This topic discusses the issue of the prohibition of incitement to religious hatred. Over the years, we have witnessed a number of incidents which have sounded alarm bells about the level of hatred and cynicism that has permeated societies. Unfortunately a number of these incidents have led to violent reactions and deaths. Virulent and hate-laden advocacy can trigger the worst of crimes. Suffice it to recall recent examples of post-electoral violence spurred by hatred along ethnic lines; incidents involving extremist groups; abusive and malicious portrayal, online or in traditional media, of certain religions and their followers. It is clear that hatred has many faces and is present in all parts of the world.

نفذت التجربة في حقل الخضروات التابع لقسم البستنة وهندسة الحدائق في كلية الزراعة / جامعة كربلاء ناحية الحسينية خلال فصل الخريف 2023-2024 الواقع ضمن خط طول 44.58ﹾ شرقاً وخط عرض 32.17ﹾ شمالاً، تضمنت التجربة إضافة نوعين من الأسمدة العضوية هما: حامض الهيومك وبثلاثة مستويات هي (6 و12و18 لترﻫ-1) وشاي الفيرمكمبوست بثلاثة مستويات هي (4 و8 و12 لترﻫ-1) بهدف معرفة تأثيرها في التخفيف التوصية السمادية المضافة بمقدار (25% و50% و75%) من التوصية السمادية (NPK) البالغة (300كغم N ﻫ-1و150 كغم Pﻫ-1 و100كغم K ﻫ-1) وبذلك يكون عدد المعاملات المضافة بشكل توليفات سماديه إضافة الى معاملة المقارنة والتي تمثل 100% من التوصية (NPK) هي (19) معاملة وبثلاث مكررات وزعت المعاملات وفق تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة Design Block Complete Randomized (D.B.C.R) وبعامل واحد. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة تفوق معاملة (12 لتر ﻫ-1 شاي الفيرمكمبوست +75% سماد معدني) في تركيز النتروجين والفسفور والبوتاسيوم في المجموع الخضري (5.25% و0.47% و3.73%) بالتتابع ، وفي مؤشرات النمو الخضري ارتفاع النبات وعدد الأوراق ومحتوى الأوراق من الكلوروفيل الكلي والوزن الجاف للنبات (83.20 سم و39.33 ورقة نبات-1 و25.02 ملغم 100غم-1 وزن طري و191.13 غم نبات-1) بالتتابع ، وفي مؤشرات الحاصل الكمي طول الثمرة ووزن الثمرة وعدد الثمار (18.90 سم و210.90 غم نبات-1و 5.63 ثمرة نبات-1) بالتتابع وفي مؤشرات الحاصل حاصل النبات الواحد والحاصل الكلي 1.187 غم نبات-1 و35.62 طن ﻫ-1 بالتتابع ، وفي المؤشرات النوعية للثمار إذ سجلت اعلى نسبة مئوية للبروتين في الثمار وتركيز فيتامين C في الثمار ونسبة المواد الصلبة الذائبة الكلية في الثمار (3.00% و35.00 ملغم 100غم-1 و7.20% ) بالتتابع. تفوق معاملة إضافة حامض الهيومك (18 لترﻫ-1+ 75% من التوصية السمادية NPK) في تركيز الفسفور في المجموع الخضري وفي مؤشرات النمو الخضري سجلت مساحة ورقية وقطرساق النبات وقطر الثمرة والنسبة المئوية للكربوهيدرات في الثمار (0.47 % و2260 سم2 و1.449 سم و4.132 سم و3.56 %) بالتتابع.وقد سجلت معاملة المقارنة (100% من التوصية السمادية NPK) اقل نسبة للنترات في الثمار بلغت (85%).

This paper aims at describing the performance of the students in English grammar tenses .The researcher prepares a written test so as to investigate the performance of ElimamElmahdi University students who study English language as specific subject in year 2014 – 2015 .The researcher selects 44 students , male and female as a sample for the study , all of them studing level two .The researcher distributes the written test randomly to the students and asks them to answer the questions and mention that their works will be secretly for purpose of the study .The researcher hypothesizes that the students of ElimamElmahdi University have got problems in their written performance and this hypothesis confined after the analysis of the written test which analyzed by SPSS . then the researcher recommends the teachers and students to be aware of performance in grammar , and invites the other researchers to continue in searching in this field so as to share in solving the problems and cover the areas which are not covered .

Face à un environnement caractérisé par la modernisation, l'ouverture des marchés, la multiplicité des acteurs et l'augmentation des opportunités ; les entreprises sont appelées à moderniser, innover et accroitre la capacité de production des richesses, d'où la nécessité d'investir.En effet, l'investissement constitue un acte fondamental pour l'entreprise, dans la mesure où il conditionne son développement futur et mobilise de nombreuses énergies en termes de temps, de compétences et de ressources financières et humaines.L'évaluation d'un projet d'extension lancé par l'entreprise SARL Ramdy nous a permis d'appliquer les diverses techniques d'évaluation dans un champ purement pratique et d'arriver a des conclusions personnelles sur la faisabilité, la viabilité, la rentabilité et la solvabilité intrinsèque du projet, celui-ci est confirmé par le calcul des critères usuels de rentabilité.Ces critères ne sont que des outils d'aide à la décision, car ils sont le plus souvent contradictoires. Pour cela le décideur doit utiliser l'analyse multicritère pour parvenir à un choix optimal, et ce en comparant et en combinant les différents critères d'évaluation. Par ailleurs, en situation d'incertitudes, les critères de la VAN demeure toujours le critère préfère des experts financiers.Le lancement d'un projet d'investissement nécessite une étude détaillée par l'entreprise, en prenant en compte de tous les risques liés aux projets.
