This study examines how and why Jawad al-Assadi’s theater is similar to but different from Federico García Lorca’s, and it introduces al-Assadi to a broader audience on a global scale as it compares his work to that of a well-known Spanish poet and playwright. This thesis is the first comparative study that examines the influence of García Lorca on al-Assadi primarily by focusing on the themes of mourning and exile in both playwrights’ written texts. This research finds that the melancholic women in both playwrights’ plays repeatedly mourn their dead family members, and unconsciously mourn their own marginalization and exile. In contrast to García Lorca’s plays, al-Assadi’s protagonists are able to leave together their oppressive house-country (except in Sonata al-Junun, whose two main characters die). The theme of mourning is an influence of the milieu in which both playwrights grew up: Catholic Granada and Shi’a Karbala. The cruelty in al-Assadi’s plays exceeds that in García Lorca’s, and this cruelty, which borders on theatrical, is an allegory for the playwrights’ societies, where they lived as marginalized and exiled people.

Les travaux présentés dans cette thèse s'inscrivent dans la thématique de la transmission et de la récupération d'énergie sans fil, appliquée à l'alimentation à distance de capteurs, de réseaux de capteurs et d'actionneurs à faible consommation énergétique. Cette étude porte sur la conception, la caractérisation, et la mesure expérimentale des circuits Rectennas (Rectifying antenna) à polarisation rectiligne, mono-bande, double bande et large bande. Ils sont par ailleurs compacte et à rendement de conversion RF-DC optimisé. La physique à la base de la conversion RF-DC n’est pas nouvelle en soit, elle prend son origine dans les années 1950. Les besoins récents en alimentation sans fil pour dispositifs autonome a donné un regain d’intérêt à ces circuits, mais à l’échelle du micro Watt voire du nano Watt. Les connaissances de ce processus sont nombreuses pour certaines technologies, telle que le micro-ruban. Mais la nécessité de perçage dans ces structures de guide d’onde peut être contraignante et causer des disparités dans une chaîne de construction. Ceci a motivé les travaux présentés dans ce mémoire qui utilise une technologie de guide d’onde coplanaire (CPW) peu exploitée jusqu’à maintenant.Plusieurs rectennas ont été réalisées en technologie CPW et validées expérimentalement. Le rendement mesuré avec un niveau de puissance RF de -10 dBm est de l'ordre de 78 % pour la rectenna large bande et d’environ 45 % pour les rectennas mono-bande et bi-bande.

يعتبر الذكاء الجسمي الحركي من اهم انواع الذكاء المتعدد و الذي له علاقة قوية ببعض قدرات الابداع الحركي لدى التلاميذ في حصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية و اردنا في بحثنا هذا التعرف على مستويات الذكاء الجسمي الحركي العالية و المنخفضة و علاقتها ببعض قدرات الابداع الحركي و ذلك بتطبيق مقياس الذكاء الجسمي الحركي لخولة ابراهيم و رفيق نبيل و اختبار ويرك لقدرات الابداع الحركي . وقد تكونت عينة البحث من 32 تلميذ و تلميذة لطور السنة الثالثة متوسط (12-14 سنة) وفي الاخير توصلنا الى انه توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الذكاء الجسمي الحركي و بعض قدرات الابداع الحركي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة متوسط في حصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية .

Ce mémoire se concentre sur l'étude approfondie de la force de vente et son rôle crucial dans le succès d'une entreprise. L'objectif principal est d'analyser les différentes stratégies utilisées par les forces de vente et leur impact sur les performances globales de l'organisation. Le mémoire commence par une introduction détaillée sur le concept de force de vente, en mettant en évidence son importance dans le contexte commercial moderne. Il présente également les objectifs spécifiques de l'étude, qui consistent à comprendre les stratégies de vente les plus efficaces, à évaluer les facteurs influençant les performances de la force de vente et à identifier les mesures permettant d'améliorer ces performances. La première partie du mémoire se concentre la généralité sur la force de vente en ce concernent ces missions, sa structure et différents types et statuts, Le deuxième chapitre est consacré aux fondements théoriques de management de la force de vente, qui englobe le recrutement, la formation, la rémunération et stimulation ainsi que le contrôle et l’évolution. Le troisième est de dernier chapitre représentation la pratique de ce mémoire de recherche est consacrée à une présentation des données récoltées auprès des encadreurs de l’entreprise concernant l’organisation et la gestion de la force de vente, tout en présentant ses force et ses faiblesses. Finalement en ce termine par une conclusion. Les recommandations finales incluent des conseils pratiques pour les entreprises souhaitant améliorer leur force de vente.

This thesis aims to investigate the impact of the Israeli occupation on the implementation of the strategic planning of the Water Sector in the West Bank, and offer possible solutions, where the researcher try to answer the questions of the thesis that revolves around this subject. Methodology by using the descriptive analytical approach, based on interviews with decision makers, previous studies, and data published or unpublished in relevant institutions. The study found that the gap between the quantities of available water and the quantities needed for the Palestinians in the west bank is very large, so the water sector has prepared many strategic plans that contain various water projects, but the implementation of any project goes through complicated procedures that often lead to failure, and water sector suffered of heavy losses due to the Israeli arrogance in the region. Therefore, the strategic planning of the water sector in the West Bank is in great trouble, because the preparation of strategic plans does not guarantee their implementation, which harms the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategic plans, and prevents the achievement of strategic goals, and thus not achieve the vision. In order to alleviate that impasse, the responsible parties must take the necessary measures, such as using international pressure on the Israeli side to give the Palestinians their water rights, and to resort to the International Court of Justice with reports and documents proving Israeli violations and claim compensation for the losses they caused, in addition to supporting popular measures that work to collect part of the stolen water with the presence of control, and new technologies can also be used to collect water all the time.
