In this research, the subject of the legal ruling influenced by thenatural environment of the questioner when applying the legalruling to reality, because the natural environment differs fromone area to another, there are hot and very cold and freezingenvironments, and there are those who live outside the Earth’satmosphere, such as astronauts who They work in satellitestations and the legal evidence on the validity of this topic waspresented from the Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, thejurisprudence and fundamentalism rules, the sayings of theCompanions, and the evidence from the jurisprudential schools,after the disagreement of the jurists was presented in it, and anexplanation of how the natural environment of the questioneraffected the legal ruling, and what kind Sharia ruling intendedhere? Finally, practical examples were presented regarding threedifferent environments: First: the freezing and very cold regions,second: the extremely hot regions, and third areas outside theatmosphere, such as stations and spacecraft, and the surfaces ofplanets such as the moon and the like,
