Le problème de la qualité de la fragmentation des roches par abattage à l’explosifreste à présent une préoccupation sérieuse pour les entreprises minières dans le monde entieret particulièrement en Algérie. Il est établit que la qualité de la préparation des roches a uneinfluence importante sur les indices techniques et économiques des processus technologiqueset sur les indices principaux de travail des entreprises minières.Malgré l’accroissement des capacités des engins miniers de chargement et de transportet l’innovation technologique, la qualité de la préparation des roches reste toujours unproblème d’actualité.Pour cette raison, Le but essentiel de ce travail est de trouver une méthodologierelative à la conception d'un plan de tir permettant la bonne fragmentation des matériauxdurs, tels que les roches, sous sollicitations à l'explosif. Une telle méthodologie aidera àl'analyse systématique des paramètres influençant le plan d'un tir et à une meilleurecompréhension des mécanismes de fragmentation des roches à l'explosif et, par conséquent,contribueront dans l'optimisation des performances du tir à l'explosif.Enfin, dans cette étude on donne également l'importance préalablement auxprincipaux facteurs qui aideront à l'optimalité et qui permettant le calcul des paramètresprincipaux d’un plan de tir.

Les matériaux composites occupent une place de plus en plus importante dans laréalisation de structures à hautes performances mécaniques (aérospatiale, aéronautique,automobile….). De telles utilisations doivent nécessairement s'accompagner d'une bonneconnaissance du comportement du matériau, de telle manière à déterminer le type de renfortet la séquence d'agencement qui permet d'avoir des propriétés mécaniques de façon optimale.L'objectif de nôtre travail est d'effectuer une étude comparative sur la caractérisationdu comportement mécanique d'une plaque composite d'empilement [0/90/±45]2S, sousl'influence de divers paramètres entre autre: les différentes orientations de fibres d'un pli, dela fraction volumique de fibres et de leurs natures (verre, kevlar, graphite haut résistance ethaut module). Les caractéristiques mécaniques de ce stratifié symétrique régulier serontprévues par l'utilisation d'une approche mathématique basée sur un modèle de Mindlin et lathéorie de Kirchhoff-love.Les différents résultats obtenus, montrent une variabilité dans les caractéristiquesmécaniques en fonction de degré d'anisotropie du matériau, et nous permet aussi de proposerles types d'agencements capables d'améliorer la résistance du composite stratifié dans unetelle direction de sollicitation.

The success of sports institutions depends on the extent of achieving outstanding Sports results not only at the local level but on all regional and international Levels. Hence, the number of measures et1iciency of sports institutions Achievements, especially at the Olympics level as it is the highest rank in the Hierarchy of sports achievements. The present study begins from a basic Assumption that the weakness of the UAE's Olympic achievements is due to the Governance pattern and management and leadership styles in various sports Institutions and especially in the sports federations and sports clubs. In this respect, this study aimed to examine the impact of strengthening Governance in sports institutions on the achievements of the Olympic sports in the UAE from the standpoint of decision-makers, as well as to identify the extent of the contribution of the governance system in improving the outcomes of sports Institutions. For this purpose, a quantitative methodology along with a field survey was used given the nature of the study. The study population consists of Decision-makers of the senior leadership in sports institutions, totaling 596 People. The response rate to the study questionnaire was (69.8%), representing (358) of the total number of sports leadership. The study found several important Results, namely: (1) 30% of the sports leadership is not satisfied with the Olympic Results achieved by the UAE, (2) 36% of the sports leaders believed that there Were no clear accountability criteria for officers and employees in sports Institutions, (3) sports Leaders believes that the UAE has the potential to host the Summer Olympic Games, (4) 35% of the sports leaders believed that Announcement of the strategic and operational plans for sports organizations is Made in a transparent manner, (5) 66% of the sports leaders indicated the Existence of clear gaps in the current legislation, in relation to sports, (6) 59% of The sports leaders think that the current sports leaders dispose of a considerable Degree of scientific knowledge and expertise within their field, (7) 34% of the Sports leaders see the non-participation sports institutions in the formulation of The country's strategic decisions in relation to sports, (8) 32% of the sports leaders Highlighted the absence of long-term plans for training and technical to prepare Athletes competitions, and (9) 81% of the sports leaders pinpointed to the lack of Financial support as a cause of not achieving remarkable sports results for the UAE.The study also made a number of recommendations, (1) the importance of Selecting sports institutional leaders based on competence, and the need to Possess clear and specific vision and objectives, and the need for capacity buildup To be able to resolve problems and make decisions, (2) the support and Development of the legal framework through reviewing and updating all laws and Regulations governing the sports work in the UAE with the participation of sports Institutions, and enforcing existing laws and carrying out benchmarking studies and recommendations to issue new laws to ensure greater transparency, (3) the announcement of reports' results and strategic action plans and decisions in relation to sports activities, and the announcement of the strategic and operational plans for sports organizations in a clear and transparent manner, (4) the promotion of the principle of participation through the development of a clear methodology governing the mechanism of the participation of sports institutions in the organization of sports activities in the country and the development of general policies and the formulation of strategic sports decisions, (5) the focus on developing long-term training and technical plans, (6) the importance of the availability of strong financial budgets and marketing strategies to enable sports institutions of self-development of their financial resources, (7) the focus on increasing research studies in relation to governance for sports institutions and increase awareness and interest in the study of governance in general, and the governance of sports institutions in particular. (8) the conduct of innovative studies to determine the extent of change that may occur in relation to the application of governance in UAE's sports institutions, given the government's general tendency towards strengthening the principles of corporate governance in all sectors of the state, including sports, and (9) the conduct of specialized studies on sports federations and sports associations and sports committees and sports clubs in relation to governance, separately.

