمعني والعمل. المواضع التي وردت فيها واو العطف مواضع كثيرة في هذا الجزء الثلاثين ، وقد ورد واو القسم في مواضع قليلة من واو العطف، و واو الحال قد وردت أقل بكثير من سابقتها، لم أجد في هذا الجزء الواو الناصبة للمفعول معه وواو المعية وواو رُبَّ. ومن توصياتها:1.دراسة خصائص حروف المعاني في القرآن الكريم .2.دراسة وظائف الدلالية للواو في القرآن الكريم .3.تركيز دارسي اللغة العربية على أعراب القران وتفسيره .

The aim of this research is to show the importance of specialized business vocabulary for theAlgeria Gulf Banc employees in Tlemcen to avoid misunderstanding and breakdowns whencommunicating in a business context. From the needs identification and analysis, it has beenshown that the majority of the employees need to learn English as they also suffer from thelack of specialized business vocabulary. Accordingly, some suggestions have been proposedin order to improve the teaching of Business English in Algeria. In addition, the design of asample syllabus based on the communicative approach has been designed. Its aim is to enableAGB employees learn English communicatively and acquire specialized business vocabularyby employing it in different situations similar to their occupations.

Cette thèse traite, la modélisation et la commande d’une chaine éolienne connectée au réseau à base de la machine asynchrone à double alimentation, avec intégration et supervision du stockage de type inertiel. Le stator de la MADA est relié directement au réseau et le rotor est connecté au réseau par l’intermédiaire du convertisseur de puissance. Un système inertiel de stockage d’énergie (SISE) à base d’un volant d’inertie, une machine asynchrone à cage et un convertisseur d’électronique de puissance est associé au générateur éolien par l’intermédiaire du bus continu. Nous avons appliquées deux techniques de commandes DTC (direct torque control) et la DPC (direct power control) au système de conversion d’énergie éolien avec stockage. Les deux convertisseurs coté MADA et du SISE sont commandés par la DTC. Le convertisseur à trois niveaux coté réseau électrique qui assure la tension constante du bus continu est commandé par la DPC. Le contrôle direct de ces systèmes a pour but d’éliminer le bloc de modulation de largeur d’impulsion et les boucles de régulations internes des variables contrôlées. L’utilisation de la table de commutation rend le système plus performant aussi bien du point de vu technique qu’économique. Un dispositif MPPT doit être introduit en vue d’obtenir un rendement énergétique maximal et nous avons mis en évidence l’importance de l’angle de calage (β) sur la production de l’énergie électrique. Ainsi deux types de supervision du SISE sont proposés pour un fonctionnement à puissance lissée ou à puissance imposée par le gestionnaire du réseau électrique, afin de le maintenir dans ses limites de fonctionnement normal. L'efficacité de ces techniques est vérifiée par simulation sous Matlab/Simulink.

Cette étude a pour objectif d'identifier les parasites principaux pouvant infecter les pigeons bisets (Columba livia) nicheurs dans la ville d'El Menea en Algérie sur une période de cinq mois, de janvier à mai 2023. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons réalisé un recensement des nids dans différentes zones, compté les oisillons et les adultes, et collecté des échantillons de fientes. Pendant cette période, nous avons collecté divers parasites présents sur les pigeonneaux et les pigeons adultes. Une fois les pigeonneaux partis, nous avons examiné les nids en laboratoire pour détecter la présence d'ectoparasites. De plus, nous avons effectué des analyses microscopiques sur les excréments. L'étude des parasites des pigeons bisets (Columba livia) et de leurs nids a révélé la présence de différentes espèces de parasites, ainsi que d'autres organismes non parasites, avec des variations saisonnières liées à la période de reproduction. L'inventaire des parasites des pigeons et de leurs nids a montré une présence variable d'un peuplement faunistique parasitaire et non parasitaire, comprenant un total de trois espèces parasitaires (Columbicola columbae, Campanulotes compar), dontColumbicola columbaeest l'espèce la plus abondante sur les corps des pigeons, et un peuplement non parasitaire principalement représenté par l'ordre des Hyménoptères dans les nids. Les parasites internes trouvés dans les fientes des pigeons bisets appartiennent à l'embranchement des Nematoda, sous forme d'adultes et de larves.

Diabetic nephropathy is a major microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus that develops in approximately 40% of patients with diabetes. Diabetes-associated hyperglycemia drives low grade inflammation and dysfunction of renal cells leading to disease manifestation. Increased flux and metabolism of glucose by hexokinase-2 (HK2), circumventing substrate saturation of this enzyme in normoglycemia by glucose-induced stabilization to proteolysis, leads to the accumulation of glycolytic intermediates in unscheduled glycolysis. This leads to: mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress; increased reactive metabolite, methylglyoxal – also called dicarbonyl stress - causing glycation, formation of advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) and related protein misfolding linked to low grade inflammation and cellular dysfunction; and activation of hexosamine and protein kinase C pathways. The aim of this work was to explore the transcriptomic and proteomics changes induced by high glucose concentration, as a model of hyperglycemia, in human mesangial cells (MGCs) and proximal tubular epithelial cells (RPTECs) and the effect of treatment with trans-resveratrol and hesperetin combination, known as glyoxalase 1 (Glo1) inducer, on both profiles. The working hypothesis is that high glucose concentration induces HK2-linked glycolytic overload in MES and PTEC, with transcriptomic and proteomics changes linked to cell dysfunction found in diabetic nephropathy which may be corrected by Glo1 inducer. We found evidence to support the establishment of HK2-linked glycolytic overload in high glucose concentration – increased HK2 protein without increase in protein abundance of other glycolytic enzymes in early-stage glycolysis. Pathways enrichment analysis in MGCs showed increased protein abundances of ubiquitination, proteasome degradation and tRNA processing – consistent with increased proteolytic processing of MG-modified misfolded proteins and increased protein synthesis in replacement. All pathway enrichment in high glucose concentration was corrected by Glo1 inducer. Pathways enrichment analysis in RPTECs showed increased protein abundances of protein folding and CCT/TriC chaperone complexes, Nrf2 and cell response to stress and metabolism of proteins. All pathway enrichment in high glucose concentration was corrected by Glo1 inducer. Glo1 inducer also decreased cell senescence and senescence associated secretory phenotype in both low and high glucose concentrations, suggesting an anti-senescence effect. This uncovers the changes in gene expression and protein profile changes in renal cells induced by high glucose which may contribute to cellular dysfunction and progression of diabetic nephropathy. The effects of Glo1 inducer suggest this supplementation may have benefit in the treatment and slowing the progression of diabetic nephropathy