أتت الدراسة تحت عنوان الأسس الفنية لإنتاج برامج المنوعات التلفزيونية و تناولت الدراسة أهمية إنتاج برامج المنوعات التلفزيونية تطبيقا علي برامج المنوعات بقناة الشروق الفضائية وحددت مشكلة البحث التي تكمن في التكرار المستمر لاوجه العرض وعدم الإعداد الممنهج والواضح والخضوع لفكرة النمطية في البرامج .ويبقي السؤال الأساسي ماهي الأسس الفنية لإنتاج برامج منوعات تلفزيونية جيدة بقناة الشروق الفضائية ؟ و هدفت الدراسة إلي معرفة أهمية عملية التخطيط السليم والإنتاج القويم ودورهما في إنجاح برامج المنوعات التلفزيونية مستصحبة ماتأخذه نوعية هذه البرامج من مكانة في الخارطة البرمجية لدي قناة الشروق وإتبعت الدراسة المنهج المسحي التحليلي والذي يعتمد علي إستقصاء الموضوع بكافة الجوانب بما في ذلك من استبانةوأخذ العينات والمقابلات الشخصية . وخلصت الدراسة الي العديد من النتائج أهمها أن الإنتاج البرامجي السليم هو العمود الفقري لتحويل الفكرة إلي نص مرئي جاذب مكتمل العناصر الإنتاجيه من إخراج صورة جاذبة وكذلك كفاءة العاملين من مخرجين يجعل من برامج المنوعات برامج جاذبة للمشاهد و أن عملية التخطيط من أهم مقومات نجاح أي عملية إدارية وأن متابعة الخطة البرمجية التي وضعت ومتابعة تحقيق أهدافها التي وضعت من أجلها هي متابعة لنجاح برامج التلفزيون وخصوصا برامج المنوعات.كما أثبتت الدراسة أن قناة الشروق واحدة من أهم القنوات السودانية والتي برزت في الأونة الأخيرة وأنها تحظي بنسبة مشاهدة عالية بما تقدمه من برامج ترضي المشاهد. أثبتت الدراسة أن إخراج برامج المنوعات بقناة الشروق لم تكن بالطريقة المطلوبة ولم يتماشي مع المستوي التقني الذي توفره القناة وذلك بنسبة 44.0% من اجاب بذلك.أكدت الدراسة أن برامج المنوعات تحتاج إلي تقديم أفكار مختلفة وخروج عن المألوف وذلك برؤية إبداعية مختلفة وعرض مختلف جاذب وذلك بنسبة 58.03 من طلب هذا. ,وبناءً علي ماتوصلت إليه الباحثه من نتائج, دفعت بتوصيات مهمة من أبرزها توصيتها بالتخطيط السليم لبرامج المنوعات و المتابعة الإدارية الدقيقة لتنفيذ الخطة الموضوعة .

Le but de ce travail est l'étude des évaporites du paléo-lacs et dans le Sahara septentrional, en particulier dans le compartiment Chott Bagdad El –Hedjira. Évaporites composants chimiques à un âge récent c'est quaternaire – contraire changements climatiques qui prévalait à l'époque et apparaissent dans les classes de formulaires par le vent et l'eau des travailleurs. A travers les l’observation sur le terrain et l'étude de laboratoire et ce par l'analyse physique et chimique des échantillons prélevés, nous avons acquis les résultats suivants : Le période climatique instable représenté dans la séquence de couches de gypse et de sable, qui peut être indique climat sèche et humide. Les classes contiennent une forte proportion de sulfates et leurs sels. Changer la nature des couches du bas vers le haut. Abstract The aim of this work is the study of evaporates found in the palaeo-lakes in the Septentrional Sahara, particularly in Chott Baghdad El -Hedjira compartment. Evaporates chemical components to a recent quaternary age is - contrary climate change that prevailed at the time and appear in the form classes by wind and water workers. Through the field observation and laboratory study and the physical and chemical analysis of samples, we acquired the following results: The unstable climatic period represented in the sequence of layers of gypsum and sand, which can be indicated dry and wet climate. Classes contain a high proportion of sulfates and their salts. Change the nature of the bottom layers upward.

Chapitre 3 DEF comme illustration de développement théorique En conclusion du fait que l aspect théorique ne reflète pas que toute les entreprises utilise ces critère chacune à ça propre méthode et critère d évaluation . Ce travaille met en évidence l importance d évaluer le projet avant pour une prise de décision optimale pour assurer la survie de l'entreprise à long termes.
